Greco's New York Pizzaria

Seated directly next door to the Regal Cinema at the Janns Marketplace, this is the perfect place to grab a quick slice after the film! More specifically with our experience, I was taking a group of 7 5th graders to see a movie for my son's birthday and we wanted to grab pizza after the movie. I called ahead of time and we got the 28" party pizza - which was the perfect amount of food for us... they didn't try to over sell me at all. They had the pizza ready right on time when the film got out and we even great about us bringing in outside cupcakes. They treated us wonderfully and it was really the perfect decision for an 11 year old birthday party. The owner and his wife made it a great success. If I were to give one request it's that they have some sort of keto option like a cauliflower rust... but most places don't so I won't hold it against them. Thanks for a great time!

It was my first time to Greco’s and I wasn’t disappointed. This place is better than expected. First of all the portions are very generous, fed my wife our four kids and myself on a large Greco’s Special pizza and a large greek salad. But the food was ridiculous. If you’ve had New York style thin crust pizza you know how good it can be and this place proves it. The ovens are front and center and we were able to watch our pizza chef carefully bake the crust to just the right crispness. The sauce, mozzarella and other toppings were fresh and flavorful, easily the best pizza I’ve had in years. The salad was also excellent, tasted as good as you’d expect from a much more expensive restaurant. The service was prompt and friendly. This is our new go to spot for pizza.

This review is specifically geared towards the outstanding service provided by the team here at Greco's We had a pizza party here for our daughter's birthday yesterday, and let me tell you, the staff here did EVERYTHING to make the experience an amazing one, and not once asked for anything in return (other than paying for our food/drinks of course). I have really never had such stellar service like we had here yesterday. From asking for paper clips, and tape, to a cake cutting knife, and everything else in between, they delivered on all requests, and most of them without us needing to even ask for them. They basically let us take over a big portion of their restaurant, with balloons and the whole nine yards, and simply asked what they could do to help. If I could give this business more than 5 stars, I would in a heartbeat. The pizza was delicious as expected, the service was absolutely outstanding, and the experience they helped our daughter and her friends have was priceless. Support this business, because they truly deserve it! Thanks to all of the Greco's team for making it an unforgettable birthday party!

New ownership and the food is excellent. New items available and very affordable pricing. The minestrone, lasagna and pizza were a hit. I will definitely be back. Everyone should give them a try. It is owned by the son of Paola and Sandro who owned it years ago.

New York Pizza Vegetarian, got a big pizza to bring home, to share with friends and family. Delicious and filling, had two slices, leaving plenty left for my family. (and my late night snack, God willing). Check it out Thousand Oaks. In The Janss Mall, right next to the theater.

This place really is a hidden gem in Thousand Oaks. I haven't been here in years but the food is amazing. The sandwiches are delicious and better than i remember. Had some time to kill and figured I'd stop on in. Glad I did! Will be coming back

Authentic Italian food probably my favorite almost as good as Jersey

Extremely tasty, authentic NY-style pizza with a thin, flexible crust & plenty of cheese. The max slice is truly massive at almost a quarter of a full XXL pie, and even a half slice is a good size. Pricing's not too bad either. Staff is friendly and good-natured; the restaurant itself is a bit small, seating for about 20, but the outdoor pavilion/terrace is more than large enough to accomodate a larger crowd.

Absolutely amazing experience at Greco’s Pizza! The moment I walked in the door, Ricardo and his wife welcomed me with the warmest, most genuine hospitality. You can instantly tell this is a family-owned spot run by an authentic Italian family, and that makes all the difference. The place is super clean, well-kept, and gives off those classic neighborhood pizzeria vibes. Now the pizza… WOW. Freshly made, full of flavor, and everything you'd hope for in authentic New York-style Italian pizza. You can’t go wrong here. The crust, the sauce, the cheese—it’s all on point. I left full, happy, and already thinking about my next visit. Highly, highly recommend!

I have had the opportunity to eat here a number of times since the current owners took over and everything from the service to the delicious pizza have been excellent... Great fresh brewed Italian style Lattes as well...this is a must visit place to put on your radar.

Keep the good flavors and we will come back!!! The only thing we didn't understand is the cashier .. He was a little bit confused in what to do and how to even charge us.. Please don't forget to say the you guys accept Samsung pay... People get frustrated if you don't even know that you have it... They just turn around and go.. Besides that ... All good. Thank you

The gentleman with the glasses can be a bit standoffish and I always feel like he's rushing me when I'm ordering. The food is very pricey for just one pizza. Otherwise, good pizza. (Ask for more sauce on it if you prefer your pizza with plenty)

Finally stopped by and got a couple slices of pepperoni pizza. The staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, the pizza was underwhelming. It is comparable to any take and bake store bought pizza, or cafeteria pizza. Maybe I just caught em on a bad day.

You feel like your interrupting a really intense argument when you ask for anything. When you order it's like the cashier is waiting for you to turn the register around and run your self up. They charged me $1.25 for ranch. Damn. I have a special place in my heart for this pizza place. I saw a lot of movies next door and ate pizza with my kids/friends after. Hire some people who can make your customers not feel like they are annoying them.

Pizza is my favorite food so I consider myself well versed in these things. Previously I would consider this pizza top tier. Unfortunately, after the change in management the quality is exponentially decreased so I find myself updating my comment less review to a review with my thoughts laid out. Again all this is being compared to my baseline which was the previous ownership's top tier quality pizza. By comparison, now the ratio of cheese to bread is too much. The cheese is also not cooked enough. The size of the slices are also smaller. Idk what to say but I'm very disappointed...
