Everything is delicious, but the service is terrible, like any place where people don't like their jobs, they make faces at you, and they serve you grudgingly. I hadn't even finished placing my order and they were already subtotaling my order, as if they didn't want me to buy any more.

The food is good, healthy, and delicious; however, the customer service and business management leave much to be desired. Their payment terminal hasn't been working properly for months. Before, it was just that when you entered your PIN, the number was entered twice. On my last visit, it was entering the number four or even six times, so now you have to delete the extra digits and hope they don't repeat themselves.

They used to be cheaper and tastier; a combo cost 130 euros and included pasta, mashed potatoes, and water. Now they're between 160 and 290 euros for just the sandwich, without any sides or water. Inflation is understandable, but the prices for the same product aren't worth it.

Terrible service, very rude. I called to order delivery and my food never arrived. An hour passed and I called to see if my food was on its way, and only then did they tell me they weren't sending it, even though I gave them my address from the start.

Very bad service, those who take the order are distracted, they take a long time to bring out the food and in the end the order is wrong, then they don't want to change the dish to how you actually ordered it, small and expensive portions, I do not recommend this place at all.

Today (March 30, 2025) This isn't my first time ordering there, but just today, after eating a tuna sandwich at work, I started to feel sick to the point of vomiting. I hope I don't get an infection. They should be more careful in the production process of their products, both in the proper handling of the food and in the hygiene of the establishment and staff.

We've ordered from them before, and they always deliver. Yesterday, Friday, December 21st, my sister ordered two sandwiches, one tuna for me and one chicken for her. Shortly after finishing her sandwich, she started feeling sick. She vomited all night and went to her doctor today because she didn't feel well for a single minute. She got food poisoning from spoiled chicken. This is the last time we order from there. As a customer, you place your trust in food and beverage establishments, and they don't take care with the rotation and condition of their supplies.
