First time here, I really liked it. The only thing to note, is that it's a self order station, so if you have questions about what things are, there is no one to ask, and there no description on the touch screen of what things are or ingredients for people with allergies. But overall the food was delicious and we enjoyed it.

One of our go-to places in Frisco. Love their bibimbap. They have a new item in their menu - kimchi dumplings - I ordered one, didn’t quite like it. It was bit dry inside, no so great for my taste.

🔥 Burning Rice has food that's very nice! Burning Rice is unique in your food is made there on the spot and you can have your food in a regular bowl or a stone bowl. I chose the option of the stone bowl. The bowl kept the food very hot throughout my entire meal. Hot as in it was still the same temperature as when it was first brought out 15 minutes ago. The stone bowl keeps the food constantly cooking, and if you are not careful in constantly stirring the food, some of the Rice can get burnt. The stone bowl is a good size and snapped a photo of how deep the bowl is and how plentiful the food is in the bowl. The food was delicious and the menu allows you choose the meats, vegetables and even the type of rice you want I'm your bowl/meal. I highly recommend going there if you have never been to Burning Rice.

Came here for dinner with my family. The staff was super friendly and helpful!! The food was soooo delicious. The sweet glazed fried chicken bites from the appetizers was my absolute favorite!!! The spicy bulgogi was also great! I would definitely return to this place!! :)

Absolutely love this place! Fantastic food, service, and environment. I got kimchi-stirred rice, spicy chicken, with zucchini, bean sprouts, and a fried egg. I asked for a medium fountain drink and there is free soup and salad. Only 12$! Definitely recommend!

Excellent place for something just a little different. Counter-service Korean BBQ in a clean and friendly environment. Fresh tastes, and hearty portions as well as a nice little salad bar that comes free with your meal, even if you're ordering to go. The food is fantastic, and the service is great!

Not the most amazing Korean food, but the portion sizes were amazing and the food itself isn’t bad. It just doesn’t taste authentic Korean. It’s not Korean chefs it seems. But for Americanized Korean food you’re getting bang for your buck! Wouldn’t mind coming back. But definitely had better bibimbaps.

Updated: My wife & I decided to pick up dinner. I walked in a place with signage on how to self order your food. This is a great idea if you know what you are ordering and have a credit card in hand. But , if you have questions about the menu or have cash, you can pay at the register. It took me about 10 minutes to order a dish for my wife, whom I had on the phone. She was arguing about what was on the online menu to what I was able to see on the kiosk. Note: If you make changes to a menu, please change the online one as well. 🫣 While waiting: the restaurant was clean & inviting. The soft music playing in the background made me relax 😌 At home to indulge: My wife & I enjoyed our beef bulgogi bowl with everything. Well.. The bowl had plenty of veggies, favor, and sauce. It's a delightful bowl of food 😎

Visiting the Dallas area. We stopped by to check this eating place out. The family enjoyed it. We like how we can customize our meals. The family atmosphere was relaxing with the long road trip that we had. Very friendly service.

Had the customized hot stone bowl with white roce, crispy pork, and all the toppings, egg over easy, as a combo with the soup and 2 dumplings The dumplings were good, but the miso soup was very thin with little miso The bowl itself was great! It comes out sizzling, and when you mix it you make sure not to disturb the outer layer of rice so that you can enjoy the crispy burnt rice at the end. They have various sauces to add, and I added some gochujang for spice and umami. Really enjoyed it, would come back. I'll probably skip the combo next time and just get the bowl, maybe get extra protein

Ordered two dolsot bibimbap. Sat down. Waited for at least 30 minutes for order. Customers who ordered after us received their dishes. When ours finally arrived, the bottom scorched area of my dolsot bibimbap burnt to black color. The service needs to be improved.
