All right I'll weigh in. The new chicken sandwich is darn good it's competitive and one thing they have up on Popeyes is you can add cheese this location was good and the people were nice in the service was fast

I love burger kind because prices are acceptable and there's was a promotion for the pancakes 89cents..nobody can beat that and there goooood..they have a playplace for the kids so you can eat and they play...

Just ate here. The restaurant is clean and the staff polite. They don't offer the "your way" special for $5. It's six. Also as in all other "take outs" the self serve drinks are shut down. Otherwise they make an excellent Whopper, fries and chicken nuggets. This will be my "go to" store since Wilmington unexpectedly closed!

the food is good got the jr whopper here with sprite and it was good. there are nearby activities to do here. they also got restrooms here. this burger king should be #1 in the south bay

Clean restaurant good service food was hot, I recommend you Google Burger King go to the digital coupon you have to select the restaurant you're at and you can redeem the digital coupon and save a bunch of money including the Vegan, impossible Burger special combo for only $8. Make sure you tell him no mayonnaise if you're vegan

So, Burger King is a classic American franchise, but with only one location in south bay that I know of. My first time eating the king's breakfast, I had two fat juicy burritos with the breakfast salsa. Wow, so good 👍. EBT, playground, restroom and other close by shopping and activities.

I placed a Postmates order today from this location. I got the veggie burger combo with onion rings. They included a delicious zesty sauce that I used for my onion rings. Everything was great. Highly recommend!

Service was quick and fast and the portion was great I'm so surprised that I haven't been back here in a while maybe it's just a certain location but it really are doing a good job

Burger King is one of my favorite stops they have continuously put out the same delicious flavor of burgers sense I’ve been eating there. The employees and the team is very friendly and usually you will always see somebody cleaning up the restaurant which I think is great they are very quiet you really have to look hard to notice it. I am a little disappointed the Burger King in my neighborhood was shut down reasons unknown location was great but still I choose to eat at Burger King over other Burger restaurants now that my local burger king is gone the nearest one is not close enough for me and my family to just get up and go it would have to be a situation of me driving past one getting off the road ordering and then back on the road I will always eat there because of this minor detail of them closing down the one in our area will not stop me from going to eat at another area if I am in that direction.

Gosh I wish I would have gotten the name of the woman working the counter because she was fabulous handling many orders at once. It was last Friday night and everything was absolutely perfect. Thanks very much to the owners, managers and staff for a great experience!

Burger King on Vermont/ Sepulveda where I ordered two pulled pork sandwiches for $6.00. The manager took my order, and made sure that everything was correct before calling my number. He treats everyone the same way, day in- day out!! His crew is very polite, and the food is good. Best BK around the Southbay.

They recently launched the $5 meal comes with everything for you or your kids and doesn’t cost a a leg or if you are in the go get 2 sandwich for $5 promo at least way better than the 2 yellow arch franchise

This Burger King has a playground which is pretty nice. As far as cleanliness goes I am kinda OCD with that song do wish they could clean up better. But I could say that about most places so maybe it's just me. The food is ok for what it is. The kids like it and it's fast and inexpensive.

I found out that a veggie Whopper = a meatless Whopper. It only took one extra trip and a small argument with a snooty " manager. They do offer an actual Veggie burger.

The Manager was rude. Never said hi or anything. Just gave me my total and took the money. Handed me back the change nothing else said. Just flat out rude. As many times as I have been to this Burger King I never have gotten poor customer service. Today it happened. Customers keep your business running everyone knows that. Treat all people with respect and an use amazing customer service.

If your there when the sprinkler turn on; which was a Thursday around 3pm for me then expect it to get on your car. 2-12-2024 Pro tip, order in advance on the app (I know I hate installing yet another app on my phone also) or from the their website. You'll get a little better deal and the food is ready when you get there. Tried the indoor pickup and drive thru after ordering from the app/website and the food was ready both times. It's a whopper, so you'll need to spruce it up with the fixin on the app, add BBQ sauce it helps. It's a burger so it tastes ok and the size is alright, also picked up some nuggets; they are alright with the right dip sauce. The staff in both orders and trips was good; the inside was clean as is the drive thru. Prices have more than doubled from a few years ago, that might explain why there isn't a wait. If I catch something on sale or they lower their prices I'll frequent more often; soo much competition now in the expensive burger marketplace; they should go back to volume and compete on price maybe? 6-2018 This round they parked me while making my food I guess that's what happens when you show up at almost 11 p.m. at night and Order abnormal things

They always take too long for my orders, plus last time they don't give me my drink cup and when I asked for it it took him two people 2 minutes to finally give it to me.

The convenience of the location is why I always return.. food quality isn't the same as it was a few years ago.

I dont really like this burger king because they dont listen to your order they just assume what you want and make you feel pressured and to hurry up and prder quickly

Lots of homeless here. The soda station seems dirty in the lobby. I’d only use the drive thru. The workers are really nice and efficient.

The customers were much nicer than the workers. The manager was working the counter and no one was taking care of the tables. Customers had to ask for someone to clear and clean the tables. Not the best.

Not as i remembered. The place is of course clean and well maintained. Just the food in terms of chicken is fine; but you get more breading than chicken. (The chicken fries and classic chicken sandwhich)

Not the cleanest or nicest Burger King but my kid liked the jungle gym.

Food was tasty enough, but nothing at all like the pictures on the menu. Grossly over priced too. I know there's inflation, but two days later ate at a sit down tai restaurant for the same price as small combo meals here.

We place our order & went outside into the play area so the kids could play... ( 1 ) The tables had trash under them & food all over them.. They were not cleaned... ( 2 ) I went to ask for a cloth to clean the tables off, so we could eat on them.. ( 3 ) I had to wait 10 minutes or more to ask again. She did tell me the cloth was in the cabinet & could not get it. ( 4 ) So,, I got into the cabinet & got it out myself.. ( 5 ) They also did not really call our No. out so we could hear it.. As we were out in the play area.. They could have send someone out to ask.. ( 6 ) I had to go in side to see if our food was none.. ( 7 ). The food was not hot, it was warm because it sat there on the counter for some time.. I was not very happy.. I will not be back..

The drive thru cashier couldn't understand what I was saying. I ordered one thing and drove to the window to pay, it was a totally different order. No disrespect, but you need people working drive thru that can understand English.

The interior is sad and hasn't been revamped, probably since th 1980's? My overall opinion? Yuck Yuck Yuck

Cold burgers. I ordered at the drive through window. I requested my cheese burgers to be served hot. I drove up, paid and was asked to wait in the parking stall, because my burgers are cooking. The weather was scorchy, therefore, I waited with my engine & air conditioning in operation. Later on, the cashier delivered my 2 cheese burgers *mediocre, not so warm meat* NO PORTION OF THE CHEESE MELTED. Why did I wait? Wasted wait time. Burger still served COLD. 👎

the staff are so unprofessional , i made and order and received an old chicken sandwich it was very dark and a male rudely told me to sit down it would be done in 6 mins they did NOT apologize for the old chicken sandwich . also a guy dropped his shake and nobody came and got the mess up the place was VERY dirty food all over the floor tables was filthy when a lady start cleaning she dusted it off with a dirty towel onto the floor and swept it up . i have pictures of how dirty it was there

I been a loyal customer, everytime I order food from the drive thr the lady charges my card. I was told to go around and wait in the main entrance for my food is just ridiculous when there was no car in back of me and they still told me to go around.. what’s the point of having a drive thr when they tell you to go around and wait for food.

Just left after arguing with a cashier for 10 minutes while the manager...who was on break...sat and watched. BK's menu listed online, their basic standard menu when you search it comes with family bundles. Apparently, this location won't honor anything on the online menu. Gave me the run around about coupon codes after telling me to come inside from the drive through. Then some story about ordering it delivery. Ultimately it's their menu listed online. No coupons, no delivery. They just didn't wanna offer the bundle advertised. Absolutely false advertisement.

Two days in a row the slowest service ever. First day wife goes to get something while im working on our home, 45mins later here she comes with our two whopper meals... fast forward next day im in the area shopping and the kids wants burger king, BAM 45min wait just one cashier that looks like shes new, and a solo mystery cook. Bruh I gotta say that the overall price I paid for this food was a total waste. Cashier lady didnt ask what size combo we wanted. I ordered a medium number 4 and recieved a small. Quite annoying that you have cashiers not making eye contact as you get ur order taken. I feel like they should better the service here and the soda machines that tasted like tv static.

I spent $30 on a door dash order and my order was missing one of two burgers in a sealed bag! No straw, wrong drink I ordered sprite and got Coke and no one answers the phone at the restaurant! This is the second order from this restaurant they screwed up, the first order never left their location. Bad service = bad management!

Ordered French toast sticks, so disgusting! I have never gone to a burger king and had such bad tasting food. The French toast sticks were really hard and tasted like onions!!! If someone has food allergies, i wouldnt suggest coming here if they are crossing foods. I will happily go to any other BK!

This used to be a great place to get a burger 20 yrs ago. Today the burgers are smaller and dry inside. You need a beverage to help you swallow or you may be choking on it. I won't be going back, you got me once so shame on you. Get me twice shame on me.

Years ago I was a fairly regular visitor to Burger King but had not been there recently. Mainly because I found there were other options that were better. Last week I decided to see if I had been missing anything and I soon found out I apparently made a mistake by returning. At this visit I ordered a Whopper and an Impossible Whopper. Since I only live 3 blocks away I took my food home. When we opened the food, you could plainly see that the burgers were not fresh. One of them was about room temperature and the other was just slightly warm. Apparently these were burgers that had been sitting out long enough to cool off and were not even close to being fresh, including the buns. If we had been eating at Burger King, I certainly would have complained and asked for a fresh replacement. However, I didn't feel like driving back to get another that might have not been any better. Mistakes are made in fast food sales but the mistake here was passing it along to a paying customer. We will not return.
