Good morning, I recommend them 10/1000. Delicious, truly delicious. I always come back for the same thing, and the taste doesn't change. And for those people who complain about the ladies' faces or the bathrooms... try putting up with people like you for an hour, your mistreatment and hypocrisy, and then, on top of putting up with your nonsense and stupidity, leave a bad review. To the ladies who are cooking, my respects, and your effort is reflected in the faces of all of us who leave here with a smile on our faces. Much success to you and your tremendous work.
The cakes are decent, nothing amazing, the place is clean and the service is fast.
I was really surprised to see the bad reviews about this place. My husband and I visited, and I thought the service was great. They served us quickly and let us pay by bank transfer since there was a protest the day we went and everything was closed, even ATMs. This place was one of the few open, and we used it for lunch. I liked the tortas; they tasted really good, and everything looked clean. I have a sensitive stomach, and they didn't upset my stomach at all. The flavored waters were delicious, and the staff was friendly. I used the restroom there, and it was clean and had toilet paper and soap. I definitely recommend this place.
The Cuban sandwiches are average; the bread is somewhat soft; if it were golden brown or crispier, it would be excellent. The Cuban sandwiches are perfectly sized; half of them will satisfy you. The service is good; just a little more attitude from the staff wouldn't hurt.
The food is good, tasty, and inexpensive, but the service is very cold and sometimes indifferent. I hope they improve their attitude :)
Very bad service, I didn't remember it being like this, it seems like they're doing me a favor by selling me something, it really makes me reconsider coming back.
My partner and I went yesterday and received TERRIBLE service. Being new customers, we expected at least a "good afternoon," and not even that. Being new and not knowing where to order, we asked where to order, and as if it were a game, they passed us by. The same employees. It's ridiculous to me that they don't know how to tell customers where to order their food. They're rude and arrogant. Not only did they refuse to serve us properly, but when they did, it was very reluctantly. The food was so-so. I don't recommend it. When we left, we said our goodbyes politely, and no one responded. We left, ignored, and with a very bad taste in our mouths about that place.
Poor service; the staff has a bad attitude. The food is mediocre to bad. Overall, I don't recommend it.
They never gave me my juices. They jumped on me over other customers' orders that came later. I bounced down the cake. Instead, they refunded my drink bill. So I left feeling dehydrated and fuzzy.
The service and attention were a complete disgrace. I waited 45 minutes for fries while they took orders for people who had arrived even after me. They only started working when a man (I assume the owner or branch manager) arrived. The food tasted good, but the wait time was ridiculous. I hope they change it, but as a tourist, I will never return to this place, nor would I recommend it.
The cakes weren't anything special, but they were tasty. The service from the owner or cashier was terrible. When you pay and she gives you your change, she just throws it in your hand, which is very rude and annoying because you're paying for basic service and expect to be treated with respect. Her attitude was awful; she couldn't even respond to a greeting. The service from the girls who help her has improved considerably, which is appreciated. The water was very tasty and refreshing.
The first time I went, they treated me terribly. They were rude, and the cakes were awful. I wanted to give it another chance, so I went on Sunday, and it was even worse. The pork leg cake was in bad condition, and the fruit was spoiled. They charged me ten pesos extra for a little honey, and they didn't give me a receipt. I'll never go back.
We had horrible diarrhea, terrible care, how could the health department not close them down? I filed a complaint with COFEPRIS. The worst place to eat cakes.
The most horrible tortas I've ever had, poor service, taste of low-quality ingredients, they took too long to deliver my order, and the waitress also put her fingers in my food. A place I wouldn't return to and wouldn't recommend.
This establishment is as much of a cake shop as I am of an Irish one. I went to the 5 de Mayo branch and everything was very disappointing... it's the worst cake I've ever tasted! No joke, tasteless ingredients and of poor quality, all greasy and poor presentation, poorly cut in half and the bread falling apart, I asked for fruit water (strawberry) to be exact and without lying to you, I think the lady only blended about 4 strawberries with pure water in the blender and served it like that, without adding any sugar and without straining. And to top it off, it's very expensive, their prices have nothing to do with the quality of the food they serve. Plus, they only have one person for everything (preparing food, making water and taking money). It was a truly terrible experience. I will never return to that so-called cake shop that with such terrible service and quality is headed straight for failure.
Horrible, horrible, horrible! Look for any other place to eat because this place is truly one of the ugliest places to eat, I think, in all of Mexico! 1. The service was average to bad. From the moment you walked in, you didn't know how to order because no one told you you had to order and pay at the register first. And when you took your order, the service and treatment were really abrupt. But, hey, that's not the bad thing. Everyone can be a bit overconfident because they're working on Sunday, but it's still understandable. 2. What's incomprehensible is the food was disgusting enough for inmates! For lunch, we ordered a sandwich and a three-cheese sandwich, and I won't even tell you how disgusting the food was. They used the most common ingredients they could get, the cheeses tasted terrible, and overall, from the first bite, you feel nauseous and disgusted to even try it! 3. To accompany the meal, we ordered two waters, one oatmeal and one orange, which were totally tasteless! Anyway, I'd rather starve than set foot in this place again! 😏
The service was terrible. The staff were rude and unpleasant the entire time we were served. The tortas had very little filling, and the bread was dry and hard. The enchiladas were cold with stiff tortillas, and the food took forever to arrive. The worst part was the poor cleanliness of the place. Not recommended at all.
