Yum! I had the edamame udon noodle soup and a Greek salad with ancient grains added on top... all vegan. How delicious it all was! There are plunged of roasted veggies in the soup, sooner that i normally wouldn't care for. The flavor just works so well that it's delicious! I've since gone back and eaten it again of course! The staff is pleasant and courteous, the restaurant is clean, the food is great. I'll be back again and again I'm sure!

This place is really good. The food is priced well and fresh. The staff is friendly and helpful and the restaurant is clean. The soups and bakery items are amazing. Add a baked item on for just 1$ with your order. The location is hard to spot from the main Street overland.

I had a fantastic experience at Panera Bread in Temecula, and much of that is thanks to the outstanding management by Virginia. The restaurant is always spotless, the food consistently fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere inviting. Virginia's leadership is evident in every aspect of the store. Best Panera I've been to! This one has tablet ordering if you're into that sort of thing and the cashier was pretty nice. Food was relatively quick and the outdoor seating was great. Food was also great. Couldn't have had a better time going to lunch.

Service & food are always good. But you'll Have to watch the cashiers at times - your order can be rung up WRONG! So double check your receipt before sitting down to wait for your food.

The food is so healthy and delicious! How do they do it? My favorite meal is the Mediterranean Bowl. I can't forget their bakery: great European style bread including baguettes. Everything is always fresh.

This was my first experience ever going to a Panera restaurant. I didn't know their process or procedures verywell. I went there for a meeting, so my focus was getting with my crew. But the staff were fairly good at pointing me in the right direction and where there was a little confusion, others jumped in to provide excellent customer service. The staff was very kind. The food was very good. And I'm not much of a bread person so that says a lot.

Manager Martin runs a fabulous store. He's so happy and friendly and so is his crew-ship. Great staff and place is always clean‼️ great for groups of 10 or less too.

Enjoyed the meal, the service was stellar. The dining area was kept a bit on the brisk side--TOO cold, even for a summer day, so it was a touch uncomfortable in that respect (73 degrees as opposed to 65 would be nice!), but other than that, I was happy for the experience!

This is my ten-year-old daughter's favorite restaurant! I like that their ingredients are clean. The staff is always super friendly and helpful and service is very efficient and fast. Prices are reasonable though I think a bit high, however if it makes my daughter happy....

As crazy as this sounds my son and I had never been to a Panera Bread but we stopped by the one in Temecula and actually ate inside (which we don't do often anymore either). I was ridiculously pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service we got here. Mr. Jay at the front register as well as every other person we encountered was friendly helpful and so quick I couldn't believe it. Not to mention the fact that not even a 5 minutes and would go by without one of their employees walking around and sanitizing everything. Awesome job everybody! Thank you so much

Great food, but what is even greater is their ordering Kiosk. Takes a minute to learn how to use, but you can select your food exactly the way you want it, pay, and sit-down while you food is prepared and brought directly to your table. For now no lines at the kiosks but we will be seeing more and more of this kind of technology in other restaurants - so might as well join the modern world of services.

Really good location. The service and the food are excellent. The outdoors sitting area is nice and well kept. I never have any issues with my orders unless I use the automated service, I rather talk to people anyways.

Food was fresh and tasted great. The staff seemed over loaded and they missed a few things on my order. Other than that all was tasty and I plan on returning.

One of my favorite places to go for a meal. Fresh, clean food. Even though I am now having to eat a gluten free diet, I can still find tasty salads and soups that make me happy. I wait for the day that I can have a sandwich with gluten free bread, hint-hint.

Love the outdoor seating. My favorite menu items are Fugi Apple salad and autumn squash soup. I also like the ranch potato soup. Chocolate chip cookies are great too.

I visited for the first time around 1pm on a weekday. They had a wide selection of pastries available and provided excellent customer service. The food was delicious, and the ambiance was delightful. I especially appreciated the separate section they have for those seeking a quiet atmosphere to work, which I absolutely loved. I highly recommend this place and look forward to returning!

I love this Panera!! It’s right by the mall, so a quick stop if you want a healthier lunch. They even have a study room where you can eat and work on school, work, or just chill out. The food is always amazing as well. I love their new Spicy Chicken Sandwich, and even though I don’t like pickles, the crunchy pickles really add to the sandwich and I love them too. Their cookies are always top notch, and I love their charged lemonades as well. I recommend the Cranberry Apple! Overall, 10/10, they never disappoint! The people who work there are always super nice as well!

I've never been to a Panera that was not very good, the staff was polite and the prices were good. Takeouts are minimum weight.

If you love fresh hot soups and sandwiches, they have freshly made salads. There lettuce is brought in daily right from growers. My wife and I eat here very often. Also if you are trying to lose weight the food is low calorie so eat here day or night.

Excellent people. Great service. My only complaint is that they need to pay attention to details. A $15 sandwich needs to be exactly as ordered.

We probably eat here more often than anywhere else. Great specials that love the sip club... You can get as many drinks as you want in a month for under $6 special... Get the $50 gift card for a $10 bonus. And join the app for specials daily and eat under $10 easily and big healthy meal with leftovers. We love the chicken, bacon, avocado sandwich on a baguette with extra everything and also love the chicken green salad... If you order a cold sandwich you get a free pickle and all sandwiches come with either chips or an apple or half a baguette

The staff here really make this location great. They were all welcoming, kind, and efficient. Gloria, the manager, was also very friendly and involved in making sure everything ran smoothly. They all made the experience better!

Always out of coffee!!! Restaurant can be a little dirty at times! I don’t understand how we always have to ask for coffee because the one that’s out there is cold already or ask for creamer or milk because the containers are out!!!!

This restaurant was a mess. Floors were filthy, tables were dirty, bathrooms needed stocked, and trashcan emptied. This would be understandable if it was really busy or they were short staffed. Unfortunately, only two tables were occupied, and the employees were standing around joking and playing on their phones. Otherwise, the food was hot and tasty, and the service was good.

First time visiting. Went around 1pm on a weekday. They had alot of pastries still available and great customer service. Food was yummy. Wonderful ambiance. They also have a separate section for folks trying to have a quiet atmosphere for work etc. which I absolutely love. I highly recommend and I’ll return.

We went here for lunch, the ambiance of PB was very welcoming, the location was perfect! They have a kiosk that you can order quicker if there's a long line. The staff's are very attentive and nice. We eat at Panera so much our friends & family say we should have stock in the company! We ordered curbside and it was prompt. Also we always order smoothies, and one of our pet peeves is an inconsistent smooth. It should be thick but “smooth” & they nailed it, that’s automatically 4 stars. The food was good , environment clean, only complaint was some of the staff weren't so friendly.

Food was great, but sandwich ingredients wrong. Sent back, cooks said it was correct, sent back. Decided I could switch w/ husband and we could make do. The food is usually perfect and the server was trying so hard to get what we ordered. Whoever in charge didn't seem to care. Stress it is usually one of our favorite weekly places. We will try again.

My favorite place for breakfast. If you come early enough, try their souffles. Other times go for their tasty sandwiches and flatbreads. Good coffee, green iced tea for when it's hot. No frills service, plenty of seating. Avoid lunch time, Abbot employees tend crowd the place.

Service is good. The restaurant is a little run down, but it is huge. If you are looking for a place to chill for a bit, no problem here.

The only reason I give it a 4 start rating is because this location doesn't have any outlets to plug into my computer or phone.

I go to a lot of Panera's because my kid and I have to drive around SoCal for different activities and this is the place that has the food they like. We went today to this location to get food and do some school work. Be warned, if you need to plug a computer or phone in for power they have no power available to customers. All the outlets are covered over with solid plates. Bring a power source with you if you want to do work at this location. Otherwise everything was just as you'd expect from a Panera Bread.

Nice place to have lunch. My wife likes their food more than me. It's still good. Wish they had a drive-through like the one in Menifee.

I usually visit another location because it has drive thru, but tried this one today. Unfortunately I could not use the kiosk since most items I wanted were listed as out of stock. They were low on bagels driving it it appears. Waited in line for 10 minutes. Then waited for 15 minutes for my breakfast sandwich. Definitely won't be my go to if I am in a hurry, other location is much faster, maybe total 7 min turnaround time. I do appreciate the staff was friendly and they apologized for the wait. I appreciate the digital wait list and I think it's cute what they write on the wall (pics included) As far as food, I enjoy the variety of breakfast sandwiches and baked goods. Sip club brings me back often.

They have amazing bagels and bakery, I have tried a lot of things on the menu and they're all pretty decent. Recently they're warm bowls have considerably reduced the amount of quinoa they used to have. But the ingredients and the different varieties of warm bowls are delicious. I just wish they added more quinoa

Nice people. Tylor, I think his name was, was really great. Food was okay. Exactly what you’d expect for Panera. Could not believe I spent over $20 for little more than soup and salad but welcome to this economy. Everything seemed fairly clean and functional and parking is as plentiful as the seating. I’ll probably be back at some point but it’s definitely not my favorite place in Temecula.

Good Strawberry Poppyseed Salad. Seems like we had more berries last year. But still tastes great. No more 99 cent pastry when you purchase a beverage, cookies only. Wait staff friendly and helpful. Busy as always.

I love Panera... I've been coming here for years. I decided to try breakfast for the first time today. It was horrible... All but one breakfast sandwiches are served completely dry... No sauce or dressing. When I asked for a sauce they tried to make me pay for a side of dressing... Which they dropped quickly when I gave them one look. It was still overpriced and underwhelming with the sauce Avoid Panera for breakfast....

I Iove Panera Bread is a high quality place, where you feel great after you eat there. Unfortunately the lady taking my order didn't get the instructions right to put the tomatoes and onion on the side for the Mac and Cheese. I'll insist need time. The servers are wonderful.

This was our first time dining here. Very surprised with our experience. We tried this place on commercial recommendation only. It was not a pleasant first time experience. The menu is pretty large and on the wall to read and order from. We were greeted and I let the checker know that we had never been there so we were kind of lost, she quickly scurried away without a word so we kept reading and deciding. All the while felt like we were holding up the line. They do offer an order kiosk if you want to order from there. I think these are for the regular customers? So the food order was a half turkey apple & cheddar sandwich which I asked to be protein wrapped and it came as a small salad? And a cup of broccoli cheddar soup which was served slightly warm. Both were served with sourdough bread pieces. My Husband ordered a chipotle chicken avocado sandwich and made his a large. It was maybe a 5 bite total sandwich. Very upsetting. Also, we ordered a small bowl of macaroni & cheese because the commercial raves about it! For over 5 dollars (for a small size), it was maybe a cup of mac & cheese. All in all, poor customer service upon arrival, $30. and still hungry, small portions and will not return. I gave 3 stars because the food was tasty and fresh.

Usually a problem with my togo orders. Missing ingredients, not cooking the bagels or adding the cream cheese I paid for, etc. Last time I was in the store I saw a manager watch 2 employees cleaning trash up outside. Didn't think that was a three person job.

For decades I've gone to Panera across the country...including this one...to work or just to drink coffee and read or write. Indeed, I'd bet I'm in the upper 5-10 percent of revenue customers. Sadly, the management of this one decided to cap the electrical outlets, likely to limit people like me from spending more time than the battery life of our computers. I guess turning tables is more profitable than cultivating a customer base. Shame on you!

The owner needs to hire a professional deep cleaning crew for the restraunt. The store is filthy. Shut down for 2 days and deep clean, the floors are sticky, the bathroom needs repair and to be cleaned, all the booths have gunk all back behind them, the ceiling vents above the food prep station are atrocious and look like we're going to all get Pneumonia. The staff is very sweet and great service top knotch, just they're understaffed and they can't clean properly. The owner needs to shut down and clean the store top to bottom and do renovations.

We enjoy going here for lunch, usually good quality food at a decent price. Today the restaurant was a little off. Caesar salad was not fresh, and the meat for the French Dipper was dry. I've had this sandwich a couple times and it was delicious, but this time cold and dry. Coffee cups were chipped and dirty, and both the coffee pots were empty. The potato soup and blueberry muffin were delicious, I guess everyone can have a bad day.

Worse Broccoli and cheddar soup. It was running and the bread was hard. I gave the cashier a $10.60 and he needed to get the manager because he handed me a dollar back. And I said uh you owe me threw dollars OMG. I should have known better.

Looks like the staff or the shift manager doesn’t care about the cleaning, spider net in the corner that means the staff not cleaning for many months. And even the tables and chairs have sticky liquid on it and some food after meal that happen when you hire young person as a shift manager and he/she doesn’t feel the ownership for the workplace which turns into caring about cleanings, costumer’s greetings, ..etc.

I am giving two stars simply for the soup. The establishment is not clean. The doors were sticky food on the lamps above your heads. First time here so I went to the cashier. She seemed like she was still being trained and at no fault of her own was a little lost. Why have a trainee on the cash register when you're busy is odd, but with no help is worse. When she needed assistance the woman next to her who is clearly seasoned at her job told her to go get a manager. This takes forever. When the manager does come she is snappy with the new hire and me. I just wanted some bacon. It shouldn't have been this difficult. When we finally get this order done the manager asks "Do you understand or do you need me to explain it again". She tried it, and my patience was wearing real thin. After finally getting our food. The order was wrong. My kids and husband hated the cream cheese and how hard the bagels were. We left the food and don't plan on going back. There are way to many bagel/sandwich places to have to deal with this place.

The manager Susan was nice. She had messed up on our order but fixed it once it was brought to her attention. Only thing that we were not pleased about at all was that one of the sandwich makers was talking about the order we had made and very loudly too. We then went up to ask for our sourdough bread instead of the baguette since they ran out and again the girl made more remarks. It wasn't very nice to hear and be talked about and it really ruined our mood and experience considering we weren't rude at all and were patient with the mistakes.

This location is near my job. I've been here a few times. They hardly ever have coffee. I don't see teamwork here just a lot of excuses.I've been served rock hard pastries. They seem clueless. Very disappointed. Definitely won't be back. There's only so many times before you say ok enough. If they can't get it together by now I'll take my business somewhere else.

We went all the way here to have a business meeting and get some of their good food and drinks but they have specifically covered all the outlets so you cannot keep your devices powered up. We left immediately and chose another popular coffee shop instead.

This location is struggling. Visited with friends on a Monday night in late January 2023. Dirty tables, drink area was messy w wet trash and never cleaned for the 2 hrs we were there. Even worse, the Baja Bowl gave my friend food poisoning. She’s the only one of us who had it and was terribly ill all night. Use to love this location but it needs some help.

I don't usually review places, but this specific Panera has some of the rudest staff I've ever come across. I've never been more disrespected. I ordered, parked, checked in. I got the text that my order was ready and they'd be out soon. 15 minutes passed so I called. They said I never checked in. I tried to tell the woman that I had checked in and even tried to show her photo proof that I had finished the process. She wouldn't even look at it, refused to apologize, and tried to make it out to be my fault that their system wasn't working. Technology flukes happen, and I was willing to forgive the wait too (even though other places I've been to usually come out and check on customers who have been parked in pickup spots for long times) but her attitude was atrocious. Ruined my experience.

Absolute worst sandwich I have ever received!! This was supposed to be the Toasted Italiano with Soppressata - Hardly any lettuce, cold and clearly was NOT Soppressata. Very disappointing!!! I included pictures of what I should have received in comparison to what I received.

Man what happened to you Panera Bread. I used to love this place in high-school. I would get excited, they had a turkey Asiago sandwich with pesto pine bread that was amazing. I loved it. They stopped making that one sandwich years ago. Still miss it. But as you Jan see by the photo this is a $68 dollar purchase. 2 half salads, 2 full sandwiches, 2 half sandwiches and I though a bowl of Broccoli cheddar but it is a cup by restaurant standards. Also a half macaroni. And 4 bags of side chips. We usually go to corner bakery or another spot called Board something? I don't know the full name? It's new and really good. Anyways this is more like 30-45 dollars worth of food. You can get like a feeling inside when you look at something and question like what is this? That's this moment. I have not felt ripped off in a long time. So it's a bummer and unless you never tried any other place or your loyal to Panera bread you might not notice it but to each their own. I just know a scam when I see it. Good luck eating here. It's clean. I don't know anything about the staff as a tablet assist me.

Guy in plaid shirt 2/5 didn’t let me know for twenty minutes that my sandwich was out then the sandwich he gives me instead was soggy and disgusting but I ate it because I was freaking starving and had already waited like 15 minutes after having not eaten all day. Immediately stomach cramps and feeling like I ate something bad. Honestly screw this place, I had ordered the most expensive sandwich and I had to press them to refund the difference. They weren’t even going to.

I go to this location 2 or 3 days a week, today I stopped in order the same thing I ordered yesterday. The Asian lady ( I didn't get her name) rang it up with 35cents more, I questioned about it she said price went up this morning in rude way. I looked into the website the price was same. I've never seen her smiling or acknowledging me even though I see her so often every week. It seems like she was having with menu and kept insisting price went up over night. Bad service and bad attitude, I will look for a different location.

We arrived at Panera Breaad in Temecula at 8:30 pm, we did not know they close at 9 and when we walked in no one said anything about what time they close. As we walked in we found the manager reprimanding one of the employees right in front of the customers and other employees, secondly my salad was served on a dirty dish, then while we were are eating they came to our table and told us we had to leave because they were closed. When we confronted the manager she was very rude and extremely unprofessional and did not apologize even about the dirty dish. I have never been asked by a restaurant while eating to leave because they were closed. One very important factor, we were eating not just sitting there socializing.

Ordered the chicken soup in a bread bowl for curbside. Arrived when order was ready and followed the instructions to let staff know I was here. 20 minutes later I had to walk into the store to find my order sitting on the to go shelf, cold. Definitely not worth the money.

Went to Panera Bread but the one in Tenecula. Why do people eat here. It was very expensive with barely any food. The Asian salad I had was very small for what they said is whole. The sandwich my hubby had was so tiny with barely any meat on hard bread and the chicken noodle soup he had tasted just like healthy choice out of the can. No welcome as you walk in and there at the counter the one lady walked by me twice as I was looking at the menu no hi May I help you. We will definitely not be back here. Is French Valley Panera Bread any different ?

Floors are a mess. Coffee dispensers are empty. The guy at the register lied to me and literally disappeared from the front counter. (4PM Wed Jan 28) Management is weak.... HORRIBLE Panera.

The sip club was wonderful but they have slowly and incrementally ruined its value. First they took the mango drink and put it behind the counter, so I was forced to wait in line to get the drink I want. Annoying, but not the end of the world. Now they put all cups behind the register which forces you to wait in line regardless of what you plan to drink. I have a busy schedule, and half of the value of the sip club was the convenience of being and to get in and out quickly with my beverage of choice. Management needs to reevaluate their business model if they have to nickle and dime customers over some of the cheapest line items on their menu. I've Unsubscribed to the sip club, and I don't see myself going back anytime soon for any of their drinks or over-priced and mediocre food. Nicely done, Panera Management.

I see my review about this location covering the outlets got deleted. Huge red flag!!!! so now i will add they no longer let you selfserve drinks, you are forced to talk to a human to get any cup and NOW this location DOES NOT HAVE FRESH MILK for coffee out!!! They put out the super cheap and wasteful mini plastic halfhalf cups. the manager needs to be fired or something because this is the worst location in town.

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time—and all over a missing drink. I placed a delivery order with this Panera because I wasn’t feeling well and didn’t have the energy to leave the house. I’m a Sip Club member and was really looking forward to my drink to help me take my medicine (caffeine helps it work better). The sandwich and cookie arrived—but the drink was missing. Okay. Mistakes happen. So I called the store. I was placed on hold twice, for over 5 minutes each time. When I finally spoke to someone and explained the issue, she said “Well, the driver took the drink when they left here.” As if that was supposed to resolve anything. I repeated—politely—that I did not receive the drink. I don’t care what the driver did; it didn’t make it to my door. There was no delivery photo, no text or notification confirming drop-off—none of the usual third-party app procedures. I was passed between three different employees, all giving me the same unhelpful line: that the drink “left the store.” Not one person acknowledged the obvious—that I paid for delivery and my full order was not delivered. Then, instead of offering any real solution—like sending someone to drop off the drink (I live two minutes away) or crediting my Sip Club or reaching out to the third-party delivery service—the last employee got noticeably irritated with me and said she’d “just refund the whole order so we don’t have to worry about it.” She was clearly annoyed and dismissive, and hung up with a snippy “you’re welcome” like I’d wasted her time. What’s worse? I’ve had Panera fix this before. At a different location, a manager actually brought the missing item themselves. It was thoughtful, kind, and simple. Not here. Instead, I was treated like a burden—for simply asking to receive what I ordered. I’ve been a loyal customer. I’ve ordered from this Panera many times. But today I was made to feel like I was lying or making a big deal over “just a drink”—when that drink was literally the reason I ordered in the first place. And being made to feel like I was inconveniencing them for their own error? Absolutely unacceptable. Do better, Panera.

I was disappointed to see that one of the food handlers had very long nails and was not wearing gloves while handling food. This raised concerns about hygiene and food safety. I hope management addresses this issue to ensure better sanitary practices.

DO NOT COME HERE they are price gouging you. Mediocre food not healthy how it used to be and extremely overpriced. They keep the portion sizes they/make them smaller while they raise the price and find shortcuts I’ve gotten several friends to stop giving Panera their hard earned money. All surplus profits goes straight into the pockets of people who never even set foot in the cafe. Poor employees are underpaid for their work and not even given a meal on their shift. If you keep coming here they will keep raising prices

Panera BREAD sandwiches eat DRY and taste like 99% BREAD because they put NOTHING in between the bread it seems. I got about 1oz of meat on my sandwich. Next time Im going elsewhere for lunch. This place is the cheapest of the cheapskates

It’s not the first time they are adding bacon to my order and wasting my time, money and food. Not recommending to my community. Also I requested curbside pick up (I had kids in the car) but no one showed up. So I went in quickly, picked up my order and came out.

I ordered a barbecue chicken sandwich and they hardly didnt put any barbecue sauce on it at all...I could barely see it or taste any; it was just a dry a@@ chicken sandwich. I took my order back up to the restaurant and showed the manager Monica Ramirez @ 7:30pm Sept 12th and she stated that's all they should put on it. I told her I was dissatisfied with the quality and she repeated again thats all they are "required" to put on it even after I showed her how dry it was in lacking barbecue sause. She continued to "DEBATE" with me about how much was suppose to be on there instead of just immediately apologizing for the quality and remaking the sandwhich to my satisfaction. She was VERY NONCHALANT about it so I ended up just asking for a refund. Yes, I did end up getting a refund but it was about the principle of "QUALITY SERVICE" in which I did not get. I would expect more quality service from a manager but she clearly lacked that. Now look at the pic and see for yourself. THEY ARE CUTTING CORNERS and have lost a customer!!!
