Really good bar in the centre of la carihuela, (run by Jimmy the Dutch Man). Its the one with the large Elephant outside (and lots inside.). Peculiar, he says, he doesn't like Elephants.

Supergezellig, Superleuk, Jimmy de eigenaar, is ook een mooi mens. De prijzen zijn ook nog eens erg prettig. Heerlijke koffie!En het sfeertje van alle bezoekers maken dit echt een top tent. Dikke 10. 👍🏼

Great place in the busy Cariheula pedestrianised street. Great atmosphere and great drinks. Definitely recommend and definitely be back when visiting the area again. Great service from staff too

Nice Bar on the Carihuela... You can met people from whole over the world for us is nice... We are dutch live in Spain... Sometimes you need to talk and communicate in your own language! Good oppertunity to play pool and have a nice evening!!! 🤗

Jimmy at Bar el Elephante is a great character and host.He has a dry wit and humour but is a true gentleman. Ralph the barman is on the ball and Emma who does a few shifts is marvellous. Service is swift and prices are very reasonable. See you all in May.

This is a lovely bar in Carihuela. The young lady who works in the bar is an excellent host, always with a friendly and welcoming smile.

Jimmy (the Dutch man) is my favourite person in the world. I was very disappointed to not see the legendary Emma in real life. The sunglasses store next door stole the elephant sitting in front of the bar. Very nice view and great beer.

Mooie drankjes voor weinig geld. Veterano brandy kostte mij €2,50. 🍀🙂

Pieni ja rehellinen juottola kävelykadun ravintoloiden keskellä. Muutama pöytä ulkona. Lähes aina iltaisin täynnä pääsääntöisesti hollantilaisia turisteja. Mukava tunnelma, ei örveltäjiä. Tiskin takana homma toimii ystävällisesti ja nopeasti, hinnat täälläkin kohdillaan.

En restaurang bland många andra. Ett trevlig litet ställe. Drack en öl. Rent snyggt och städat.

Klein cafe met een oudere eigenaar. Werkt alleen daarom wat langer wachten op je drankje. Glazen schoonmaken doet hij niet veel waardoor de bar vol staat met vieze gebruikte glazen wat niet echt uitnodigend is.
