Great service and prob the best pizza I’ve ever had , and I’ve tried other Marcos locations . Love coming here and eating pizza . They have a few tables inside and fountain drinks available.
Hey guys.. I just left there (Friday, May 25th, 8:30pm) and asked if my pizza had extra sauce as I requested it. I just wanted to tell you that the pizza was on point 💯AMAZING. Definitely worth driving 45 minutes to get. Five star..
Best pizza in town, and that's saying a lot considering there's something like 50 pizza places in the area. The prices are competitive with the other pizza chains but the taste blows them all out of the water. Don't waste your time or money elsewhere, Marcos is rank one.
Hands down the best pizza spot in town! The pizza was excellent and the staff looked like they enjoyed their work to boot! Shout out to Chandler for recommending old world pepperoni! So good!!!

I love this Marco's pizza. The customer service is amazing. You can tell the owner takes pride in his business. The pizza is SO DELICIOUS! The price is great! I can feed myself and my 2 kids for under $15 and have leftovers!!! I came here for the first time about a year ago and it has been my go to pizza place ever since!
Holy shinola this place is underrated! And in a difficult to notice location... I only stopped here because I needed parts at O'Reilly. Thank God I did! This pizza is FANTASTIC. Better than anything else around here, 10/10. Our server Ernesto was awesome, good vibes. Definitely going to become a regular here!
We always LOVE Marcos Pizza! They are our go-to for any nights that no one wants to cook. They are always on time even when it's crazy busy and I have never had an order that wasn't correct. Their sandwiches and salad's are aweseom as well, fresh and yummy! You can't go wrong tiwth the pizza though and they have daily specials. You also accumulate points for extra deals on pizza! We will definitely be ordering soon!
OMG! The pizza was delicious, full of toppings and just the way we like it. The person taking our order on the phone was extremely courteous. Pizza was ready on time, great place great food! Highly recommended.
I don't know if they are always this way, but I've been to this location dozens of times and the person taking my order is always super friendly. I usually use a coupon that I received in the mail or online, they put out lots of coupons. But let's get to the part you really care about. The pizza is amazing! Every part about it is deliscious. The ingredients are good quality, the bread is soft, the cheese is just right. I love it! My husband is lacrosse intolerant but he will take a pill and down a Marcos pizza because it is so worth it. We also like the bread sticks, and the cinnamon ones are good dessert. I enjoy the Greek salad. This is good quality food, not at all like the cheap cardboard you get at cheaper places. We get a large pizza for $19 at Marcos, but usually we have coupons so it's less. They are fast. Always fast service. But if you are in a hurry order ahead or online. The location is a little burried in the shopping center, but not too hard to get to. The dining room is small, not good for large parties. We always take the pizza home to eat.
Our favorite pizza place in Idylwild had a long wait and we had to get on the road back to San Diego. Sort of disappointing, until I made a good call to stop when I saw Marco's Pizza. Excellent! Very tasty. Ordered a large thin crust with black olives, onions, banana peppers, and parmesan added to the crust. The sauce has a little spice to it, but not too hot for me. Highly recommend. We will return on our next road trip!

I gave this place 5 stars across the board with one caveat on "atmosphere". The servers were amazing and welcoming, but the store itself isn't necessarily set up for patrons to dine in. That being said, they directed us to the patio around the corner, and it was a perfect place for an impromptu pizza party, complete with food, drinks, and desserts. I appreciated EVERYTHING about the visit, and I know others will, too!

Today was my first visit for their lunch deal. Great sandwich and the meal dael was a very competitive price! Stopped in for the White Pizza and Salad tonight.....may adjust the review afterwards. This is a strong 4 star pizza joint!

If thin crust pizza is your jam, you must give Marco's Pizza a try. Although they offer original crust, thick crust and of course thin crust, we always gravitate towards the thin crust. We ordered a medium bacon and green olive on their crispy thin crust and were really impressed. The pie was very flavorful with plenty of toppings and the beloved crispy thin crust. We also ordered an original crust cheese pizza for our grandkids and they loved it. Marco's Pizza is worth a try. We will order from them again.

5 or 6 days ago I purchased my 2 favorite items, Italian chef salad , which was great. Also bought meatballbake. IT WAS TERRIBLE. Sauce was runny, very little cheese on top and many meatballs burnt. So disapointed. It's always been so good. As the saying goes S-_ __T HAPPENS. So I will try one more time.
Ordered the large 1 topping pizza with cheesy breadsticks special and let's just say there was nothing special about it, the pizza didn't taste nearly as good as it did in the past and the cheesy bread was horrible, ended up throwing it away. Most likely won't be going back again, as that taste is pretty hard to get out of your mouth.
Food was not like what I'm use to getting from Marcos on the East Coast very saucy minimum cheese and it seemed old. My kids ate it after heating it up. But not my best experience. The gentleman who gave me my order was professional and helpful.
The Pizza is pretty good but your online menus and specials are mis advertised. They show a special and when your ready to check out it prompts an error. We call and the staff and management will respond to "having website problems or no longer a special". I've ordered pizza for the last 2 months with the same response. Please fix the online website to where it's current to your specials. Otherwise the pizza still taste great!

If your order in store for carryout, they will not tell you when it's ready. I watched an older gentleman wait patiently for, what he said, 30 minutes. Every employee ignored him until a very nice delivery driver helped him. Seeing that, I checked with them 20 minutes after ordering and yup, it was just sitting in the window. This was my first and last visit.
Had a long time customer of Marco's Pizza. I am honestly in disbelief about the pizza that I received here. It's not the Marco's quality standard that I'm used to. It's dry and nothing close to the Marco's that I have had in the past. I used to order from the Hemet location but now that it's closed I drive 35+ mins each way just to get a disappointment. You guys need to step up your game.
The pizza is great, the staff is friendly and prompt, and the atmosphere is just plain pleasant. The only reason this isn't a 5 star review is the prices are significantly higher then other franchise locations and recently they have increased even further, I don't know if it's because their rent is higher or something else but I can't really justify coming here right now especially with a pizza hut just across the street.
I usually order from the MHS location because it's so bomb, but this location SUCKS! As a customer you pay $20+ for specialty pizzas and you barely get any toppings on it. Marcos tried to tell me that a medium three topping pizza was their best deal at $21. When i came in these unprofessional slackers stopped singing and laughing just enough to say that the prices are from the central office. They're RUDE Unaccomidating A-holes. After repeated slights and rebuffs I'll NEVER buy another mediocre pizza from these ripoff artists again
This Marcos Pizza was good a few years ago. NOT NOW! DON'T BOTHER, WE ORDERED A SPECIAL ON MONDAY NIGHT 11/09/20, 2 LARGE PIZZAS FOR $30. WHAT A RIP-OFF! THE MEAT WAS TASTELESS AND THEY WERE LACKING SAUCE AND CHEESE. THIS WAS THE WORST PIZZAS EVER!!!! WE JUST THREW THEM IN THE TRASH! MARCOS OWES US $30.
While in the shop I over heard an interaction with a DoorDasher. The employee was so rude. Not only is the Dasher there representing the customer they're also potential customers if treated well. I personally won't be going back after seeing that. Respect all your customers unless they're being rude to you.
I avoid writing bad reviews whenever possible. First time customer, I recently (1/6) ordered a cauliflower crust pizza for 3 adults for delivery. The cost was $29+. When it was delivered by Grubhub I was shocked because it was personal size. I told the driver there was a mistake because I ordered a large and he told me to call Marco's and they should correct it. I called Marco's and explained the issue to the woman who answered and she went and got her manager on the phone and I told him I ordered a large and was delivered a individual. His response was basically they assume everyone who orders a cauliflower crust are getting it for 1 person for dietary restrictions. Essentially, he blamed me for the issue. Zero consideration for the customer. As far as the pizza, I would give it 3 out of 10 stars, very oily, and not much toppings, huge disappointment considering I ordered from Marco's based on their reviews. UPDATE: I contacted them on their Facebook page then they responded telling me to contact them some other way. Clearly sending me on a wild goose chase. They obviously have no interest in improving their business practices or looking into my initial complaint. They have receive many poor reviews and their response is the same to everyone. There are many options for pizza in the area beyond Marco's.
Bad experience this evening with delivery. My pizza was delivered to the wrong address across the street from me. When my neighbor arrived home, he kindly brought it over to my house, by then my pizza was cold. I contacted Marco’s Pizza and asked to speak to manager. Coincidentally., the person who took my order Devin, who happened to be the manager and delivery driver. He treated me, with poor customer service and refused to deliver me another hot pizza in exchange for the cold one he delivered across the street. His option to was,I would have to pay half price for another one or drive out to him and get a free one. Please help me make sense of this deal.
They only care if you come in to order. DO NOT order with them through DoorDash they will make your doordasher driver wait, they have a noticeable distaste for other delivery drivers other then their own.
I have never had an issue with this Marcos pizza and come here regularly but after my last visit I noticed my card was charged for exactly $6 more than my total was when I checked my bank. I don’t know why it would ever cost $6 more than my total. I don’t think it’s a card fee, and I signed my receipt seeing my total beforehand.
Horrible experience!! :( I have a son with autism and I was paying for my pizza and my kid start touching a stack of sodas that they have on the side and they start yelling to my son to stop doing that. I end up apologizing for him because he is not verbal… horrible customer service and horrible people working there. Never coming back

Mis-rung my order leaving 1 of the large pizzas off the order. This lead to me not getting the speical that was being offered. 15.99 vs 17.99 Causing me to be charged extra $4. I strongly suggest people not come here. Hope, 1 star is worth taking extra $4 from your customers and loosing your tip. All this before even trying your pizza. Update: None of this happened in the vacumme. I asked the person at the counter to have the order rerung and I was told they could not fix it. You had a chance to earn my bussiness, then i gave you had a chance to fix your mistake. Now its too late for "let us make it right."
I am writing to express my concerns regarding an incident I experienced as a DoorDash driver at Marco’s Pizza in Temecula. As a frequent delivery partner, I generally have positive interactions with employees at various establishments, including Marco’s Pizza. However, a recent experience was disappointing and left me feeling disrespected. During this particular visit, an employee insisted that I press the "accept" button on my DoorDash app before I had received all the necessary items for the delivery, including condiments, or even had a chance to secure the pizza in my delivery bag. As you may be aware, pressing the "accept" button indicates that I am ready to begin the delivery, but I was not yet prepared due to the incomplete order. When I requested the time to complete these tasks, the employee rudely insisted I press the button regardless. After complying under pressure, I had to ask again for the condiments, which were provided incompletely and in an unorganized manner. This unnecessary delay was particularly concerning because the delivery destination was far away on a rural dirt road, where timeliness is critical. The employee’s actions gave me the impression that they were more interested in getting rid of me quickly rather than ensuring the delivery was properly prepared. This interaction made me feel as though I was being treated with suspicion rather than as a professional facilitating a successful delivery. I have never encountered such behavior at other pizza establishments, where staff are typically courteous and understanding of the challenges delivery drivers face. I believe that proper training and a focus on customer service can greatly enhance the success of any business. Policies that prioritize collaboration with delivery drivers, rather than treating them with unwarranted hostility, benefit everyone involved, including your customers. With that being said I'm not going to buy or recommend Marco’s Pizza to anyone.

The employees had a terrible attitude, unfortunately the person if not mistaken David making the whole experience unpleasant. When I asked a question, the staff member seemed annoyed and dismissive. The service was slow, and they appeared more interested in chatting with each other than helping customers. There are plenty of other places with better service and a more welcoming atmosphere.
The guy that works the counter at night is a complete jerk. Stay away, at least during the night.
