Ordered donuts for a golf tournament our assoc. Was having. They had the donuts ready before I got there to pick them up. This made it guick to pick donuts and get to tournament to get set up

When traveling from northern Vermont to Albany and south, Google maps will take you strange ways, but do not miss Ticonderoga Dunkin’ Donuts. It’s the oasis in the desert. Get a coffee and some food and sit in the comfortable chairs and relax a minute. Perfect stop as you drive through.

Excellent drive through service. Order prior to pick up via the D.D. app and receive your order hot, fresh and exactomundo. I was very impressed with the entire experience. It is also a nice place to enjoy your order inside or just out in the parking lot, as there is so limited cell coverage in the area, the free wi fi allows you to catch up on all of the missed emails and social media hits that await your return.

They have decent food. But not very many kid options. The staff is nice and helpful. And the view from this location is beautiful.

The place is great except for one thing.....no donuts are made there so none of them are technically fresh. Also, when they run out, that's it till tomorrow.

Order a large frozen caramel coffee with suger,cream,and whip cream on top! it was phenomenal the best,Heaven in a cup!!! But very pricey!

Only DD around for a bit, so this is my wife's go to for a quick morning pick me up. They do tend to confuse orders so I recommend double checking. With that being said they have always fixed the order with no questions or comments. They are friendly and most likely over worked. The coffee is always good and you know the saying, happy wife happy life, so thanks DD for the happy life!

We stopped in here on a trip from Burlington to Lake George. There isn’t too much else around here, so this is a great spot to grab a coffee. The employees working here were very pleasant. This store was also very clean and another employee was mopping. Used the restrooms here and they were well kept up. The donut selection here was quite minimal, that’s the only negative I can really find about this place. They do have WiFi, so this is a great place to pop online. I know my cell service didn’t work well in this rural area. One other suggestion, when you go out to the parking lot there are stunning views of the mountains. It would be nice if they built a small patio and put some picnic tables back there. Overall this Dunkin is better than most.

Food and service were excellent but floor was dirty my shoes were literally sticking to it. Informed employee who said that someone would be out to take care of it, but no one came out while we were there. Also too cold inside had to get sweaters from our vehicle, and this caused food to become cold before we were finished eating.

You still can't enter the building. Only outside pick-up, or Drive thru. Attendant was impatient, and hurried you through your order. (I received the wrong packaged coffee, I believe, for that reason!) I had to go back thru the drive thru for others in the car to order.

I was on the phone in my car waiting to order I ordered and they gave me attitude the whole time I went back to talking and they voided my order and closed the window in my face. Like are you for real that rude. They need better workers.

Maybe it's the area but the drinks are overpriced. First, visit had a bad order, not good as expected from other Dunkin donut franchises. Second visit (over a year later) got two medium dark roast iced coffees with mocha and almond milk- almost $8 (the most expensive DD I have ever been to . Just to give you an idea. Two medium in PA = $5.07 (and they don't charge for the almond milk) around Albany area, it's about $6. What was also odd, when we got to the window, the server said a lesser price (which seemed on par with the cost expected). Moments later, she returned the card with two receipts - 1 that was a refund of the said price and the 2nd which was almost $8. She said she made a mistake by telling us the wrong price but refunded the card and then charged the more expensive price. There won't be a third stop.

I have ben a customer of this Dunkin Doughnuts for many years. , the reason being the fact they had Tristan undoubtedly the most personable manager I have ever met.A ND I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE.Recenlty a group of us who were customers of DD met for lunch. Everyone wanted to know where Tristan was. We all agreed not to visit DD in Ticonderoga DD until he returns. Since we doubt he will come back we've agreed to buy our coffee somewhere else. How could anyone let a guy like that get away. Just plain STUPID!!!!!

Ordered two egg and bacon one English muffin and one on croissant. Neither were toasted and they were very soft and soggy. And the eggs did not taste well at all. My wife said it was the worst she's had . Waste of $9.48.

The manager can’t manage, she treats her staff with little regard for human decency, and the orders are never properly made.

They don't honor any coupons unless they are from this Dunkin Donuts no exceptions what's the point in having Dunkin Donut coupons if you can't use them

Spent 20 min in line to find out the frozen coffee wasn’t available, it would of been nice to post a sign, which they still haven’t done, the place is run by children, and it’s ver apparent!

Best Dunkin view you will ever find. Spent over $19 for breakfast for 2, and they wouldn't give me a free cup of water. Tried to charge me $2.15 and were nasty when I told them to keep it. Even though there are no off-season options in the area, I will not go back.

After sitting in the drive thru at the Ticonderoga Dunkin we were told the chip reader was down and they could not swipe my debit card. I was told to go inside and reorder. This is not the first time I and my friends and family have encountered issues at this Dunkin. I will not go there any more. The hassle is not worth the issues and prices.

If I could give this store NO stars and just write this I would. I live on Long Island and get an iced caramel latte extra caramel with light cream and no whip cream for years. This girl tells me she can't make it with anything other than milk. I was like what? Just put the caramel in first make the latte and then fill it with light cream. She refused so I left. Horrible customer service.

doors not open at 6:45am drove around . only 2 cars ahead of me. asked for a raspberry jelly donut. they didn't know if they had any so asked for just a jelly one. got home and it was a raised donut. not a good way to start my day
