This is a brand new Chick-fil-A near work that has excellent service. Each meal is prepared fresh and you can taste it. There's plenty of parking and the drive-throughs are huge.

Came in a couple days ago. Girl who took my order was the sweetest, I think her name was Alyssa. Was so polite and had a big smile on her face despite dealing with a difficult lady before me. This is definitely going to be my go-to Chick-fil-a from now on. Keep it up guys!

I haven’t dined in at a chick fil a restaurant in very long and the ladies that were working very friendly and welcoming. While I and my mom were dining they even came over during our meal to see if we needed any refills or anything at all. It’s hard to find good customer service now a days but this location is amazing so far! Breanna and Brisa were the two ladies but I didn’t catch the others.

Food was yum as always and service was top notch. I never got this kind of treatment. One young lady interacted with me very kindly asking if i wanted a refill. She was very kind and cute. I will surely recommend this location.

The food was great! I highly recommend you try the Spicy Deluxe Chicken Sandwich, substitute the default cheese to Colby Jack (CJ), add an extra slice of Colby Jack (CJ), and get one buffalo sauce.

My first time at this location and it was great 👍🏼 I usually go to the chick-fil-a in signal hill and in comparison, this location is way better as far as the food goes. Their chicken is cooked to a nice crisp and the breading isn’t falling off. The biscuits were soft and fluffy and the vanilla iced cold brew was on point. The staff was friendly as well ☺️ atmosphere is welcoming too. Definitely coming back when I’m in the area.

I must admit. Chick-fil-A has the most amazing employees. I love the food of course. But the Atmosphere, the Service are both Top Tier in my opinion. You don’t mind spending your hard earned cash here. The Restaurant was Super Clean. Everything just flows here. It was my first time at this restaurant. I don’t live in the area and wouldn’t mind driving here. The manager came out and looked the place over, to make sure everything was in it’s proper place. It wasn’t so busy when I arrived. I pay attention to everything. Floors and Tables were cleaned. Condiments well stocked. My go to for fast 💨 food. I didn’t have to wait long to be served. I recently visited this Chick-fil-A location in Torrance, CA, and had a wonderful experience. The Cobb Salad with Honey Mustard dressing was a highlight—it tasted fresh, flavorful, and consistent with the quality I’ve come to expect from Chick-fil-A at other locations. Your waffle fries are nothing but crumbs and pieces! Sure there's about 6-8 big pieces of fries, but half are bits and pieces! Not what I expected from your restaurant.

Food Order: Spicy Chicken Sandwich Meal with Waffle Fries & Lemonade $12.99 I was trying to find something to eat after my PT appointment without going out of my way, & remembered the Chick-fil-A on the next block. The restaurant shares the parking lot with Seiwa Market, & most of the time, the spots are filled by the diners than grocery shoppers. I haven't been to this location, but I did try the one in Westwood, without much recollection, except a co-worker saying their signature sauce is a must. I ordered the Spicy Chicken Sandwich & made it a meal, probably the same order as before, with a lemonade & a couple containers of signature sauce. I read that their waffle fries recipe recently changed for the worst (according to their loyal fans) because of the pea starch coating to maintain their crispness. I can concur their crunchy texture from start to finish, but the flavor is kinda meh. Is it the pea starch? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Not that I remembered the fries pre-change; they were alright for the medium order of 10 pieces. My sandwich was still warm after the 10-min. drive back to the office. The chicken was flattened & perfectly fried with a mild hit of spice. The signature sauce added some much needed flavor, towards a sweet, honey mustard tang with a tinge of smoky flavor. There was 2 tiny pickles for a side of acidity; it needs 4 - 6 pickles to balance that in every bite. The bun was a bit limpy/soggy from condensation & barely held together. It needed something more, maybe lettuce & tomatoes? Hmmm... The lemonade was refreshing! Chick-fil-A used actual lemons since you can see & taste the pulp, but it was a tad sweet & no tartness/sourness so I added about 1/4 cup of water to mute the sweetness. For a midweek visit, they were quite busy; there were more takeout orders than dine-in customers. The dining room was spacious, well-lit, & clean; there's also an outdoor patio south of the entrance to take in the sunny weather. Chick-fil-A's Spicy Chicken Sandwich was just a-ok. Even with the added meal iof waffle fries & lemonade, I was still hungry. If you want a fried bird with some heat & heft, I suggest heading north to either Fyrebird or Oh My Burger. Service is friendly & efficient, my order was ready in 10-mins. Menu is limited to breakfast, chicken sandwiches, salads, sides, & beverages with moderate prices that rivals some fast-casual restaurants. Recommended: Spicy Chicken Sandwich Meal with Waffle Fries & Lemonade.

Try you luck at a different one. Little skimpy on fries and sauces. Freshen level is lacking as well. Now I know why it wasn’t so busy for an early Friday evening. Staff is friendly. Possibly management trying to save money, but it’s counter productive.

I can not in good conscious recommend this place primarily, for one reason. It’s tough to wash your hands let alone use the restroom when the bathrooms have a high security lockdown, and that’s OK. But even their hand Sanitation stations are not maintained. So if you do decide to come here, bring your own wipes or sanitizer And consider emptying the bladder before you get here

The cashier at the time I went was very rude she looked right at me not only did she not smile she didn't welcome me she didn't say anything in the way of a greeting when taking my order. After giving her the money she put my change on the counter with my hand was clearly out for my change. Ironically I was talking to my cousin who lives out of town telling her that I love Chick-fil-A and that their service is always fantastic I cannot say that about this location I will not be back, as the owner operator, you should really be careful about the people you are letting run your investment because yours is the emptiest Chick-fil-A I have ever been to.

First time trying this location noticed it was a little empty realized why after I ordered my food. Very disappointed with the food quality chicken tasted like rubber bands I know it's teenagers working the kitchen but thought it would be like in n out where all locations would have the same flavor. This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star but unfortunately I have to put a star… I’m staying across the street in the hotel for work and wanted to grab a side of ranch for dinner I had picked up. I was better off going to the grocery store to purchase a bottle of ranch to save myself the headache of coming this Chic-fil-a location. The young lady working the drive through was extremely judgmental and was making it a hassle to get a side of RANCH. I purchased ranch and when the young lady brought it out to me I could see the staff and managers pointing at my vehicle and laughing. Very unprofessional, I will never come to this location again.

If this chick fila has decided to close on Wednesdays(close Sunday was bad enough) they could at least sync up with the website, app, etc., so that people would not pay for orders and drive to the store only to find it closed. I'm thru with chick fila

Recently went, and while it’s usually pleasant, this last time was awful. Usually the lead/manager who runs the bingo seems to have everything handled, but it was complete chaos. They were giving the wrong orders to the wrong people and then they delivered everything except my drink. I stood around trying to get some help but i was ignored and given annoyed looks for like 20 minutes. Definitely going to the other chick fil a on Hawthorne.

I never thought once I would get terrible service at Chick-Fil-A despite always getting great experience. I told the woman that I wanted a large Mac and cheese *twice* and she still put it down as large fries. I did not notice I got the fries until I got the order and I immediately got upset and approached her. Then the manager came and assisted me and I told him I wanted the large Mac and cheese. Then he accidentally charged me for the regular sized one. I told him beforehand I wanted the large Mac and cheese since it was already listed in the order as the large fries. He tried to upcharge me for the large Mac and cheese and I ended up changing my mind and went with the regular one. I tried to speak up and tell them beforehand but they still didnt listen. That’s why it’s important to go over the order at the end to the customer to make sure it’s correct before they pay. It was the worst experience for me at Chick-Fil-A. I didn’t exactly enjoy my food as a result that’s why I left a one star. The service felt antagonizing rather than hospitable
