The gentleman behind the counter recommend a great drink for a newbie! It was excellent.
This review is because the on site manager did the right thing. I bought a bag of Italian Roast beans and they were AWFUL. I attempted to exchange them and the manager said it was against Starbucks' policy to return beans once they've been opened. If I bought these beans from a retailer, then I would have been able to return them, which makes no sense. She tried to call her manager to figure out what could be done, but she did not get a response. In the end, she swapped my bad beans and said she would figure it out. People deliver customer service, not policies. Christina proved that today by understanding my complaint and empowering herself to take care of the customer. I do not drink Starbucks often, but I definitely will be coming back to this store.
Starbucks never disappoints, and the Medicine Ball tea is my go-to! It’s the perfect blend of soothing and refreshing, especially on cold days or when you're feeling under the weather. The mix of honey, citrus, mint, and peach is balanced just right, providing a calming warmth. The staff is always friendly, and the service is quick, making the experience even better. Whether I need a pick-me-up or just want to relax, the Medicine Ball never fails to hit the spot. Definitely recommend trying it if you haven’t yet!
Starbucks never disappoints! Every visit is well-crafted, from the delicious drinks to the inviting atmosphere. It’s clear a lot of thought goes into the customer experience, and it shows. I highly recommend this Starbucks (or any Starbucks, really) for anyone looking for a great cup of coffee and a comfortable place to relax or work.
I just moved from California and all the Starbucks Ive been to don’t know how to make coffee. I came across this one and wooow, they always make my drink right! Amazing customer service. Kyle is my favorite barista- he knows how to make coffee the way is supposed to be made. Everyone there is always nice and friendly.

They didn't have what I wanted, they were short handed, they were slow. Their policies for customer service didn't suit the customers. They were out of the ingredients to make the drink I asked for, even though it was one of their featured drinks, then I asked for a certain size drink, they said I couldn't have even though they couldn't satisfy my first request. I chose not to get anything. My girlfriend got an order. It took them more than 10-15 minutes just for her drink. It took another 7-10 minutes to get the rest of her order, even then I had to ask them about it. It was just horrendous, absolutely terrible.
Great location but the last 2 weeks the service has been terrible.all my drinks orders have been made wrong and now with these new hires apparently the warming oven is broke or they are out of the sandwiches . I go here often to treat myself but the staff they are hiring ain’t it. Pay them enough or train them well cus it ain’t right to be spending money to NoT get what I asked for repeatedly . Today girl gave me lactose when I asked for soy. Mind you I’m lactose intolerant and back at work
My rule of thumb is that a place and its staff are only as clean as their restroom. After all, that is where they also go to use the toilet and wash their hands (or not). This place is otherwise nice and there is no excuse for the restroom to be as dirty as it was. Not this early on a Sunday morning. Clean your bathroom regularly. This includes the ENTIRE toilet.
Slowest starbucks ever. Jazz and Emily poor service and no sense of urgency.
We bought two from the drive thru, they were completely watered down and did not taste like what we paid for nor what we ordered. There wasn’t a huge line either.
Got a medium pink drink and mocha Frappuccino. Both of them were SUPER watered down and disgusting. It was like they made them and sat them next to something hot to melt. Mocha Frappuccino also had no chocolate syrup like it’s supposed too. Glad I didn’t tip, and service like this is exactly why I don’t. Go literally anywhere else but here; they won’t give you a receipt because they know you will make a complaint
Short black girl the chubby one at the drive thru got my order wrong so unprofessional entire time was scrolling on her phone. Held up the entire line and told her other co worker they never made my drink when she had already handed it to me and wanted to give me another one? Like get off of ur phone? Waited almost ten min for one cheese danish that she didn’t even make because she was scrolling and texting the entire time
Never consistent. Get one good drink to five bad drinks. And i keep giving them the benefits of the doubt.
I visited this Starbucks during the week day 5/15/25 and they were closed due to a meeting. They were very unprofessional and rude as I pulled up to the window just to kindly ask if they would reopened later that day or if it was closed for good. The barista constantly ignored me as I waited for assistance. She looked at me and rolled her eyes. I have never received this type of behavior before with this company. Starbucks please assess a background check on ethics and personalities before hiring as this can damage your brand. The company and coffee is too good of a place for this type of behavior.
The manager or shift supervisor was on a cell phone for my entire visit. Not sure who she was talking to, but I know she was not talking to customers. Save one time… A customer came in who had gone through drive-through. His order was wrong. When he stepped to the counter The person on the cell phone happened to be standing there and she said, “what’s wrong.” He told her what he needed, and with disgust on her face she snatched the bag out of his hand and threw it in the trash. Then, without saying a word went over and corrected his warmed food, put it back in a bag, and dropped it on the counter for him. I will not be back
I come to this location quite often and tip every single time. I say good morning, some roll there eyes and some keep working or keep having there conversation in there headset. But let a customer at the window not tip and you’ll hear the whole staff talk about it. This location has very rude employees for the most part.
I went there to get a caramel Frappuccino and they were so rude everyone! She didn’t even gave me whip cream neither did she said that they didn’t have and when I asked her she got a attitude and all of her coworkers stared thru the window mad and one of them literally talked to me in Spanish asking if I didn’t understand! They all started talking bad about me! And I told her she didn’t have to be rude I was just asking because she never said they didn’t have it! Keep in mind I had to go again through the drive thru because I wanted to add the caramel to my order but she said I had to go back and order it again! There was no line!!! Nobody was ordering I was the only one there!!!!! Worst employees ever!! Can’t believe they work there! Usually they are always really nice! And I asked for extra caramel drizzle!!!!! They didn’t put nothing!!!!!!!!!!
Let me just start by saying customer service is everything to me. I arrived at this location around 10:35am to place my order in the drive thru. I was greeting very nicely by the young lady who took my order. When I pulled up to the window, I paid and received two of my three items. I was asked did I received my drink and I said no. The young lady turned to her co- worker (short white male) and asked him did he make it, and he looked at her very rudely and said no. He proceeded to make my drink and once he was done, he handed it to me (shoving it in my hands). I asked for a straw and the look he gave me was as if I was bothering him. I pulled off and called the store to speak to the manager. A lady answered (Gina) and I asked, " Are you the manager?" Gina replied, "yes what do you need?" I told her "This is why your staff member behave the way they do. You set the tone for everyone. She hung up on me. I proceeded to go back to the store to ask Gina why she hung up on me and of course she lied and said, " The phone hung up." But I recorded the conversation so you're lying. I requested a refund. and on the ticket, she lied again and said, " customer didn't want" as the reason. Gina work on your attitude and your customer service. If this is not the job for you, find another one. Also, honesty is the best policy.
I was stuck in drive-thru for over 40 minutes to get this “food”, if that’s what you want to call it. It tasted like burnt popcorn and believe it or not..despite its size, it barely had any filling in it at all. For a newly constructed building it really needs to step up its game as far as workers and food quality. I wouldn’t have even given it 1 star but I had to in order to write this review. I do not recommend this particular Starbucks to anyone.
