The best place to have dinner in all of Tepic.
It's a restaurant that offers Mexican snacks with exceptional seasoning and flavor. The atmosphere is very nice; you can appreciate some paintings on the wall of some very iconic figures from our country. A place to visit with family, friends, or your partner!
The food was delicious.
I often go to this place when I'm craving a delicious pozolito. Aside from the flavor, I like the fact that they have fairly long hours, so I don't have to worry about whether they're closed or not; or whether it's already gotten late. I know I can relax and enjoy a good dish, whether for lunch or dinner. My recommendation: be careful with the chile because it's spicy, haha.
El pozole grande está exquisito, un poco dulce el agua de piña pero refrescante, muy vasta la porción en los platillos que pedimos y muy amables las señoritas. gracias!
The wait for a table was longer than I'd like. The waitress was very friendly, but when we ordered something from the menu, it wasn't available. We asked for a second option, and that wasn't available either. In the end, I left with a craving, but I would definitely go back.
Excellent flavor, they just need to deliver the full order. I was charged for 1 liter of water but only received 0.5 liters, and I ordered 1 liter. Please focus more on quality or hire more staff so you can handle everything...
Pozole rico
It's good, and the large pozole isn't expensive; it costs 75 pesos, an order of four enchiladas or sopes costs 70 pesos, a soda costs 16 pesos, and water costs 15 pesos. You can bring your own pot to buy pozole for a set amount. It would be better if they provided toilet paper, and if they served tables with more than two people when they get busy. A tip for the waiters: please look up. Both times I've been there, I practically needed a neon sign to be seen.
Tiene buen sabor, antojitos estilo casero. Desde la mesa pude ver que las cocineras estaban dando el máximo, sin embargo el servicio de los meseros y el aspecto en general del lugar, dejan mucho que desear
They take forever to bring your order, over an hour just to serve a two-liter bowl of pozole, two fried tacos, and two sopes. The food is very good, but come early because they take forever to serve.
Prices have gone up and the amount of food has decreased. A small pozole is served with a tostada; if you order two more, they charge you for them. The service is slow, they make mistakes in your order, and you don't have any. The waiters are very kind. I won't be back.
Honestly, the flavor is delicious, and I would go back, but the service is terrible. They take a long time to serve you, even if you order pozole, which is just a matter of pouring it onto a plate and delivering it, but it took over half an hour. The tostadas are also ready, and you just have to prepare them, but they take a while. They serve you the pozole... without tostadas, and each tostada costs $3. You ask for the check, and it takes another 20 minutes for them to give it to you. And when the check comes, they charge you $4 for each tostada. And honestly, it's inconvenient. They could raise the price a bit and give you the tostadas, or give you at least two complimentary tostadas. There's only one perchero for each table, so it's hard to go with kids. Still, the redeeming quality is that it's delicious. They've already got the hardest part; they just need to get their act together with the service.
Siempre que he visitado este lugar la comida está más fría que caliente, tardan mucho en atender a la gente y la comida no es especialmente buena, no tiene mal sabor pero la comida es muy sosa
I'm giving them 2 stars because the service is good, but the food is bland. The pozole tastes like nothing, the sopes are tasteless, the salsa adds no flavor at all (and honestly, salsa is always a secret weapon to save a bad meal), and the chicken and beef are completely unseasoned. They used to be good, but now I'm disappointed.
I'm only giving it two stars because the food is delicious, but the service and wait times are an eternity. Honestly, it takes over an hour to serve pozole that's already made, and the tacos dorados never arrived. That's terrible. I hope to go back to see if they've changed anything about it.
They served me reluctantly and charged me 275 pesos for two cheese tacos and two picadillo tacos—very expensive!
Terrible service. The waitress is rude and reluctant to serve you. It takes them ages to serve your food. The prices are very high, and they literally even charge you for napkins. If the food is good, however, after an experience like that, you really wouldn't go back. I wouldn't even recommend them.
A bad experience from the moment we arrived, leaving diners standing for a long time waiting for a table, a stuffy, unventilated space, and lamentable slow service. It took an hour to bring the food to the table, and the order was incomplete. They never brought the missing dishes. At the end, they mentioned that they didn't have the ingredients to prepare the order. In short, the service from the kitchen was poor.
Upon entering the place, a strong, unpleasant smell was very noticeable. But in my opinion, I didn't like the food. I ordered fried tacos and tostadas, which took a long time to arrive. Once they arrived, I tried the fried tacos, and the chicken was very salty and bland. Then I tried the tostadas, and the chicken was too bitter and bland. The hibiscus water was very sugary and didn't have much flavor (and I love sugar). While I was eating, I felt very uncomfortable. A woman, the manager, started scolding one of her employees right next to my table. Why didn't she go to the kitchen, the patio, or somewhere private? Why scold her in public? Why next to my table? WHAT'S WRONG WITH THEM?
