A decaído mucho el lugar el billar esta en muy mal estado y solo se limitan a vender ciertos tipos de cerveza antes había más variedad

Las mesas estan en pesimas condiciones literal callendose a pedazos, hasta las bolas de billar estan sumamente dañadas por el uso, te cobran "servicio" de cajon aunq tu tienes q ir a la barra a pedir bebidas y alimentos, fue bueno años atras pero actualmente esta muy descuidado, no regresaria.

I am writing to express my profound displeasure and complete dissatisfaction with the service and experience we received at this establishment. The problems we experienced were unacceptable and demonstrate a clear lack of attention to detail and hygiene. Awful Initial Service: We had to request the menu before it was provided, indicating a lack of proactive service. Serious Lack of Hygiene: The beer dispenser for the Triton we ordered arrived at the table with visibly dirty taps and chamoy residue. This is an inexcusable hygiene lapse, especially since our glasses did not include chamoy. Misleading Advertising: On one of your walls, you have an advertisement for a game for $10, but when we paid, you told us the actual price was $25 (the menu price) even though we ordered the game before the menu was provided. You claimed the wallpaper was "old." It is their responsibility to remove old advertising to avoid confusing or misleading customers. Lack of Hygiene: In addition to the dirt in the Triton, they gave us dirty glasses. This is a basic health and safety issue. Charging for Non-Existent Service: The most regrettable thing is that, after all the problems, we were charged for service. A charge that was clearly neither deserved nor proportionate.
