This KFC is so nice and clean. The people that work here are very polite. And of course the meals are delicious! Easy to get in and out. There's a drive thru and handicap parking. 7-11 shares the parking lot and easy to enter and exit.
The Cashier Lady was Very Helpful In Helping me Pick the Best Special for us ! Then when she saw there was not enough of the specific pieces of chicken that came with my order She Kindly Asked If she could Substitute for Even Better Pieces, I Thanked her for Her Kindness and Generosity ! ! This particular place has the most consistentky well fried chicken out of the various local KFCs. Never limp or undercooked always fresh and crispy. Never had to wait for long in line at the drive thru.
I love this KFC location. They are fast and accurate. I love being able to order on the app and pickup, but their wait time isn’t that long otherwise. The store is clean, like spotless. The workers are more than happy to make sure I have everything I want.
The service and food quality I received tonight is an absolute game changer! The lady that helped me was super friendly and very nice. The chicken they served me was fire!!! 🔥🔥🔥 The chicken was super moist and juicy, cooked to perfection! It really was finger licking good! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I had the pot pie and it was one of the best I've had from KFC this one was very loaded with chicken and it was very good. The problem I have is I did not get my receipt it was not in my bag and I needed it for my expense report so now I will be out that money for my expenses
It was pretty good overall, but the chicken wasn't crispy, and the potato bowl that they're been advertising all around is super small and underwhelming. You should get a famous bowl instead of the smashed potato thing that they've been advertising.

Ordered 2 Smokey BBQ chicken little but the bottom half of the bread was hard on both of them.. Try this location for the 1st time and probably will not return.
I ordered the one piece breast meal. They served it right away. The skin wasn't very crispy but the breast meat was moist & good. They didn't ask if I needed any sauces as there were none. Had to go back to get butter & honey sauce for bisquit, extra gravy for mashed potatoes as there was very little & barbeque sauce for ckn. Left and forgot to tell them which barbeque sauce. They gave me a honey barbeque which was awful. Luckily I had my own barbeque sauce at home
The food and prices are good, the service wasn't that great, they have all of their employees prioritizing the drive thru, while walking in customers are waiting, and the soda machine doesn't work.
The cashier was an absolute doll. She was very sweet with impeccable manners. My fries were disgusting and my sandwich was nothing to write home about, but my soda was ON POINT. It was good an strong. I will go back to KFC... this particular one even. I just won't order the same thing. P.S. They did give my fresh fries... I just didn't like them.

Not sure if it was good training or just his nature but service like that is always a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately I can't give a fair rating of the food since I didn't eat it right away. Hot it might have been better but 30-minutes later it wasn't as crisp as I'd hoped. We'll see how it reheats tonight.

I also got a small stomach ache after I finished eating my meal from them I'm not sure if it was from the food or what but it hurt pretty bad. I would go there again, but next time I need to check my bags to make sure all the food is there.I also tried calling them a few times and they never picked up until I called again about an hour later.

My husband was craving KFC tonight, & this spot is walking distance so I can get some extra steps in for this meal. I recalled that I have their app from my T-Mobile Tuesday freebies, received a free 3 pc. Tenders Box for spending $5, which I ordered a Taste of KFC 2 Pc. Deal (2 pieces of chicken & 1 biscuit). Outside of that redemption, we infrequently purchase the family meals (extra crispy fried chicken) with lemon cake, especially when we receive their mailer coupons. I checked the app & saw a free digital chicken sandwich combo with a $10 purchase, & added a 2 Pc. Tenders Kids Meal & Spicy Chicken Sandwich. Our order was executed quickly as we were the only walk-in customers though drive-thru was somewhat busy. I thought there was a soda fountain so I didn't specify the drink that came with the combo. It was filled Pepsi, & my husband switched it out to Pepsi Zero Sugar. It wasn't until I was drafting this review that I researched their drink options & thought the Mountain Dew Sweet Lightning sounded interesting; it's a peach & honey-flavored soda that's exclusive to KFC. Our food was somewhat warm by the time we got home, though I had a couple bite of fries & they were not pipin' hot at the time. The fried chicken in the sandwich looked sad (disappointing) & dry (it was). I had trouble getting this thing down without a swig of water every couple of bites, & it was cool in temperature. I felt this was sitting in their warmer instead of being freshly fried. I could barely eat it & split 1/2 with my daughter. My husband said his sandwich was also dry & the soda didn't help much to relieve this dryness. Sometimes fast food restaurants guesstimate what will sell & make it ahead of time to process orders more efficiently, & allocate time on the item before it goes to waste (I used to do this at Burger King according to the supervisor's schedule). The fries were a little stale, though still warm. My son's tenders were more moist so they tasted better. I'm in sticker shock these days of fast food costs. They used to be the cheap & fast meal. And gone are the $5 Fill Ups/meal deals, with combo meals are priced at least $10. O_o The dining room is clean & empty for a Saturday night, possibly due to the holiday weekend, with women's & men's restrooms located in the back. There's plenty of parking spaces, though it may get crowded from sharing the lot with 7-Eleven (I have parked over here when their lot is full). After this last disappointing meal, I'm questioning if we'll be back unless there's a coupon incentive, & I'll need to remember to try their Mountain Dew Sweet Lightning. Recommended: 2 Pc. I don’t know why they couldn’t find a solution to charge me more or suggest a different box option. They just keep saying no, it can’t be done. No changes, no substitutions. Then a supervisor joined the conversation from afar and started speaking loudly at me. She should have had the decency to walk up to counter where I was standing to have a normal conversation. Now imagine two people having a conversation where both people were yelling at each simply because she refused to approach the customer. What a horrible experience! The food was fine. The two staff were horrible! Don’t ask for anything custom or try to spend more money - they will just tell you no - and maybe yell at you.

No one answers the phone over here. I can never get chicken pot pies. They are always out! Come on KFC, we have been eating at KFC since 1977

The employees constantly said different waiting times: 10 minutes, then 15 minutes, then 5 minutes. As a result, I waited 30 MINUTES for my order!!!!!
Its show close at 9:30 but it was closed at 9:05 when I was here. Still management issue. Void to coming this location.

This location is not good as it just to be dry chicken biscuits are hard as a rock we order mix we got regular no napkins no forks etc…
I have to go all the way back because not only did they not give me my receipt but I got mashed potatoes and gravy when I go back because I have to get the gravy which is a technically 30 minute round trip gravy container is so small that is not even enough gravy for the large mashed potatoes. I go to Sarah other KFC's and their gravy is equal to the size of the mashed potato not a tiny Bowl like this one they're chipping people out of the portions that you are paying for this is not the first time I've had an issue with this KFC in everytime I keep getting sent back to do this survey on this particular one and everytime it's something negative I have to say about it so now I'm going to post it here are also along with me sending in the survey against them.
Bad experience here. 6/8/20 around 4pm. I want KFC here by drive thru and a lady assisted me very poor attitude. First, she did not ask what sides order I wanted. I asked which side order is in there and she said mash potato. I said I wanted coleslaw and she said "you didn't tell me that". I was like you didn't ask me and you were supposed to ask when ordering. (But I didn't say it) So she eventually changed from mash potato to coleslaw. There was no honey and butter for the briskets either. Very poor customer service and disappointed. She should be trained again for better customer service.
This is the worst of the worst so do not everyone there. From never having any thighs when you want a few extra to customer service /attitude towards customers. The owner needs to have his franchise revoked with someone who cares.

CHECK YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY AFTER PURCHASING! We have received wrong orders in past... finally went back to question last order. Tried calling numerous times... nobody answers. Drove back 20 mins.. was able to get sides fixed however they would not fix order for chicken saying it had been touched and couldn't do anything... even though it was their error. Never experienced this anywhere before. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Very rude at drive thru. Wouldn't let us split or order into 2, said it was company policy even though we do it once a week at the other kfc down the street. food was cold and a famous bowl had no gravy.

I specifically ask for a 2 piece breast and leg repeated to the drive through and she repeated order back and I get to work to enjoy my lunch but I got a thigh not a breast what a disaster I didn’t have any lunch at all I try calling the number to let them know but busy . This is on corner of Arlington and Sepulveda in Torrance
The chicken was hot as it should be. I ordered their $6 special, leg and thigh. It comes with a srink and mashed potatoes. You can't substitute. I don't like mashed potatoes and they no longer have steak fries. I ask for cole slaw instead but I would have to pay extra. This KFC no longer has pot pies, steak fries, extra crispy chicken or hot wings. I would think since they have discontinued most of their menu items they would at least know how to make fried chicken taste good. It's not rocket science. It was the first thing I learned to cook at 16.
This place sucks! I just went through the drive thru they got my order wrong spent over 10 min fixing that then they over charged me. To top it off i get home w 2 small sides. I had just went through this w them. I get charged for 2 regular sides only to receive 2 small ones. Very disappointing, I wont be coming back. Guess thats what i get for eating garbage
Disappointed....I like the food of kfc but almost always do they mess up on the order. How is it they can repeat back correctly, charge me on the receipt correctly but still manage to mess up putting the correct food in the bag. Do they not have checkpoints for this stuff?
I was on a lunch break and wasn’t sure what to eat so I went to KFC thought it would be nice to eat fresh hot chicken. It was the worst chicken I have ever ate very dry and it must of been under the heat lamp for who knows how long. And the potato wedges the same.. Needless to say I tossed everything I bought in the trash . Never again!
Closed their lobby doors 10mins early so they could sit around a table and converse. Had to get back in my car and go thru the drive up window. And I was just picking up an order. The ladies were so rude.
10/10/21 @ 5pm cashier wests no gloves . Handling money and turn around proceed to stick ungloved , unwashed hands in box placing wax paper first . Please retrain your cashiers proper precautions or will call department of food services.
Bad service, I ordered a 5 piece chicken tender only got 3 tenders, also ordered extra coleslaw and mac and cheese, but they only gave me potatoes with no gravy. I feel like I got ripped off. Called thecstore of course no answer what so ever. I dont think I will go back to this one again I'm not gonna pay for your pay check when you give bad service. Maybe you different workers, it just seems they put an order of what they think you should have not what the customer has ordered. Thank you for helping with this problem
There's a reason for their rating. If there was a zero star option they would get it. This KFC has the worst management. The supervisor/manager does not grasp the concept of customer service. She yells, talks over you, and speaks so fast trying to rush you away when the mistake was theirs to begin with. Pre-ordered the night before for pick-up the next afternoon. When we arrived to pick up our order, they apparently "could not" honor it because all orders have to be picked up same day they are placed? Their website gave the option and confirmed via email after taking payment. Even after showing the manager the email with the date and instructions, she refused. She had us reorder everything listed in the email while standing there and required payment again. She then tells us for a refund we have to call customer service bc it is not their responsibility or company. How she even has a job dealing with customers is ridiculous. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
Costumer service is horrible 😫 especially the lady that is the manager she made me feel like she was doing me a favor to sell me chiken was rude and very racist because she made comments base on my aprarience thinking or assuming that I didn't know how to speak Ingles. I love coronel fry chike but this location made me feel that Mexicans are not welcome. Never again We would come to this location even that I live so close to this location. Sad 😔 sad sad maybe she needs to get off her phone and do her job earn her check every penny worth.
I ordered online so I wouldn’t have to wait inside and I could just pick up and go, due to COVID-19. When I got there, I had to wait in line with 2 others in front of me. I finally get to the counter and my order hadn’t even been started, the lady at the counter had no clue about my online order. I had to read the order back to her and show her my phone. I waited 20 minutes for my order that should have been ready! The lady at the counter was also very rude and condescending, not just with myself but with the other 2 patrons. Very bad experience.
Every time I walk into this location it stinks like sewage. They need to figure out why it smells so bad.
This is the only place I've known that gives small portions for the price you pay and limits the amount of sauce you can have. I'm better off going to the one on Carson and Figueroa.

Ordered via DoorDash, food arrived quick. But the coleslaw was already spoiled that my grandson have to throw up by eating this!!! Terrible store and staff. Corporate should check this branch to be efficient at least with the temperature and dates of their food. KFC used to be a great chain. Staff on this branch should undergo retraining. Don’t hire people that is not qualified!!! This branch in Sepulveda and Narbonne near 7-11 should be avoided for food poisoning.
The whole meal tasted off, couldn’t being myself to eat the chicken or the Mac n cheese. The biscuit was solid lol I’d be surprised if this place isn’t closed in the next year or two
Beware and check your food for the correct quantities before leaving with your take out. The servers underserve to make profit. They did to me and my niece reducing our bucket of chicken by 4 and serving us with 5 less chicken nuggets
Employees ignored the inside front counter. I kept saying is anyone here? Then when I saw someone I asked if we needed to go through the drive through and that person said no you can use the kiosk if you are paying with a card or the front counter if paying with cash. I still had to wait an unexveptional time to place my order at the front counter and it was not that busy. Service at the front counter needs to be better, quicker. Also the soda machines in the dining area were turned off and I had to wait again to get someone's attention at the front counter for a refill. Very bad service. I wouldn't come here again because of the front counter service.
⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 star) I’ve been a regular customer at this KFC location for the past few months, but my experiences have consistently gone downhill. This is now the fifth time in just three months that they did not have extra crispy chicken available—my go-to order. Today was the final straw. I placed an online order and arrived on time, only to end up waiting over 25 minutes in the parking lot for my food. Despite ordering ahead, nothing was ready. When I inquired, the customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. I asked to speak with a manager, and the employee at the window—Maira—claimed she was the manager. After such an unreasonable wait, I politely asked for a small courtesy like a BBQ sauce, and was flat-out refused. Honestly, after everything, that felt unnecessarily petty. It was the least they could’ve done. I’m incredibly disappointed in how this location is run and how it treats its paying customers. I won’t be returning.
