Food was great we both had steak and Shrimp. The reason for the 5 stars had more to do with Craig our server, than the food. He was attentive and fast, very charming.

$12.99 appetizers trio. Is worth the bang for the buck. The cheese fries hit the spot, spinach and artichoke dip really good as well. Our waiter was very friendly and ensured the drinks stayed filled and we had everything we needed. Country fried steak. Was fried to perfection and covered in gravy. The sweet corn and mashed potatoes for the sides really tied the plate together. Beer batter shrimp platter was really good as well. good sized shrimp and nicely fried. Chicken strips and fries. Well same as every other place

Went here and while some of the items were really good there were a couple of hitches in my visit. I order the Wisconsin cheese bites and while they were an amazing appetizer... They did not come out until after my salad and main entree both had arrived and that was kind of pointless at that time for an appetizer. Secondly I've had their food many times in the past and usually has always been pretty good. This time my burger was well done and so was very dry and mediocre at best. Not my experience in the past, with usually pretty juicy and medium cooked. I'll be back again at some point but was a bit disappointed with those two things and with prices being what they are, I need spot on to want to go spend 60 bucks out and about.

My grandson chose to go to Cheddar's to celebrate his birthday!! The croissants are amazing. They come to the table pipping hot glazed with a honey butter that has just the right touch of sweetness. The croissant is soft and flaky and melts in your mouth. We had cheese bites as an appetizer with a side of ranch. The cheese bites are beautifully seasoned and cheesy. They are a perfect bite size and didn't need the ranch at all. The bourbon sauce over the rice was amazing. If I had known how delicious it was, I would have ordered it as a side. The sauce was served on the side. It was more of a liquid than a sauce. My salmon was cooked perfectly, wonderfully flaky with a slight outer crust. For my 2 sides, I chose a loaded baked potato with bacon and french fries. The french fries were perfectly salted, crispy on the outside, and scrumptious in the middle. The painkiller was definitely a false advertisement. The menu limits only 2 per customer. When I read that, I was like, sign me up!! It tasted delicious, and I loved the unique toasted coconut rim. I couldn't taste the rum at all, nor did it "sneak" up on me. It's definitely an overpriced mocktail masquerading as a cocktail.

Food was okay. I ordered beer battered fish and shrimp. The loaded backed potato was cold and didn't even melt the cheese. The batter on fish and shrimp was soggy but it was an exceptable temperature. The broccoli was good and hot. All in all it was okay but I would not eat here again. The wife ordered salmon and shrimp and she said it was good. My daughter ordered pot pie and it did come out blistering hot. She said flavor wise it was okay but she did finish it.

Food was delicious but delivered by a waitress that did not know her job description. Salad was delivered after meal was half way eaten and only after I asked her about it. Rolls were delivered after we had completely eaten our meal and only after we asked about it. )she also made a comment: oh do you still want them?) Waitress never checked on us, and never refilled our drinks. Your waitress staff definitely needs to be trained better.

The food was good, but the service was not good at all. I haven’t been inside Cheddar for 3 years because they closed the one near my house, so I wanted to have a good experience, but I was disappointed. Came in on a Monday night. The croissants were good. We ordered the country fried chicken and it had a weird rubber like texture. Also got the lemon pepper chicken and it had the same texture and extremely overcooked and dry. Our server missed some of our order notes and forgot our second round of croissants. Probably not coming back.

Worst experience ever! I ordered 2 trios and veggie plate. Look at this mess. We live too far to take it back and was too tired to even call last night but I definitely took pictures. This was the driest broccoli and cheese I’ve ever had not to mention I got a veggie plate that didn’t even touch the sides of the containers.

I don't leave bad reviews too often. Let me clarify that a few years ago this was place great. Today, I can't agree with that statement. Starting with Service, terrible. Twice. Our waitress forgot about us for 10-15 minutes and we sat there fully ready to order for a very long time in addition to the long food wait as well. Atmosphere, again terrible. The 3 times I visited this place for dinner at night there was a vacuum running loudly in the background. You don't think vacuuming is for after service? Sweeping would be far quieter for during service hours. Lastly, Service is bad? Atmosphere is bad? Okay lets do take out but no they skip massively on the food portions. I won't be coming back.

I’m tired of leaving tips and get poor service. They always forget items, food is cold, and the customer service is horrible. I don’t think they have quality control, and management over sight to monitor these things. This used to be one of the American food chain and this place has gone down the drain. I can’t see it been open to much longer if they keep this up. The parking lot used to be full and now it’s no where near full. The wait time is forever. Save your money and go to places that value your money. No utensil, no napkins, and no straws. Just a horrible experience and I feel like this is a theft of service. I paid for an experience and I had expectations and none of it was delivered.
