Let me start by saying, oh my Goodness Thank you thank you thank you!!! This place was such a hit and so beyond amazing. I called to make a reservation for 40. Yes, 40. I took my flag cheer team and some of flag football team there to have lunch. And let me start by saying the entire experience was beyond awesome. I’m not sure if you guys had service training, but if so, it showed. Every manager was so accommodating and helpful. First of all, it’s not easy to deal with a ton of kiddos on a warm Saturday afternoon, so your staff was definitely prepared. And that was amazing. This place allowed us to call ahead, and order so when we arrived from our game, everything was neat and beautifully arranged on tables across the dining areas. The energy there was so overwhelming happy and fun that every parent asked me how I knew about that place and how nice it was. Kudos to pizza factory! It seriously was so clean and spot on. Oh, and my nephew put in an order 30 minutes later, and was able to pick up with no issue. How they did it? No idea. My advice to people about this place, pick this place. Call ahead. And you’ll be just as happy as us from Valley Center were. Thanks again Pizza Factory!

Simply the best! We’ve been going to Pizza Factory since we moved to Temecula 29 years ago! Last time we went to their new location it was raining! The place was packed as always so we sat outdoors. In no time the owner came over to turn the gas heater on. Great pizza! Great Salad Bar! Great people! Why go anywhere else? Thank you Mr. Owner 🙏🏻❤️.

We always have great pizza and breadsticks here and the cheese sticks are great too. Ethan is our favorite person at Pizza Factory. He always cooks the pizzas great, always polite and provides excellent customer service. Hope management knows how great a job he does.

We went in on a Sunday for a small team celebration. The staff was welcoming and kind. The place was clean with tons of seating. They had a fun little arcade for the kids. I tried 6 different items and all of them were good and decently priced. Definitely a spot worth checking out

Stopped in to get a pizza to go and was not disappointed, staff very friendly and efficient, lots of patrons enjoying themselves, atmosphere was great and the pizza was delicious!! I will definitely go there again!

Probably the best " franchise" type pizza parlor. AND it's still a pizza "parlor" with game room off to the side and plenty of dine in seating. Reminds me of the pizza parlors back in the 70's. Nostalgia 100%! Great pizza!

Stopped by here on our way home from the SD zoo. Pizza was great. Staff was attentive, helpful, and really nice. Kids enjoyed the pizza and the games.

My grandson had a Pop Warner football fundraiser here on Sun. I had never been to this location before. It looked new and was immaculate. The staff was hustling and friendly. I ordered a mini cheese pizza for my grandson and a mini factory special for myself. It was the best pizza I'd had in a long time!! The team had fun playing games and cashing in their tickets while the families socialized. I got a medium BBQ chicken pizza to take home to my teenage son. He inhaled it and was in heaven!! He, too, said it was the best pizza he'd had in a long time!! Great job, Pizza Factory!!! 😋🍕

We love Pizza Factory and eat here at least once a week! The buffet they offer on certain days is a deal and has lots of options from the salad bar to the many different pizzas. The kids love the arcade and their new location is so beautiful!

Service is great, excellent pizza, but no healthy options on pizza crusts. Salad bar was good, but some old salad pieces in the mix!

We went in a Monday night and the pizza buffet was pretty good. At $8.75 I'm sure not complaining! The only real negative is that the video games seemed expensive to me. $1.00 to play a racing game? Maybe I'm just old and out of touch with what arcade games cost now. The prizes that you could redeem your tickets for also seemed relatively expensive.

Staff was super friendly and attentive. The pizza had an amazing flavor, however I wish the crust wasn't so soft towards the center. The garlic bread and pasta were great, but the chicken was overcooked, so it had a rubber- like texture.

Pizza is good, wait time was pretty long given the fact it was pretty empty. Great deals on cookies. Had to pay $1.80 for two dips. DO NOT GET THE GARLIC DIP it tasted as repulsive as it looked.

First time visiting with my boys. Food was good. Birthday party was super loud. Half of them came in drunk. They kept making their table longer until it came close to the back of my chair. They kept brushing up against me everytime one of them got up. I wanted to stay longer but I had to take my boys out of there before it got worse. Recommendation. Come early or order to go.

We spent over $70 on pizza. When I asked the man behind the counter if this was all the sauce our order came with he said yes. We have gone to multiple other Pizza Factory’s and this has never been an issue. I don’t have an issue paying for additional ranch but the complete attitude I was given over the gentleman thinking I couldn’t comprehend what a 12 oz cup was blew my mind. We spent an additional $10 for a sufficient amount of ranch and dipping sauce. I will not return to this location ever again. You lost a customer over your snarky remarks and 0.75 cent ranch. When people are paying that much money for pizza it shouldn’t even be an issue. Thank you for trying to insult my intelligence, it costs zero dollars to be kind. You need a lesson in customer service. Maybe that’s why your restaurant was completely empty.

After we waited for our pizza and finsihed eating almost an hour later I asked again and they said the manager is busy. We just left and will never go back
