3/2/24 - Came to see the Lakers game and get some food. Sat at the bar and ordered some Traditional wings ( mango habanero ) ! They were so hot 🥵! Warning ⚠️ super hot 🥵! I met a nice guy at the bar and we watched the game together. We had the TV adjusted by Jared 💜 Scott was our bartender and he did an amazing job ! He was friendly and well spoken. Definitely recommend this place to watch a game ! Bathrooms were clean 🧼

First time here, they have a great deal $12.95 for 10 wings , fries and a drink. I had the habanero and parmesan garlic 😋 they were great 👍😋 also had a habanero sweet alcoholic beverage 🍹🍗 there was so many TV to watch Sunday night football 🏈 great service fast and very attentive. Will definitely be back . 🎉🎉

I had a great experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings location today. I was in the area because my wife was attending a Bachelorette party in the winery so I had to stay in the area. I found parking okay and when I walked inside, I sat at the bar since it's opening seating. A waitress greeted me right away and I got a Mountain Dew. The mountain dew they brought out had some black stuff in it so I asked for another one. They had the PGA Master tournament on so I was watching that and ended up getting their All American cheeseburger for my entrée. I basically sat in the bar area for like 6 hours watching the PGA Masters and then UFC 300. The food was great, my server was attentive to me and kept checking up on me. The bathroom here is also very clean compared to other Buffalo wild wings location I been to. Overall I had a great experience here.

We came to visit the Ancient Indian burial ground and decided to drop in. We walked in and were pleasantly greeted by Scott. He was the bartender and was the only waiter there. Young guy it was so nice to see him happy pleasant and in such a great mood aside the fact he was doing it all on his own. Food was so delicious Scott made sure we knew what was the best and most delicious options. Im a director of Ops and its not something you see every day from his generation let alone my own to provide amazing customer service with a smile and still giving it his all. Such a treasure to have as an employee and as a server.

It was a nice treat to sit out on their patio to eat since indoor service is not an option. The service was great and the food is always good. Their southern chicken sandwich was sooo good. It was the biggest piece of chicken I've ever had on a sandwich and so flavorful. I am pregnant so couldn't have a drink, but had a mocktail, their Passion fruit NOjito (love the name) and it was a perfectly fancy alternative. The staff is always so friendly here, we like this location a lot

I had my ups and downs with BDubs but the other night was really good! Good service and ofcourse those wings!! Tuesday night was buy one get one so you know I had to take advantage! Ahaha my lady ordered the football drink which was on point!! It tasted like a pina colada with a hint of lime. Sooooo good! (Edited review) I previously gave this location 2 stars due to the disappointment from my visit which was anything but enjoyable. However, the staff at BWW did an amazing job at reaching out and making sure that my experience did not go unnoticed. Pablo the Manager personally reached out to show concern and wanted to make things right. I ended up going back and the service was day and night difference. The staff was very attentive and my server (Christina) did an amazing job to make sure that the food met our expectations and her professionalism made today an enjoyable experience.

Great service as always. I come here at least once a week with my wife and 2 kids and it is always a good time. We’re usually served by Jared and Molly, who are both fantastic. Very nice, happy people and an upbeat environment.

Pretty good sampler platter, not too big and the house beer(wild herd) is really good. I just wish the tables and eating areas were more clean.

I'm a huge BBW fan and have to been many across the US and this one needs work. The breading is thick, overcooked, and the skimp on the sauce even when asking for extra. Easily fixable issues and only extend to the wings the other food items are restaurant quality.

Being a sports bar the ambiance was a little overwhelming for someone with autism but the food and service definitely made up for it. As Buffalo wild wings goes this location is ok. My reason for rating this location so low stems from one trip last month. I thought It was pretty disappointing when I was the 2nd person in for the day and it was pretty slow over all and my order was messed up not once but twice for a pretty simple order.

When we arrived we were seated right away. Food was delicious, but the service needs some work. Our server took our drink orders and then came back 20 mins later to take our food order. Half of us received our order and the others had to wait 15 mins to received theirs. She was very apologetic and kept saying their system was down.

Will give it a few months before we go back. New staff so there’s a lot of learning going on. Foods were so bad it looks like they had a food confetti party as food as mashed all over the floor. They also sat us in the middle of a box of tables. The waitress kept squeezing in between us to get to each table around us. Weirdest thing I’ve ever seen. Food was cold and refilled drinks once before she brought our check. I’m a long time BWW fan so I’m not giving up. Just hope it turns around. Great atmosphere on the bar side.

Ok so bare with me here because I normally don't give bad reviews, however....we went on a Sunday and were seated immediately, but I quickly realized there were very few servers working. It took about 15 minutes for our server to come, then another 15 to get us our drinks, then another 25 to get us our food. When we did finally get our food, we had ran out of our drinks and they were never refilled for the remainder of the meal. Now I don't want to blame the waitress, because I saw how busy it was. This is more a management issue. Jusrlt because you have tables, doesn't meant you should seat them. Seat the tables you have enough staff for. I rather be told upfront that it's about a 40 minute wait rather then be seated and wait 40 miserable minutes for any kind of service.

Service is always sorry slow we usually avoid this restaurant. We had a $10 offer so decided to go right after they open but before lunch. Thought maybe things would be different.... nope. 5 tables seated and 5 employees walking around. Everyone waits to be seated even though there's no one. The boneless wings have a couple decent pieces and the rest were little nuggets. We prefer wings and rings up the street.

The kitchen can delay or make an acceptable food but good service always can save you as happens today because of your nice server, but in other hand in your kitchen make the best food in town bad service as your manager will keep out customers to come back to you, my advice train your managers regularly or let them watch the servers how they are trying to cover their (managment)mistakes and behavior

This place needs better management. The servers are great but they are always out of something, the interior upholstery needs repairs, the workers often seem overwhelmed. Just seems like no one is responsible for the overall operations. They have huge banners and signs all over for a house beer that is constantly out. Get it together.

Tried the Temecula location for the first time tonight. The pick up process was very unorganized. Just kinda had a bunch of people all piled on the small sidewalk waiting (with no social distancing). They had little signs but no one seemed to be following them. I feel like instead of having Doordash pick up, normal pick up, pay, they should have one line for all of them and at the end of the bar have the food pick up. That way not everyone is standing in front of the bar waiting for their orders. We ended up staying an extra 20 minutes after our supposed pick up time. As for the food, the traditional wings were pretty good. Although the sauces weren't actually on the wings, I don't know if this is normal for take out. The fries were overcooked and the oil definitely needed to be changed. My bag smelled of burned food, can't place what was burned though. The carrots were dry and had a weird texture. The sauces/dry rubs were pretty average. I had such a good experience at the Murrieta location before, surprising that this one was such a flop. I'll likely return in the future to give it another chance. Maybe dine in will be better?

This review is based on BWW inability to get a two item oder correct through Doordash. Wings and fries. When you try to call the business they dont answer as it goes to voicemail. The problem is not with the driver because the orders are sealed due to health regulations. Therefore when the business messed up they have a responsibility to correct, rather than have a customer run around chasing their tail. I dont mind supporting the economy, but give me what I have paid for. Further their quality control measure did work because the order wasn't checked.

Last night we had an awful experience from the moment we walked end all the way to paying our bill at the bar with our baby since our server was constantly Mia ! We waited 20 minutes no hostess and a huge line behind us finally we asked a busser for help there are so many empty dirty tables we got sat server Anna asked us for drink order then that was it from her after waiting 25 minutes to order we finally asked her can we order and she acted surprised as if we already ordered!!!!! Like are you kidding me our order was very simple a buger plain wings appetizer which we received extremely late our food took forever to come out cold then the burger was wrong had chesse we couldn't wait another hour this was a complete disappointment disaster our server never apologized didn't care we asked to speak to manger that never happened we finally flagged someone to give us our bill had to take it to the bar to pay because our sever again was no where ! Completely messed the order up. Wrong sauce and shorted us on the amount of wings that we ordered. When we called to ask whether we should bring it back or they could reimburse us for the wing shortage they said they would be refunding us. We never got the refund.

Showed up to pick up my pre-ordered meal. I get in line and a GrubHub/Door Dash person gets in line behind me. The girl behind the counter says she'll be right with me, goes to the GrubHub guy and asks for his info...this is terrible customer service and I won't be back to this location. Also, our full order was not in the bag.

Where to begin, after ordering for delivery, it was delayed by almost an hour. Food comes, cold, and soggy. How hard is it to mess up a salad? Pretty easily apparently. A wrap? Apparently using two day old dried out tortilla shells are an industry standard. Plus, cold fries? Cmon? McDonald's doesn't even have that low of standards. How far away do we live you say? 15 miles? Cold could be acceptable. 10? In pretty sure salad doesn't get soggy by then. But to answer your question, it's 3. We live 3 miles away. Did covid lower your standards that much? If it did, you should have kept your doors closed, talk about a disgrace.

I have never had their chicken wings before and never will again. My opinion is they are awful. They were dry unflavorful. We added different sauces but that did not help in my opinion.

Asked for a sample of a beer they had on draft, it was warm. Boneless wings were overcooked yet not crispy on the outside. Also the place was fairly empty, yet service was very slow. So not only did I have to wait an extra hour but it was missing stuff and I almost got the complete wrong order.

Placed an order curbside, declined special. Placed an order for 6 extra crispy wings with fries totaling $16.40. Returned home to find 6 boneless wings (special $5) and French fries that were cold and fried so hard they taste like potato chips. Naturally I call 10 minutes prior to closing, no one picked up and was continually routed through the Q. I will be returning their food tomorrow and requesting a full refund. Truly unfortunate because it was my 1st experience.

8/14/21 We waited over an hour to get our food. We asked to see how much longer it will take because we have a 1 year old and she was getting fuzzy, the server giving us attitude said she didn't know because they also had a big party!? Like really!! When we got our food, the food was getting cold. The wings look like they were getting dry from sitting there for a while. We ordered Mac and cheese for my baby and it was dry and cold. No one came to see if everything was okay so we couldn't let someone know about how bad our food was.

Our third time at this location. Ate in once and take out twice. Both time we ordered take out we got the wrong sauce on our order and neither time was the order ready at time requested on app. Example ordered to pickup at 5:50. Finally got order at 6:25. Ordered 40 wings 10 each with different sauce. Got 40 garlic parm. Carrots and celery were not in bag. Done with this place. It's terrible 😞 😪 😫.

Went in the other day and due to low staffing we were told we had to sit in a particular section. I was okay with this until they sat us at a small table with no room. We proceeded to ask another worker if we could sit somewhere else we were told we could sit wherever we wanted in the section. They were not busy so there were quite a few tables to choose from so we got up and moved to another table. Our hostess came back and told use we could not sit at that table because there were only two of us and it was a table for three. We stated we did not want to go back our original table because it was in the middle of the row with surrounding tables with no room. She said okay, but you can’t sit here because that is a table for two and this is a table for more people. I said okay if we can’t have a different table we will just leave at which point she said okay, then leave.

Absolute worst place I have eaten in a long time. I ordered a black bean burger and it came out hard as a rock and crunchy; absolutely inedible. I also ordered wedge fries and received what appeared to be the very end of the batch, seeing as how they were all pieces maybe smaller than an inch. I did take out so I'm not going back, but the staff was poor and didn't even know what sauces they offered. If I could give 0 stars I would. I didn't pay this type of money to be disappointed.

Worst service EVERYTiME here! Spare your self the nightmare

Tourist from Vegas! My order didn’t make it to my table not until I complained, then I was being charged things that never made it to our table. Ketchups were all out in each table. A/c was not working on our side of the building. No straws / no napkins / no utensils … Beers were refilled but my Drinks took 40 mins to come.

The manager PABLO was soo rude when I told him I ordered a corona and the sever brought me a modelo! He told me I obviously don’t know how to order a beer!!! Are you kidding me!! I was very polite and said I know what I ordered obviously my server made a simple mistake can I please just get my corona and he was so mad and made it a bigger deal than it was!! Wow never again

First of all the food taste cold and soggy, and second the waiter messed up our order and gave us no fries and drinks and it just tastes bad in general, the wings were undercooked and the waiter charged us 30$ extra for the food. Also it took atleast 30 mins to get our food when there wasn’t a single person at a table. No photos, just my experience today

Super small bar area. Showed up at 1630 and not a single spot to just have a drink and order to go. I came in first and stood for about 5 min until I finally sat down in the waiting area. Someone walked in and the waitress immediately ran up to help them like I wasn't even standing there. Basically, don't come in here expecting to have a drink and order to go. Just order delivery because this place isn't your go-to.

I’ve been to several other Buffalo Wild Wings and have always been fairly satisfied with the food. The food was horrible here today. Fries tasted similar to when you get McDonald’s fries and they’ve been left under a hot lamp for a couple hours. The salsa was hilariously bad. It was like they had run out of salsa and used plain canned tomato sauce instead (unfortunately this is not an exaggeration 😂). Boneless wings were less crispy than usual and drowning in way too much sauce. Definitely won’t be returning to this location.

This place was good when they opened then slowly went down hill… it’s kind of a complete shi+ show now. Management used to be nice friendly and remember my name when I came in now I had a problem with my order and Pablo wanted to push the blame on me instead of offering helpful solutions to keep a satisfied customer. Food quality has gone down, attention to detail lacking (missing sauces like ranch and blue cheese is a norm) employees walk right past you without asking what you need when you’re trying to flag someone down for 10 min… the app sucks too but I guess that’s a corporate issue and not actually this particular restaurant so….

Your staff, venue and vibe are great!!! I ordered 10 wings. 5 Carolina & 5 Jerk. I got 10 dry, overcooked pieces of chicken. Had I been provided a small amount of additional sauce, this may have been digestible. BUT, I wasn't. Dudes... A little Quality Assurance goes a long way. I won't be back. You should be embarrassed & ashamed to charge money for such poor quality food.

Staff was lethargic and disengaged. The employees here should find a new line of work or BWW corporate needs to send a coach to this location and go over customer service 101. This is the second time I have been here and this has happened. Follow up: Cute trick that corporate did. They responded saying they wanted to make It right by sending me to to their website. The interesting thing is that on the website they didn’t collect any of my personal information like an email or phone number. So I suppose I have to just assume that leaving another review on the website will motivate them to make some sort of change. In summary I stated that I didn’t want coupons or a free meal I just wanted the staff to have better service. Hopefully, this follow up will get an another response on how they plan on “making it right”.

My husband loves BWW, but this location doesn't do it for me! I've never seen a waitress so one-sided. She only seemed to talk to and listen to my husband. Was it because he's a dude or was it because he was drinking and that certainly raises the bar tab? One of us was pregnant and the usual DD, so that meant no drinks on my end. She also over sized my order. I specifically ordered sides and pointed to the 'sides' menu. She brought out and charged us for the appetizer portions. No big deal, we had left overs. At the end we asked for boxes for said left overs and she only brought my husband one box. We still tipped her 20% because that's what we do. After all of that, my husband got food poisoning. His wings were the only difference in what we ate all weekend. Total bummer because he was excited that this location was so close to us.

I visited this location (Temecula) on April 8, 2023, and the service and experience was HORRIBLE.   I sat at the bar to have a drink, and within the first few minutes, I should have known to go to another establishment because it took over 10 minutes to get a drink.   I continued to stay there for another hour, and within that time, I could NOT order food to save my life.  I was starving.  I watched the two bartenders serving everyone else and over serving multiple customers (they must know they get larger tips once they over serve customers).  I truly felt invisible.  I eventually paid for my beer and mentioned to the bartender that I was starving and I would be going across the street to get food, he immediately became rude as if it was my fault that I was not served food at his place of employment.  I filed a complaint on Buffalo Wild Wings website, and they sent me free points for my next visit.  That seemed completely inappropriate due to the nature of my complaint.  I will never step foot into that location again.   My complaint to them was not to get free food, but in hopes that their customers would be treated with better respect and possibly convenience.  I hope this review will reach someone who may be able to correct the actions of Buffalo Wild Wings in Temecula, CA.

I had to ask multiple times to at least get my first order, because I had a child that needed to eat to take her meds. The second order took so long that I finally asked for a refund and manager. I was told that they may not be able to refund the order because it was processed on the app. When I finally received my order my fries were hard and cold. They were so hard someone would have broken a tooth trying to eat them. If you order pick-up, prepare to wait for a long time here and to be ignored. I will not be coming here again. This was a waste of time and money. I could have spent my money elsewhere to get better service and better food. I love Buffalo Wild Wings and ate at multiple locations, but this one is by far the worst.

I came to use my birthday free 6 piece wings and their system was down. They let me know that I couldn’t use it even though it was active . I asked Scotty if he could ask the manager Jesse if there was something he could do for me. Scotty went over to ask Jesse and he just threw up his arms and basically said too bad. He didn’t even come over to talk to me personally. Crazy that a manager that represents a company that I have been coming here for years doesn’t even have the time to come over and talk to his patrons and at least maybe think of something outside of the box to take care of his customer. I guess that is why this location has a 3.7 google rating while my business in the same town, where I am the general manager and takes care of my customers has a 4.8 google review with over 1k reviews. Funny how he didn’t have the decency to come and talk to me, maybe that would have made the difference. I can’t imagine as a general manager myself that I wouldn’t personally come and address my customers. Not good business or customer service and to think a corporation would have a manager that doesn’t have the time to talk to his customers says a lot about Buffalo Wild Wings.
