Let's start with the place: clean, modern, and cheerful! The owner welcomed us with a warm smile! The aperitif was more than excellent; even though we only had one drink, they kept bringing us snacks and pizzas as soon as we finished our plates (customer service is important). The wines on offer are very interesting. The price is average. Overall, a highly recommended place!

A very nice place, located on the street, but with parking available. The aperitif is more than delicious, served in unique glasses and accompanied by traditional delicacies (chips, olives, etc.), but at least they don't force you down. The staff is welcoming, the bathrooms are clean... They also sell biscuits, and the aroma is inviting 😋... so what can I say... definitely recommended!

Molto pulito, dolcetti buoni, primi piatti non scontati ma da affinare, bar un poco basico, servizio gentile, locale carino e pulito, prezzi un pelino alti anche se coerenti con la media dei posti. Do 3 non per punire ma per incitare a fare meglio, perché continuo a frequentare il locale e vorrei uno sforzo in più. Ampi spazi interni ed esterni. Arredamento contemporaneo curato. Ottima pulizia dei tavoli e del bagno. Ampio parcheggio privato. Zona interessante per la vicinanza al casello di Grumello del monte. Personale gentile. Uno spritz costa 7 euro. Considerando che gli stuzzichini che lo accompagnano sono composti da qualche varietà di patatine, olive, taralli, noccioline e qualche quadratino di pizza penso che il prezzo sia un po' alto. Consiglierei di aggiungere degli stuzzichini un po' più consistenti come si trovano in altri bar della zona. Nel complesso comunque consigliabile.

Spacious, well-furnished, and welcoming. Three stars because I went with some friends for an aperitivo. We asked for a Spritz with Sprite or soda water instead of seltzer, and it was served with Fanta (only because we asked what was in it; otherwise, we wouldn't have been told). The quantity and variety of appetizers accompanying the aperitivo was excellent! Also, the counter where the drinks are prepared is glass, and the girl (the same one who took our order) placed the orange/lemon slices with her hands. Unfortunately, hygiene needs to be better; I don't think I'll be back.

Nice and welcoming place. Sunday aperitif was a bit embarrassing, with only olives, peanuts, chips, and pizza. I'm used to much more generous aperitifs at cheaper, less renowned bars. Make a little effort... those who choose to come to you know they'll pay more, but they expect something more! You have to know how to make a difference!

Let's start with the brioches, small and still warm, flaky... if I'd known they were like that, I would have avoided them. Also because for €1.50 each, I expected much more, at least normal-sized. Pancakes, I think, industrial-strength, with maple syrup that only resembles maple syrup in color; it tasted like thick jam. Terrible service. I asked for a glass of sparkling water, and it was still. When I asked for a change, they told me they only have it like that... not a single bubble, slightly salty water. Oh well. The bathroom! Small, no toilet paper, and above all, only one for each man and woman, yet there's plenty of space. The bill was as high as a high-end pastry shop. In reality, apart from the cute decor, the rest leaves a bit to be desired. At the cashier, the lady asked me if everything was okay. I said no, and she got offended. Peace.

I definitely need to revise my five stars. The place and staff are excellent. Regarding the aperitivo, it's a bit embarrassing: paying €14 for two spritzes and as appetizers "nothing" but four varieties of crisps, peanuts, and olives, plus eight squares of cold pizza, is unheard of. There are places I won't mention where for less you can get appetizers that are tantalizing, not crisps... Advice: change your approach to appetizers, or charge €4 for a spritz instead of €7.

Pessimo! Nonostante sia stato segnalato che il salmone era vecchio e si capiva già dall’odore, non c’era bisogno di mangiarlo ci è stato fatto pagare! Il fatto che fosse stato guasto è stato segnal…

Pessimo, da evitare! Ci hanno portato un salmone vintage possiamo dire, solo dall’odore si capiva che era vecchio! Quando i piatti sono stai portati via la cosa è stata fatta presente, nonostante ciò…

Worst bar ever: a whole wheat toast with prosciutto, fontina cheese, and mayonnaise for €9.50, like it was made of gold and served in a Michelin-starred restaurant. For the same price, I'd get a pizza. When you ask at the cashier if it was fair, they tell you next time you should have just asked for the price list. Hahaha. Goodbye, I'll never go back to this place again.

I absolutely do not recommend this place! I'm very sorry for the staff, but the owner served us spoiled fish, and despite being pointed out, she still charged us for it. A poor figure for someone who THINKS they have a "classy" place. From your answers, it's clear you have no manners or style! Let's hope the same thing doesn't happen to you as it did with the previous business! Good luck!

Nice and well-furnished place! The only problem is the price! You can't charge a simple crodino the grand total of 7 euros. I would have understood if it had been a spritz, a negroni, etc., but for a crodino that usually sells for 3.5 to 4 euros, it seems a bit excessive. For a crodino, and a carton of estathe, 10 euros is a bit too much.

It's funny how negative reviews are met with an annoyed, sometimes rude, response, only to find a justification by saying, "...we don't need customers like you," as I read. Realize that the competition is very different, and if it's good for you, it's good for everyone, but your croissants are the worst in the area. Remember that negative reviews should encourage you to improve.
