Always quick to make your drinks when ordered ahead of time! With great service as well :) My husband and I order iced blended drinks here all the time. They're amazing!

Went here with my friend since she said it was a great place to get coffee. Happy to say I was not let down. The staff are awesome and make great drinks! I've already told my family about this place and hope to come back again :)

This is the best coffee shop in the area, bar none. They always remember my usual drink order and are very knowledgeable about the teas - where they come from, how they're made, and they make appropriate recommendations. My wife just started drinking hot tea in the afternoons and the recommended Tropical Passion and Strawberry Cream are orgasmic (her words, not mine). But the main selling point for this particular store is the barista crew and the manager. They're terrific, professional, friendly ... just all-around a super team!

Best coffee in town! They make all the other fancy stuffs too, but their coffee is way better than Starbucks. And their flavored powders don't give me heartburn like those nasty syrups!

I am by no means a coffee person. However, the experience I had at this Coffee Bean And Tea Leaf goes beyond what I would imagine one could get from your “standard” coffee shop. By no means is the team at this location standard. I’d say, they set the standard. From the friendliness and attention to detail from Hailey (who took our order), to Connor and Zoe (who seem to take pride and care in crafting their drinks), this team upholds the highest of QA. Despite the busyness, they maintained speed, accuracy, and customer service. Any 1 star reviews seems maybe they were off or harsh critics. 5 stars, 10/10 recommend.

Whatever powder they used was spot on and delicious. I am on Keto so finding a solid cup of Joe with sugar free syrups or powdered that doesn't have the overly fake sugar taste that some syrups do is a plus.

Very nice employees. I ordered a black coffee on ice and he told me no coffee was brewed and it would take about 10 minutes. So he instead made me an Americano on ice and only charged me for the black coffee. I will definitely be returning much more often.

My only complaint is that one very nice barista made me a drink my family and I are hooked on, but no one else can recreate it. Otherwise, clean friendly atmosphere and the drinks are always good.

Good Coffee Flavors, tasty tea and good Service overall. Could use a little cleaning and seems they where fixing something in the ceiling as they had a latter in the middle of the barista work area. Bathrooms could also use cleaning, and it had a punch in code that was not working right and didn’t seem to be regularly disinfected.

What a difference a day makes, and employees. I came yesterday 5-25 and the girl was amazing. I came back today 5-26 and the snippy "BOY" behind the counter corrected me, then as I wait outside forever unlike yesterday when the girl bought it out to me. He left it inside for me to go get. Both days they were not busy....that's just so frustrating looking for a go to non Starbucks and thought I found it but now.....not so sure.

When I entered the establishment no one greeted me. There was a customer standing at the register in front of me and several other customers sitting around drinking their drinks. There were several employees working behind the counter doing different things. This blond girl finally stopped to help the person at the register after standing there for a few minutes. Then she went on to doing something behind the counter. She looked at me at one point and made eye contact but didn't acknowledge me in any way and turned back around to finish what she was doing. After a couple minutes she finally looked at me and smiled and asked how she could help me. I told her I wanted a 32oz ice blended mocha, decaf, sugar free with no whip. I paid for it and went to wait for my drink. After a few minutes they called out my name and gave me an iced mocha. I told them it was to be an ice blended so the nice gentleman gave me that drink free and made one of the best blended mochas I've had. I only gave them 3 stars for that fact that no one acknowledged me or anyone else that entered the establishment and the girl that helped me obviously didn't listen to what I ordered and didn't repeat it back to me.

We went a couple of times around the holidays and inventory was low or completely gone. When asking questions and ordering the ladies working weren't overly helpful or friendly. The coffee shop is small, but open and bright; the crowd was a bit older.

No just no. Literally standing for awhile. There was no greeting eye contact, yet they were walking around chatting. 3 walked in front of me with no Acknowledgement. Finally as she's dusting she looks at me as if inconveniencing her, because she was to be off. Took my order. Apparently the Ultimate Mocha was taken off the menu. She did offer me alternatives. This was at around 10 am. I'm all for understanding and patience. But no.

Not very friendly, I was being nice to the cashier and they were just being rude towards me. Idk if I did anything to upset them, maybe because I’m wearing a shirt with an American flag on it idk, but I give them a 2/5 for there service

bad drinks , ordered two pepper mint mochas got two mochas luke warm way too sweet. Brought them back had them remade , new ones were peppermint mochas , way too sweet barely warm , drank them for 10 seconds and tossed them out instead of driving back .

Ordered a drink got it fairly quick. I also ordered food to go along with it and so did another person. Waited 10 minutes and the other person told staff we have both been waiting, long story short they took care of her but continued to ignore me. Don’t apologize so much and just fix the problem.

I’ve been going to Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf over 15 years. This is the first time my order/experience was terrible. We ordered the Bali, Dark and Distinctive roast coffee, medium in a large cup, with room for half and half, Carmel ice blended and two Beyond sausage sandwiches. There is a big difference between half and half and oat milk. The Bali, Dark and Distinctive roast coffee had oat milk added, not the half and half we asked for. It was not drank and was a waste of money. The sandwiches were terrible and “nuked” with the plastic wrap on. The packaging needs to be re-thought, no plastic! Also a waste of money.

Good coffee, bad customer service. One guy rude when we first walked in and rude when we walked out. Didn’t get a greeting when we came in and told us to close the door that was left open before us, rudely. We told them to have a good night either way and no response. Usually don’t care but it’s very stuck up an bad vibes.

I have to say I have never met a more rude, snobby, and cruel barista in my life. Abby was my cashier and between her cruel remarks AND handing me my food upside down so it would drop I can’t believe someone would hire her. Absolutely disgusted by her behavior.

Anyone that works there moves at a glacial pace, took 35 mins for a chai tea that was already brewed. There were only 2 drinks ahead of mine and they weren't busy. Makes no sense why it should take that long. I've tried coming here different times of day/ separate occasions and it's ALWAYS the same. No work speed that you're supposed to have for a coffee house.

If you leave a tip, upon completing your order they will call your name and place it on the front counter with the receipt. If you don’t leave a tip, your completed order will be placed on the back counter, without a receipt and your name will not be called. And you will be shamed by their silence and scowls.

I have always had great service at this location but for the 2nd time I have driven all the way across town to get my fave drink and even though it’s within business hours and there are employees inside, they are “closed” 20 minutes before they are supposed to be closed. Huge inconvenience and lack of consideration for loyal customers. Maybe add a note to the hours that the last call is 30 minutes before closing.

Approaching the 10 minute mark waiting for my order, I checked the counter and there were 1 large and 1 regular. I asked the barista if the coffees were my order and she mumbled words which I didn’t understand and asked again. She said “yea, I put them in the WRONG cups” then proceeded to pour the regular coffee in the large cup to give to me…. I said I PAID for a LARGE coffee and you poured the regular into the large…., she then said “I know, I’m going to steam some oat milk and ADD it to your coffee.” IF I SIMPLY WANTED TO DRINK OATMILK, I WOULD HAVE ORDERED ACCORDINGLY. Top 3 inches they steamed more oat milk to top off the coffee. When getting in my car the lid was not placed on the cup and HALF of the coffee dumped out!!! My experience was poor….GREET your customers, at the very least acknowledge them, CALL OUT customer orders, enter the correct orders and don’t interrupt your customers when placing an order. BE A WELCOMING ENVIRONMENT!

Horrible coffee and baked goods. The coffee tastes burnt. Both the iced and jot versions. The baked goods were mediocre and bland. I would never go there again, not to mention the sizes on the drinks are much smaller than other places

I love the taste of coffee unfortunately I can no longer have caffeine, so I always order Decaf blended I always put on order make sure it's decaf, and I was halfway done with drink and I knew it wasn't decaf...this could of sent me to the hospital....not to pleased with this...
