A good place for lunch or breakfast. Their waiters could improve their service and make sure I'm not mistaken when serving their dishes. The food is good, and I give it a 6.

Very poor service from the staff. They aren't kind enough to tell you what's not available at the moment. They bring you half the dish and charge you as if it were delivered as indicated on the menu. They don't address these complaints and only argue that they can't offer discounts because it's the menu price. I agree, but you pay for what you order, not what they offer. I hope they improve that, because it doesn't make you want to come back.

I hadn't been there in years because of the bad service and long wait times for food, so I decided to give them another chance to see if they had improved, but I think they've gotten even worse. The food takes forever to arrive, the presentation is terrible and it looks stale, the service is awful, and we ordered drinks that never arrived!

On my recent visit, the place is disgusting. It's an old establishment that speaks badly of the owners, and there's also an employee named Daniel who is arrogant and rude. Terrible customer service. He's very squeamish and doesn't let you eat comfortably.

The food was not good and too expensive. The staff worked far too slowly; it felt like the chef had fallen asleep. The atmosphere was very quiet because no one else was there except my group. In the end, we had to take one person's fries because it took them two hours to bring the food.

The atmosphere is nice, however, the staff's service is terrible. Today we had the misfortune of going there for lunch; they didn't bring our drinks and our plate was incomplete. When we went to pay, they charged us for everything and said they couldn't deduct the cost of what they didn't bring because it was already on the bill. Awful service.

The service reflects poorly on the CAFE COLIBRI brand. Their menu, both drinks and food, is extensive and excellent. It's disappointing to see that even though the brand is good, the staff provides rude service, is slow, and doesn't bring what you ordered. (My job also focuses on service, and I know that no matter how many people you have, you always have to provide good service to everyone.) I wish the corporate management or the owners would be more attentive, as there's no one to complain to about these kinds of situations.
