The chocolate is delicious, some of the best, the wide variety of cold drinks are quite tasty, the service is very good, very friendly and approachable, currently there are only about 2 tables to be able to stay inside the premises.

Me gustó mi café de olla y el frappé de chocolate blanco es imperdible además hay mini roscas de reyes que te dan calientitas y están muy ricas y suaves...el servicio es frío y medio de mala gana pero así es casi ya en todas sus sucursales.

Excelente servicio por parte de los empleados, excelente café. El único detalle es que el mobiliario no está en óptimas condiciones, paredes manchadas y sillas incómodas.

Located in Plaza Fashion Mall, this café has become one of my favorites for enjoying a quiet moment or meeting up with friends. The first thing I highlight is its atmosphere. The interior design is modern yet warm, with a decor that invites you to relax. The lighting is perfect, neither too bright nor too dim, creating an ideal space for both work and conversation. Furthermore, the customer service is excellent. As for food and drinks, Cielo Querido Café does not disappoint. Its variety of coffees is wide, and every cup I've tried is prepared with care and quality. The desserts are another strong point: fresh, well-presented, and with a flavor that leaves a lasting impression. I recommend the chilaquiles cake. One point that could be improved is the wait time during peak hours, as it can sometimes take a little longer than expected. In short, Cielo Querido Café is an excellent choice for those looking for a place with a good atmosphere, quality service, and a satisfying cuisine. I definitely recommend it and will continue to visit. 😉

Double-check your receipt because I went with some friends and they were charging us extra for a coffee. When we went to tell the guy who served us, he did refund our money, but he didn't apologize for his mistake.

Fui barista, se el tiempo que te toma hacer un café, no es posible que con 3 ordenes tarden 25 minutos en entregar. Literal 3 bebidas. Una bebida se saca en 3 minutos... 3 personas atendiendo...que barbaro... paseandose, riendose, jugando... y claro el cliente espera... vaya servicio al cliente... Atención corporativo!!!

The hot cappuccino was cold. They ask about it as if it were an option, but it's all extra, and in the end you pay more for extras than for the coffee itself.

Lamentablemente el servicio es deficiente, el personal es lento y tardan mucho, no me preguntaron ni el nombre, el café estaba frío lo único rescatable fue el cuernito. Se la pasan dos chicas en el puro chisme y con la actitud más nefasta siendo hoy 23 de febrero para que los dueños del lugar vean. Cabe destacar que quitaron los cojines donde uno se sentaba y hay tornillos salidos donde ya rompieron la tela de mi suéter y no avisan. Por eso no vuelvo a ir de nuevo a este lugar.

El lugar es tranquilo y agradable, pero la atención del personal es deficiente, las bebidas calientes las sirven tibias y nunca tienen cambio motivo por el que te niegan el servicio, no es que gastes $20 como para que no tengan cambio de $500!!!

Terrible experience, I will never return and I do not recommend it. Dirty place, super rude girls, and the manager ignoring her staff when I pointed out that her staff had been despotic and mocking. Shame on the franchise, watch out!

Terrible service, terrible bakery, and terrible coffee. To begin with, when I paid, they didn't give me my receipt. They told me they would give it to me at the end because it hadn't come out yet. I had to ask for it three times, and they made me wait a long time only to tell me they had already thrown it away. I realized the bill was wrong and that they were overcharging me. When they finally had no other choice due to my insistence, they gave me a receipt with what I ordered, full of "extra" charges that they hadn't mentioned at the time of purchase. The cream in the frappé was "extra," the blackberry pulp in the blackberry cheesecake was "extra," along with other "extra" charges that they shouldn't have to pay at all because it's obvious they're part of the ingredients in the drink or food. The lemon bread and the cheesecake taste awful; I imagine all their bread tastes like that. The coffee is extremely burnt, and I think that's why they add so much sugar. I recommend not eating at this place.
