Highly recommended restaurant: excellent ingredients, carefully prepared dishes, and expert cooking make it one of the best all-you-can-eat restaurants in Turin. The menu is extensive and varied, featuring appetizers, first courses, and second courses that are rarely found on similar menus. The ravioli, salmon rolls, and skewers are delicious. Price: €14.90 + €2 cover charge during the week.

Finally, a beautiful, modern, and above all delicious place! From 8:00 PM onward, access is from the back where the guard is stationed in his booth. I think it's open both weekdays and weekends, apparently, because I went both times. There's plenty of parking, though. The tables are very nice, with very cozy circular seating. Booking via tablet is very convenient, making ordering even quicker. A wide selection of new, beautifully presented dishes with very cute and unique decorations. Prices are in line with all the others. I've been for dinner both times. I hope it catches on in the area (and beyond), because it deserves it.

Huge, bright space. Friendly staff, who speak little Italian, but that's not a problem because you can order from a tablet. Precise and fast service. The dishes are beautifully presented and, above all, high-quality. The prices are slightly higher than average, but fully justified. We'll definitely be back.

Before entering, you should know that you have to go around the back and enter through the building's guardhouse, but this is only valid on Saturdays. As soon as you enter, the place appears luxurious, splendid, and clean, just like in Japan. The dishes are truly beautifully decorated and made with attention to detail. I even tried the mango ones, and they were spectacular; my palate went crazy for the flavor. If you want truly good sushi in Turin, I highly recommend this one.

A truly beautiful restaurant that just opened. The interior is modern with beautiful circular lights. Finally, a place in Turin where you can order with a tablet! They're fast, and the food is beautifully presented. What can you say about a place like this? A well-deserved 5 stars, we'll definitely be back.

This recently opened restaurant offers a beautiful, clean, and elegant AYCE menu. Impeccable service with friendly waiters, and easy ordering via tablet. The ingredients used are of excellent quality and freshness, and everything is delicious, including the desserts. Convenient parking. I recommend it for any occasion.

I go to Kaisen once a week, working in the next-door complex, and I can confirm the other reviews regarding the good quality of the products and the variety of the menu, although very limited on some items (e.g., sashimi can only be ordered once). I've never encountered fish with an unpleasant taste. Among the many options, I recommend the grilled gyoza, ebiten uramaki, and any dish with salmon sashimi! The restaurant is very large and Japanese-style. The All You Can Eat lunch menu is reasonably priced: €16.90 (not €14.90 as advertised).

Service: The service was excellent. The staff was friendly, attentive, and ready to answer any of our questions. Food: The dishes were truly exquisite. The fish was incredibly fresh and of excellent quality. The dishes were prepared with care and attention to detail, and the presentation was impeccable. Only downside: Since we chose the "All You Can Eat" option, we had to wait a little longer than expected for our second order. Additionally, you can't order a dish more than twice, which we found a bit limiting. Despite this small flaw, this restaurant is an excellent choice for those who want to enjoy good-quality Japanese food in a quiet and comfortable environment. P.S. I recommend trying the "Black Snow Gunkan." It's truly good and delicious.

Ottimo all you can eat, menu vario

Ho ordinato da asporto il menù da 5 piatti a 25€. Purtroppo la tartare aveva un cattivo sapore, era immangiabile. Su 5 stelle, 1 stella l'ha persa perché la qualità del pesce non è all'altezza di altri locali ayce, un'altra stella l'ha persa per il piatto che non era mangaibile. Peccato

Il locale è abbastanza pulito, molto ampio e luminoso. Il cibo niente di che, onestamente ho provato di meglio. Trovare parcheggio è stata un’impresa e non ho capito perché a febbraio inoltrato ci fossero ancora le decorazioni di Natale con tanto di albero gigante all’entrata. Il personale gentile e disponibile. Prezzo nella norma.

The restaurant is located in an industrial area on the outskirts of southern Turin, next to several offices. The interior is welcoming but not overly ornate. The menu was very varied, considering we were there for lunch. The food was generally well-received, but with some reservations: the raw fish was good but not excellent, and the tartare was under-seasoned. Furthermore, I was served a dish that matched neither the photo nor the description and was almost inedible. It was supposed to be a cone filled with tempura shrimp and avocado, but instead I was served a sweet ice cream cone with the aforementioned toppings that only covered a fifth of the cone! The service was a bit slow, especially considering it wasn't very busy. If you're in the area around lunchtime, I recommend this restaurant; otherwise, go elsewhere.

Unfortunately, just this evening my son and his partner went to this restaurant for a different kind of evening. The result: food poisoning from fish, most likely from the ravioli, which tasted terrible, but they ate it anyway, trusting the location. My son immediately fell ill at the restaurant, throwing up everything in the bathroom. After he went to report it, they treated him condescendingly, as if they were already prepared for similar situations, and without even the slightest attention, they completely ignored the matter. I won't file a complaint out of respect for the work and the staff, who would risk being sent home. But I want the management to at least have the courtesy to attend and, if necessary, verify when certain incidents are highlighted. I hope this helps to acknowledge the situation and serves as a warning to pay a little more attention to quality, given that people's health is at stake.
