Ate there for the first time. We were greeted very nicely. Got Asparagus brueshetta and the calamari for an appetizer. Was great. The bartender Tony was the greatest. It was nice to see someone take pride in mixing drinks. Best drink I have ever had. Will definitely go back
Bailey’s space for bands to perform is outstanding, better than most concert venues and the vibe created by bands like Boss Sounds is exactly what the venue needs to attract audiences
My first trip to Bailey's was outstanding. The physical layout and the ambiance was beyond compare. The menu, wine and beer lists were unique. Live music was incredibly tasteful and talented. Most importantly, the staff was out of this world: friendly, personable, knowledgeable and efficient. Our server Donald was the most positive experience I have had in the restaurant in over 20 years. I will be back very soon to this fine establishment and I hardly recommend it.
Omg. Our friends tried to get us to try them a few weeks ago but they we close. We got in today and It was worth waiting for. Amazing food. I had the french toast. The extras they give you foe your meal make sure that you are full. The bottomless mimosas are a must. I never had one with pineapple. Way better. The staff was fantastic and a great local place to support now that we are allowed to eat out
We stumbled upon this place on a Sunday afternoon and the sound of blues drew us in. We sat in the patio and listened to the great music and enjoyed a couple of desserts. The manager Oscar was very accommodating to us while we were seated. Will definitely keep my eyes on this place for future music options.
Amazing service! We came for a private event and the staff went above and beyond to serve and help us. And the food was just amazing- as were the drinks.
Amazing atmosphere and vibe everyday of the week, but the service is what topped it off. Meghan is an amazing employee and goes above and beyond to make sure all the customers are happy and it makes us want to come back!
This restaurant was fantastic! We were running around town, and most places we went were a two-hour wait. We popped into here, and they took us within 10 minutes at a very nice table. I had the chicken schnitzel meal, my father had the beef brisket and the meal was flavorful, well-seasoned, and came out hot. Andres our server gave us great customer service, he was attentive and very kind. The appetizer we split was the Brussel sprouts in a sweet & spicy sauce and we were licking the plate. We saved the sauce too for our meal. I would highly recommend you check-it out.
Shout out to Kayla, Betsy, Noah and Payton. 5-star service! Thank you. Brought a busload of guests for lunch and wine tasting. Food (buffet style) was hot and plentiful. Great location within walking distance to all the wonderful stores. Plenty of parking too. Guests enjoyed the wines. Downstairs bar and tables. Upstairs for our buffet was nicely appointed with table rounds. Plenty of other rooms for private groups too. Would highly recommend!
Great restaurant! Great service and food. The buffalo wings were great! Definitely recommend. The chicken was good. The fish salad was also good. The lobster mac and cheese was okay, wouldn't get it again. The drinks were well balanced. The prices are reasonable. The ambiance is really nice. I would recommend and go back to this place. At night it becomes somewhat of a club, which is cool.
Jacob was our server last night and he was PHENOMENAL. He gave us great suggestions for food and drinks, all while having an amazing sense of humor and making us feel welcome. I’ve been here a few times before and every worker I’ve interacted with has been the sweetest ever. Go here if you want bomb food and drinks and a fun time!
Great Time - If you habit been to Baily’s it offers many choices for Dinner, Events and much more. Whether it’s formal or casual they have it all. Also available is Live Music and we were privileged to be a part of a ribbon cutting event for @temeculasingersongwriters Lastly the Architecture Beauty of the building offers 2 Floors of dining and for your next EVENT
This place is awesome. HIghtly Recommend for a night out for dinner or even partying. It turns into a nice chill club later in the evening
Bailey’s was my first in-house restaurant experience since the beginning of the pandemic - an auspicious choice as they are doing an excellent job offering a safe dining environment. Their large, breezy patio offers ample space for tables to be spaced further than even 6 feet apart and plenty of shade to keep cool. Their truncated menu succeeds in still offering variety for different tastes to keep everyone in your group satisfied. The staff is fantastic and the drinks are strong - nothing but kudos for Bailey’s exceeding expectations during a rough time for the restaurant industry. Highly recommended.
My husband and I came to Bailys for the first time last week and we had to come back today for more! We had a different waitress this time,Shanice. Shanice was FANTASTIC! She was just as amazing as our last waiter, thank you for the consistent great service! This HAPPY HOUR IS AMAZING! Everyone if you haven’t already, go grab dinner at Bailys. You will not regret it!!!
For a Saturday night in Old Town Temecula, we waited 5 minutes for a table. Great location, ambience, service and deliahous food. I had the Tri Tip Banh Mai (soft baguette filled with thin sliced tri-tip, pickled red onion & carrots, daikon sprouts, cucumber, jalapeños, and cilantro with togarashi fries). Washed it down with a Maui Brewing Company Coconut Hiwa Porter. Definitely a place we'll return to and highly recommend you visit if in the area.
I don't normally write reviews, but my family if 8, had lunch here at 1:00. It was hot out so we requested to eat inside. It was nice and cool and very quiet and relaxing. Outdoors is really nice but we were happy to be out of the heat. If you want a quiet cool place to eat this is the place. The food was phenomenal except for the fish and chips. We tried all different stuff, mine was chicken parm sandwich! Chicken perfectly seasoned and prepared! I'm super picky so this is high praise!!!!!! The ahi salad, French dip, chicken blt sandwich, smash burger, chicken schnitzel and potatoes were all delicious. The comment on fish and chips is that it felt bland and possibly frozen? Although they looked pretty! The service and staff were AMAZING 🤩 thank you very much. I highly recommend Baileys!
The bartender, Mike, was amazing!! He was also our waiter! Never did we run out of bottomless brunch mimosa's... And his food recommendations were on point!! Give Mike a raise, he went above and beyond for us. Thank you for making our first experience at Baily's wonderful!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
On my way home to San Diego, I stopped in Old Town Temecula to find a place offering Wing Wednesdays. Google recommended a couple of establishments to check out. I went to Bailey's because they had the highest overall rating. The staff was friendly and wings did not disappoint! While they didn't have a Wing Wednesday special, they did have 50% off on all appetizers including wings. I paid only $8 for a huge helping of wings and they had great drink specials too! Will definitely be back.
After had such a bad experience of racism at Bottega Italia in Old Town Temecula , we came to Baily’s in town Temecula and the experience are night and day. Thank you Baily’s staffs for give us good services. The foods and the atmosphere is amazing, Baily’s have lived DJ, it turn out we had the best night in old town Temecula. We definitely will come back to Baily’s.
This place was remarkable for my first time ever dining in Old Town Temecula. I pass through here all the time and I went here with a friend who's familiar with the place and we had an amazing time (we spent 4 hours here!!). The Tri-Tip burger was off the chain and the Veggie Lasagna was also 🔥🔥!!!. The wine of choice for me was the Elouan Pinot Noir and I recommend that for anyone and everyone to try (if they haven't done so already). I'll definitely will be back and want to experience the ambiance, fun, great food and drinks, and relaxation that Bailey's has to show for.
We hosted my Parents 33rd Anniversary in a private room upstairs in a at Baileys in Temecula and not only was I and our party of 15 absolutely satisfied and impressed with every single thing. The service was excellent, the girls were very accommodating and attentive. The food was Devine, shout out to the chef and his team, from hors d’oeuvres, salads, and the main entrees it was all cooked to perfection. The ambiance was phenomenal, Over all The experience we had was jaw dropping.
The food is excellent. The service was great. Highly recommend the Fish and Chips. Quesadilla and the sauce they provide with it is very, very good.
First time visiting Temecula Old Town and I hope it will not be our only visit. Coming off highway and heading towards Old Town, Bailey's restaurant is one of the first establishments you see. Lots of parking in back. Parking is chore to find because it is a busy place. We brought our dog with us and we were happy to sit in the very large covered patio with her. Staff even offer a water bowl, nice. Small menu was offered but I think it was plenty. We order burgers and OMG, loved them. So tasty. Recommend you check them out.
Husband and I ate lunch here at around 2:15ish Sunday Dec. 26. We kind of took a chance considering how busy Old Town was. The very nice hostess said there would be a long wait so we went in and looked around and she came up to us and said they had a table available. So that was a huge plus! She was delightful 😊 We sat near the bar so the bartender tended to us. He was a GREAT server. Seemed happy to be at work. Wonderful energy. Nice smile and beard! 😁 I had the chicken schnitzel and he had the cheeseburger. Both were great! The sauce for the schnitzel was tasty!!! The cook on the hamburger patty was perfect! I drank a Spa Day cocktail as well. SUPER good!!!!
George our server was great. He was quick, nice and had great recommendations for drinks and dishes. Great time and will come back!
The service was spectacular, shout out to Mike the bartender. He was very attentive and had great recommendations for our meal. The food was absolutley amazing here! We came for the brunch/lunch hours and we ordered off of both menus! $15 bottomless mimosas were delicious! So many flavors to choose from, mango, strawberry & more. Highly recommend the Chicken Schnitzel. I would order it again and again! Stop by when visiting Old Town Temecula
We visited recently and were served by Drew. He was extremely courteous, attentive and made us feel so comfortable! Our pizza was delicious and the whole experience wonderful. Thanks for a sweet afternoon lunch. See you again !
Excellent food and great service. Pretty well varied menu - nothing usual on it but basics done well and with some welcome customization. Like the meatloaf with beef, veal, and pork. Staff always ready with drink refills and good recommendations. Plus - dog friendly patio and the largest dog meal portions I’ve seen. Would work for big dogs or a couple little ones.
My family could not be more pleased with Bailey's Old Town where we celebrated my Great Uncle's 100th birthday. The event staff called me promptly after my inquiry, and Audrea helped me every step of the way. The event space was decorated beautifully, so much natural light, and July set up our balloon decor before our event started. Our servers Madelyn and Brian were wonderful and professional. The food was delicious. This event space has spaces for several different group sizes and has an elevator available too. Plenty of free parking available. Very reasonable prices. I highly recommend this location for group events.
Food was outstanding. I ordered grandma's chicken schnitzel and the hubs ordered their salmon salad. The wait was less than 10 minutes. We sat outside on their patio. It was a little chilly even with the heaters they provided. We will return.
We came on a Sunday at 7 and restaurant was empty indoors and a few tables outside were full. I don't know why it was so empty because food was great, service was excellent and you could carry on a conversation without the noise. Price was reasonable as well. I would recommend going there!
Wonderful experience, servers go above and beyond. Came in on Sunday Latin night for their outside patio and had an unbelievable amount of fun dancing and listening to the music. The space heaters are really nice when it's colder out and the dj was spot on for the vibes. All the staff were unbelievably friendly and assisting, 100% come in here to be treated right and enjoy good food. I cant praise this place enough
We had the most amazing experience at Baily’s! The hamburgers were incredible — a double patty masterpiece that was perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. The manager was so welcoming, the kitchen staff was friendly, inviting, and full of positive energy, and we even got to meet the owner, who came out to chat with us. Such genuinely kind and heartfelt people all around! If you’re looking for a spot to grab great food, relax, and have some fun, Baily’s is definitely it. Highly recommend giving it a try — you won’t be disappointed! 🍔✨
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – Excellent Experience at Bailey’s Old Town Temecula Visited: Saturday, October 18, 2025 Location: 28699 Old Town Front Street, Temecula, CA 92590 Bailey’s is a true gem in the heart of Old Town Temecula! We stopped in for brunch before our wine tour, and it was the perfect start to the day. The restaurant is conveniently located right across from The Stampede, the pickup spot for the Classic Grape Wine Tour. The space is large and beautifully designed — it offers upscale and casual dining areas, a banquet hall, nightclub, and even a business lunch club. There’s also a great outdoor seating area that adds to the lively Old Town vibe. Our group enjoyed a variety of dishes: sliders, a classic hamburger and fries, and my personal favorite — the Cali Chicken BLT, which was perfectly seasoned and delicious. The service was quick and friendly, and everything arrived fresh and hot. Bailey’s has a great beer and wine selection, creative cocktails, and a dessert menu worth saving room for. I also loved the Halloween-themed décor — festive, fun, and perfect for the season! Between the live music, fireplaces, and upbeat energy, this spot is ideal for lunch, dinner, or even a solo visit. Next time I’m in Old Town Temecula, I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend Bailey’s for anyone looking to enjoy great food, drinks, and ambiance before exploring wine country!
My wife and I just had the BEST dining experience tonight at Baily’s in Old Town. We left dinner being mad at ourselves for waiting so long to eat here. The food was exceptional and the service was the best we have received in quite sometime. Our waiter Jacob was absolutely amazing. We also had the pleasure of speaking with the manager Oscar, who was also great! Great job Baily’s this is how you keep customers coming back! We will definitely be back for bottomless mimosas and the BEST HAPPY HOUR IN TOWN!
Great place to eat in Temecula...Sthn California... the Old Town strip was pumping on Sat and looks so cool. The guys at Bailey's were great.. they managed to help us get a table in 5 minutes instead of 1hr + wait for a table... all because few of us are from Australia. So food and our server were great, as were the drinks... recommended for sure.
A great restaurant with delicious drinks, but a bit pricey. Check out this great place in downtown temecula, it’s not very busy as long as you get there before the music begins. Once the music outside starts it gets too loud to hear yourself, and the aroma of weed fills the inside. The menu is simple and sweet and the cocktail selection is awesome, so try a few of the newer ones. We ordered the chicken schnitzel, and the salmon salad, and the food was delicious, and good portions. Their service was solid and very responsive. It is a bit pricey but we’ll worth checking it out!
Food was good and large portions. DJ Noah was great, perfect blend of music to keep atmosphere going and still enjoy meal.
The service was a little slow but okay. The food was not as warm as I would have liked it, but it was very good, even though the clams in the chowder were gritty. The vegetable lasagna was tasty as well as the asparagus appetizer. They ran out of Modelo which was disappointing, but the server recommend a beer that was good.
Had dinner on a Saturday night here - Pro's = food was good, sat on outdoor patio-nice vibe, price reasonable. Con's = service wasn't the greatest, do not like the 2 hour max seating time. Band/Music was just starting and we had to leave, because we were 'over our seating limit" even though we were still purchasing drinks, just don't think that's cool.
Found the his place on google maps for brunch. Definitely did not disappoint. The food was awesome. A bit more than I would Normally spend on food until I saw the tri-tip roast. And wow! Would have given 5 stars but service a little slow considering they are only bringing you drinks and clearing the table. We had the bottomless mimosas and a Bloody Mary. I definitely recommend brunch here. It’s my new spot. Enjoy!
The food was ok, but the drinks were better. They had a DJ set up on the outdoor patio, and plenty of seats on a Sunday late afternoon. Our waitress Payton was very attentive and patient with us as well!
We stopped in late on a Sunday and caught the tail end of the brunch menu, missing the early rush and waiting just a few minutes before being seated. We initially sat outside but the sun was in the Mrs' eyes so we asked to move in and was quickly accommodated by our server (good dude). Mrs chose the Salmon salad and I had the California omelette. The OJ came in a large glass and the coffee in a little fancy cup, both just fine. There were plenty of TVs around the inside and near the bar, so I was pleased to watch a little football before our food arrvied, which was prompt. I remarked on the size of the salmon filet atop the salad, it was a beast. A full plate of breakfast in front of me, the omellette was chock full of shredded chicken and the accompanying potatoes were crisp and seasoned well. Unfortunately for my wife she found several small bones in the salmon filet and had to send the salad back, again, no problems from our server, who replaced it with Lobster Mac and Cheese. It was a worthy filler, the lobster nearly dissolving in your mouth among the rich, buttery pasta that were cooked on point. Overall, the staff was great, understanding, and the food was good, save for the salmon bones. Definitely a place I'd like to return to for the expanded menu.
Was there for a family get together. About 100 of us. The staff was amazing. The food was good. Great place for this event.
Good food, pleasant staff. This was a pleasant place to eat when visiting old town. We had six family members and it was quiet enough to have a good conversation and we all enjoyed our food.
Service was good. Staff was very helpful. Food was good. Ribeye came like how I ordered rare+. Chicken wings are better with dry rub. Asparagus bruchetta was ok. Brussels sprouts were delicious. Corkage policy is $25/bottle. They want to sell their wines. At 9 pm, the place turns into night club.
Decent place. Nice decor and passable service but subpar food considering the other options on Front St. I appreciate the live music on a Sunday but unfortunately didn't have a very big draw. It's a nice shot, but unfortunately, a miss.
Foods delicious. Took my mom out for her birthday dinner in a group of 10, they charge an automatic 20% gratuity on the check which would've been okay if the service was worth it. Waiter was nice but only checked on us maybe one/two times. Maybe filled up our drinks once. Maybe. And then took a long time for him to come back to give us our check. Definitely not worth the $65+ tip he received for "waiting" our table. Also we were in a separate area up stairs so there really wasn't a way to wave anyone down unless we left the area and searched for someone.
I was really unhappy with this experience. The music was so loud we couldn't talk with each other. The entree was underseasoned and overcooked. The vegetables were bland, hard, and undercooked. Cheesecake is my favorite but the cheesecake desert was hard and so mediocre I couldn't finish it. It took TWO HOURS to get our entrees. It was cold, so they brought out a heat that blew directly on my feet very uncomfortably, but the rest of the table couldn't feel it. The tomato bisque was yummy though. I'm sure some people think this food is great but I was simply not impressed. Maybe some people like the loud music, but that's not my jam. I'd only recommend it to someone for whom this is their particular vibe.
Most of the food was good. Steaks were overcooked garlic bread was undercooked. The worst part was the extreme loud bad band.
They're missing a chef for anyone who wants a custom omelet. Ran out of scramble eggs, and salmon. Had to wait for kitchen to bring more to the buffet. Ketchup wasn't readily available. Food was very good, but disappointed overall.
Waiter was friendly but not very attentive . Music/ lyrics were horrible and was nightclub worthy only . I would not even repeat the lyrics . We were visiting from out of town . We asked about the music and were told it could not be changed .
Flys. Food was ok, not great. Got seated right away, but server took 10 minutes to get to us and was slow on follow-ups. I won't return or recommend. I was brought by someone who had a similar experience in order to get my opinion (I wasn't told in advance)
The filet mignon, was bland, and dry. The tomato bisque was really good.
Specifically made Inside Dining reservations for C Garcia 15 people weeks ahead for Saturday March 22 at 5pm. It was for a family reunion. Having people coming from Oklahoma, Hawaii, LA and San Diego area. Some were senior citizens. We get there early to check in. They tell us that we'll have to eat outside on the patio because they can't accommodate 15 people inside, only 10 people inside max. It was cool and windy at the time. As we were sitting outside waiting to order. We all got cold and asked to turn on outside heaters which didn't help. My brother and sisters went to their cars and got blankets so people could keep warm. When we all got our food within a minute it was turning cold because of the windy, cool weather. The place and food looks nice and the staff is friendly. But if we've had known that we would have been placed outside we would have made reservations at another Temecula restaurant. Plus when making reservations Baileys shouldn't have given us an option for 15 people to dine inside. We made the best in a bad situation.
I had high expectations for both the food and service based on the reviews. Unfortunately, the service fell short — our waitress wasn’t very attentive, and I never received a final drink refill or even an offer, which left me walking out still thirsty. I ordered a hamburger, and while it wasn’t bad, it was pretty average. I expected something more memorable.
This is a very attractive and comfortable restaurant. Warm, relaxing ambience. With a nice large covered patio in the back. My friend and I ordered eggs Benedict, and we were both disappointed. The hollandaise sauce was very bland, and the poached eggs were overcooked. Both our breakfasts were barely warm. They didn't have the homestyle potatoes, so we each substituted the wedge potatoes, which were meh. The thick bacon was very meaty, but cool. Should have gotten a BLT which would have probably been great with that bacon.
Food and band were great. Our waitress Maddy was sweet. But the management was horrible. We arrived a little early for our 6pm reservation to a basically empty restaurant. Two other larger groups arrived right after us and were seated first, even though they also had 6:00 p.m. reservations. Once we receded everything was great. However, at 3 minutes to 8:00, a manager came up and told us there was a 2-hour table limit and they needed the table. We graciously moved to another area of the bar so we could continue listening to the band. However, we noticed that the other two groups that had arrived before us along with a couple that arrived very shortly after us we're not asked to move. When we left the restaurant 20 minutes later, there was no one waiting in the waiting room, those other groups were still seated, and no one had been seated at the table we had been at (or the empty table behind us). We had been drinking and eating and I actually still had half a glass of wine when they asked us to move. We had given excellent tips. Why were we the only ones asked to move? Bad form.
This was my 1st time coming to old town temecula, we live over 30miles away in anza and came down the hill to meet my brother and sister in law for a mother's day dinner with our mom. Party of 6 The service left a bit to be desired, we were all served water upon being seated, which was nice. We all socialized for about 45min before my brother got up to ask the bartender if someone was going to take our order for appetizers The appetizers were good, the main course was alright. My other half and I both had the BLT with fries. All, except 1 of our party, elected to just keep our original waters we got at seating, rather than ordering other drinks. We kinda got the feeling it would take too long to get them, so why bother. The waitstaff was polite, but seemed a bit inattentive, possibly short staffed or just tired. I would give this place another chance if I'm down the hill, but I wouldn't make a special trip. I feel we can get better service and the same quality of food for a better price without the hour long drive at our local casino or in idyllwild. I would have given a higher review if the service was better..
So I've experienced Bailys during happy hr and non happy hr. During happy hr we've noticed on the mixed drinks that they put little to no shots. I always get a buzz with a dbl Margarita and during happy hr i feel nothing.
Going for live music at night on a warm Temecula night is fun. Going to eat dinner is definitely a no go now for a number of us.. It is off my list for restaurants in Temecula. We had a fairly large party and everyone agreed they would not go again and it really was not good. Here are some items they can work on. There was a salad that someone spilled outside the bathroom door. It had been there for a while as the lettuce was wilt and found in from people walking on it. Please pick that health and slipping hazard up. The bathroom also needed some loving care. The was toilet paper all over the floor. The music was so loud we could not talk at the table. Tried to order three drinks on the menu and they were out of all three. Tried to order the chicken strips with a mixture of two of the sauces. They will not mix sauces. You nave to pick only one. The chicken enchilada meat was tough and dry. The lettuce on the steak salad was not fresh. The chicken on the Schnitzel was tough and overcooked. The gravy on top was really salty. On the positive note, the service was good. The service was the saving grace and got the review two stars and not one. The meatloaf was the only item complained about and the enchilada sauce was pretty good.
We had brunch from limited menu on Mother's Day "Saturday" to beat the crowd on Sunday. There was a puddle of water at my feet, I asked to have it removed. Took some time but they took care of it. I ordered the steak and eggs. Eggs cooked "over medium" we're hard boiled! The steak had an rotten taste so I didn't eat it. My plate was the last to come out so by the time I tried to find the server for a replacement it was late so I just had them take it away. They did offer to make me another but my appetite was not good. The day was a nice one and my mother had a great time.
Came down from SD and wanted to see the night vibes Temecula had to offer. Security was pretty lame off the top, and the "vip" or bottle service area was far from comfortable (wood park benches). I'm not sold on Baileys at all for the night vibes, but I could see it maybe being cool for brunch
We came here on a Friday night and it was super packed. We wanted to sit where the heaters were so the server told us we had to get a drink. We went to the bar to grab a drink and wanted the hibiscus drink. The bartender who made our drink did not know how to make it right. We told him it was super sour and tart and he simply just added simple syrup to it. He actually dumped simple syrup into my friend straw! He blamed it on the cucumbers! Saying that’s the reason why our drink was tart.... We paid $30 for two drinks And we ended up not even finishing it.
I came here for a birthday dinner, in hopes to have a good dining experience. Between the time we were seated and a server came to take our order, it was twenty minutes. I can understand if the place was packed, but there was only a few tables taken. The food came out pretty fast, but no one at my table was satisfied with the taste. The atmosphere was okay, however the speakers near my table had a lot of static. The band was good, but the volume was excessively loud for the amount of people there. All in all, my expectations were much higher that what my party and I received. The reviews made it seem like the restaurant would be good, which is why we tried it. I'm just surprised that Old Town Temecula has a place with service like this.
It was date night for us. Like the other reviews, the service was horrible. We waited close to 30 minutes, just for our wine. We ordered Calamari and it was very salty. It’s unfortunate because it was our first time there. This restaurant has amazing potential. Do better on the service and eliminate the significantly long waits once seated.
First time trying Bailys for dinner; their menu and drink selection looked promising. I am highly disappointed in the fact that our waitress left us waiting for over 20 minutes just to take our order. There were many larger parties there which were attended to first. Worst of all, I asked a question about one of the wines on the menu and she replied with, "I know nothing about wine, let me go ask"...? If you're a server anywhere in Oldtown, you should be fully trained on the food and drink menu before you take customers orders, period. I ordered the steak salad with no gouda cheese and parts of that salad were dry and soggy, the meat was unevenly cooked. I definitely won't be recommending this place to anyone.
I usually bring my clients here for a night out or when having meetings considering I also have an office in old town Temecula. It’s very disappointing the service I received from Cary when I had to go pick up my mother’s CC. Before hand I called the restaurant to verify I could pick up the card, because my mom doesn’t live in town I asked i I could bring a piece of mail, (my id also has the same address) and I verified the card down to the color and provider. Manager on the phone said it was fine and I let her know I would be there in 15 minutes and I was bringing a piece of mail. When I entered the restaurant I was greeted by Cary who was rude, unprofessional and entitled. As a business owner I would never allow someone to speak to my clients the way she spoke to me. She smelled like cigarettes and was probably drinking on the clock because it is pretty outrageous how things were handled. I asked her who picked up the phone and she gave me an I don’t know and don’t care attitude. I told her I just spoke with someone and she gave me some crazy attitude and kept cutting me off. Either way, I never leave a review because I know the effect it can have on a business BUT today was just outright disrespectful and unacceptable. Will not be coming here anymore or referring to any clients.
Sat at a table for over 15 minutes waiting to be served. They served everyone around us for some reason. Extremely rude waitress walked right passed us and smiled then served the person in front of us. Go somewhere else and spend your money. We went to Public House instead and OMG huge difference. Attentive staff, acknowledging us right as we got there. Great food and service! If you don’t like your job as a server then get another job. Don’t ignore the reason you’re at work, to take food and drink orders from customers.
Service isn’t restaurant quality tons of workers dressed in all black with zero customer service. The food was slow, my veggie burger was just mushy, and my friends food came out 20-25 minutes after mines even though it was on the same tab. Their google rating is extremely miss leading.
My daughter and her friend just turned 21. We dropped them off in Old Town (with plans to pick them up at midnight). They went to Baileys first thing. They ordered 2 Titos Vodka doubles with lime juice. The drinks were delivered and so was the bill. $52. I have no words…… what a ridiculous bill!! We will NEVER return.
Cancelled the entertainment for tomorrow which is on Saturday. I'm going to cancel my reservation there for 10 people. You don't care about us, we won't spending big money at your establishment ever again. It cost more money to win back a customer, your decision you chose, not too smart. That little bit of advice, about winning back a customer, that's sales and marketing 101.
Place was dead. Service was excellent, but the food sucked. Food was cooked to perfection, yet had no flavor. Best thing we had were the lemon pepper wings. The menu included jalapeño calamari, bbq burger, brisket plate, chicken schnitzel, and garlic bread skillet. Everything was so bland, either no flavor, or not the right flavor. Drinks were very mid.
Food wasn't good. Understaffed or just poor service. Too much road noise on outside patio.
Never visiting them again. Felt so mis-treated as they asked for COVER Charge for me go back to use the restroom, after I was done with the dinner there, as the clock turns 9PM - I went to Baily's Old Town Temecula for dinner with my family and friends. There were 7 of us. We had our dinner there and we all left after eating. After I came out of the restaurant, I realized that I had to use the restroom. So, I turned back to go to the restaurant. At this time, it was 9PM and they had just put ropes to block the entryway. I asked the guys at the door if I could go back to use the bathroom, they said that they know that I was just there to eat but as the clock had tuned 9, I need to pay the cover charge to enter back. I told them that it was only going to take a min but they kept telling me that they needed me to pay the cover charge to go back. I told them that we (a party of 7) just paid hundreds of dollars for dinner there so it didn't make sense for them to ask me for the cover charge just to use the restroom. But, they didn't budge. I was feeling so disrespected. I asked if I could talk to a manager. A guy came and said he was a manager and can help me out by "escorting" me to the bathroom to make sure that I leave once done. He also didn't care that I was just there with my family and friends a couple of minutes ago. I was shocked. I told him that I was never bringing back my business there and he said it's fine by him. I'm never returning back to this place ever again.
This place tried to pass off a low quality steak as filet mignon. Dont scam your customers. In response to your response. I immediately reported the situation to the waitress and sent the food back. She said she let the manager know. No manager ever came out to address the situation. This is in fact what happened at your restaurant. The waitress nor anyone else denied it when I reported it. You an as owner are ultimately responsible for what your employees do regardless if the direction was given by you or not. Completely unacceptable. These types of business practices will destroy your business.
awful staff, they made us feel weird, and they were rude and not helpful at all. specifically the security was rude outside to everyone.
This is specific to the Night Life Club element of the Venue. As a night club I expect more variety and diversity in the music playlist. From approximately 10:40pm to 12:10am on Friday Oct 3rd the DJ played majority Hispanic or Latino or Mexican style music, riffs, horns, sound effects etc.. Unless this is a Latino Club there should have been much more diversity in the music flow. I love all types of music but there was a definitely bias. We finally just left. The bad part is that it was my girlfriends Bday and we hoped to hear a reggae song as we did ask for any type of reggae but the request fell upon deaf ears. The DJ only wanted to play a certain genre all night long apparently.
