The place has no parking. There are some meters around if you can find one. Most of the time expect to walk a few blocks. Parking lots are available but its 8 dollars for upto 90 minutes and even if your park for 1 minute it is the same rate. Anything custom that isn't by the slice is 25 to 30 min wait for takeout.

For $62, I ordered a large cheese and pizza and 20 plain wings. After taking one bite of pizza and eating 2 wings, I began to feel off, I am highly allergic to fish and shellfish and was forced to use my epipen after a small amount of food. Looks and feels like cross-contamination going on here. I will not be ordering from here ever again.

I have had Joe's Pizza in the past and it was great. My most recent visit was worse than the previous one. It wasn't worth the money, the time, or the fact that we were all hungry after. It was so loaded with cheese that it just fell apart. I remember when I first had Joe's pizza. It was so amazing. But now it's just something that I wasted over $130 on in 2 visits.

Its the worst cheese I've ever tasted on a pizza. Its either very cheap or fake, maybe both. Oily and extremely rubbery. The sauce and crust are ok. The dough is a little over worked. Low price point. Large, clean seating area. Good parking and handicap accessible.

Food is good but don't waste your time getting by the slice. They will just screw you over and give half slices but charge you for full. Figured would give them another try but without fail half slices again.

I had to pick one star or I would have picked none! Food was average at best...yet over priced! Ordered a double order of wings and was told you only get 1 blue cheese because "the cups are bigger". They were wider but shorter...so no...they are not larger. Any pizza place you go to, you get 2 blue cheese'....for double the wings...for 2 people....seems like common sense....but not at Joe's average pizza! Do you really expect people to dip in the same blue cheese when sharing a DOUBLE order of wings? Get real! The worst part of the entire experience was the attitude from the "cashier"...rude the entire time, start to finish! Well you lost business of $1.63 blue cheese cup...makes a lot of sense..after I spent $84 to feed a family of 4. NEVER...EVER....EVER...AGAIN! Joe's pizza....you know how many pizza places there are....get better!!!!

Will not return. We ordered pepperoni on the entire pizza, banana peppers on one side, green olives on the other, as it says so on the receipt. What we got was pepperoni on one side, green olives on the other and no banana peppers at all. Their website charges extra for all of it by the way. Also ordered garlic knots that tasted like they sat under a heater all day. My stomach was also in knots the next morning.. something off about that place.

NEW REVIEW August 6, 2024 pepperoni pizza still AWFUL. No red sauce at all the only sauce was the grease. Not sure why I have it another chance but it is the worst pizza in Western New York maybe in the world! $9.90 for what is supposed to be a lunch special of 2 slices of pepperoni pizza and a small pop. Most places at 7 to 8 and their pizza is good. Joes pizza is awful and 1 out of 10 with no sauce at all and grease and you can tell they don't cook the pepperoni originally on pizza as it does not stick to cheese and falls off. Domino's and Little Caesar's has better pizza for sure.

Ordered our food online order was to come with fries garlic nots and coleslaw so we get the food and the fry’s are cold and rubbery the fish is burnt and dry my dog wouldn’t even eat it!!! And no garlic nots or tarter sauce. So for $40.?? We got some dry nasty fish to throw in the trash.

Ordered chicken parm dinners over spaghetti with extra cheese. Received dry, burnt chicken over obviously not spaghetti and no cheese let alone extra even though I paid extra for it. Quality has gone way wayyyy done here. I’m officially going to be moving my business elsewhere. Over past month or so I’ve received burnt chicken every time I order this. Should’ve listened to myself and not ordered their again. I’m done for sure now. The girls who answer the phone are unprofessional. Are clearly holding other conversations and laughing while asking you “im sorry, what was that again?” They don’t know the menu items and you have to explain everything to them in great detail all for them to mess it up anyway. Clearly their cooks aren’t great either. This place is going wayyyyy downhill
