Presotea is a delectable boba shop. It is a must try when you are in the Torrance area. I got the strawberry fruit tea w/ black pearl and it tastes so FRESH. I also really like the pearl milk tea with oat milk. The store is clean and the employees are really nice and helpful.
Came to Torrance's Presotea to try out their Matcha Milk Tea - and it's probably the best matcha I ever had! Sweet and especially not powdery! I really liked how much boba I got for my drink! The baristas were attentive and very friendly - would recommend for a go-to boba spot in Torrance :))
This boba shop never misses! Normally get a milk tea here, but decided to try the Strawberry Cloud. It did not disappoint! It was refreshing and had the perfect amount of sweetness. Highly suggest trying this place out!
Taro milk tea Best taro I have ever had!!! Was so rich in flavor and have already started telling people about this place. I went later in the day and the place was so clean. The workers helped me throughout the whole process of ordering, such good customer service!!!! I can’t wait to come again and get the taro 10/10 recommend :)

I stumbled across Presotea and had to check it out! The inside was spotless and tidy. They offer a variety of yummy drinks. I love their neon sign! The staff was friendly and helpful. My drink was made quickly, and it was very tasty. I'm glad I found this spot, for I enjoy trying something new! I will be back!

I love all the drinks here, 25% sugar and less ice is the best combo for drinks. Highly recommend the roasted oolong!
This is my favorite boba place around here right now. I get oolong milk tea 70% sweet and I like how the tea flavor is strong. I think they changed recently because it was not this flavorful before. So thank you for the improvement! Also, the staff is always attentive even when they are busy. Recommend ordering beforehand using the app.
This was my first time trying this place out this past week!! The cashier Sebastian and Leonardo were very friendly. Had a really nice conversation with the both of them, definitely will be trying the signature fruit tea again! :)
I got to say this brand of bubbletea is legit! I come from an Asian country where bubble tea is in abundance and many brands competing for standards and customer loyalty. (Like literally 6-7 bbt shops in a mall alone) I had the lychee black tea with 30% sugar and the sweetness was just nice, the tea itself was thick and not watered down with too much water or ice (i chose regular ice-it was a decent and acceptable amount) I have tried Presotea in Taiwan(Taipei) and Australia (Perth) and now in LA for the first time. This brand has never disappointed me though the menus is all 3 countries differ. I got to admit this cup I had in LA was surprisngly one of the best bubbleteas I had. Presotea in LA, keep up the great job you guys and continue serving happy cups of bubbleteas to your happy customers🫶🏻
Large tea selection! Wonderful flavors and quality ingredients. Better than the cheap shops that just use sugar powder for flavorings. The waffles are also very nice. Lots of non-dairy options for milk tea, but they do charge you extra for that. Service can be slow when it is busy, as the staff is small and often young. It's not a place to come if you're in a big hurry. Blended drinks take the longest to make, and waffles are also a fair bit of a wait. But good food and tea are not pre-made, so the wait is worth it. It can be a bit hot inside the shop, but the area right outside usually has good breezes. My favorites have been earl grey milk tea and hojicha wintermelon milk tea. The blended matcha is also nice. I noticed another reviewer was confused by their wintermelon drink; those bits in your tea were the melon LOL. They are the best part of the drink! You don't even need boba in that one.
Natasha was such a good help when I came in so indecisive she helped me decide what to order. She answered all my questions about the menu items and helped me narrow down my selection. Has amazing customer service and wad so kind and friendly when helping me out.

I really like the selection of items also they make dessert waffles which I have yet to try. Their prices are good and the fact they have alternative milks and organic milk instead of using non-dairy creamer as many places do. The staff are always helpful and friendly. The reason it's getting 4 stars instead of 5 is because this is yet another place that does not accept cash. I also don't like having to use a tablet to order my drink. Good quality beverages. This is my new go to for boba drinks.

While you did provide a refund after the fact, which I appreciate, that was not what was communicated during the phone call. I only needed a credit for one drink, not both, since only one had an issue. It would have been helpful if that option had simply been offered from the start. Instead, I was told I needed to come into the store within 24 hours because of app limitations, then later that changed to 48 hours with the explanation that the app wouldn’t even be used. That back and forth was confusing and left me genuinely unsure of what was being asked of me. Thank you for resolving it in the end. However, I want to be clear that the issue was never the final outcome, but the initial interaction and communication. For clarity, I did receive a refund for two drinks, though I do not see the two complimentary drinks reflected on the account as mentioned. That said, the refund alone is more than sufficient and is the professional response that would have gone a long way if it had been offered from the beginning. I’m updating my star rating to reflect that a proper resolution was eventually provided, even though that wasn’t the experience during the initial phone call. _____________ Original review: I’ve been coming to this location since I moved here four years ago. I’ve been a loyal customer, and all I’ve ever asked for is a credit so it can be made right next time. Last night, I ordered right before closing and didn’t realize the drink tasted off until I got home. I called the next day to let them know and was honestly shocked by how it was handled. Carson first told me they couldn’t do anything because I didn’t come back immediately, even though I explained that wasn’t possible since the shop was already closed. He then told me to leave a message on Snackpass. I tried, but it didn’t work. When I called back, the “manager,” Joseph, took the call and interrupted me repeatedly. He gave explanations that didn’t make sense or were contradictory. At one point he said I needed to drive back with the drink for them to remake it, then said there was a 24 hour rule on Snackpass, and later said he wouldn’t even put it in Snackpass but would “tell the team,” as long as I came back within two days. These arbitrary timelines didn’t make sense to me. What bothered me most wasn’t even the drink, but the way the situation was handled. My partner and I have experienced this same manager being rude before, which makes this especially disappointing given how often we come here. It’s unfortunate, but this will likely be the last time I visit this location. I do want to mention that the older, tall gentleman who made my drink last night was always respectful and pleasant. Worst experience I've ever had at a boba shop. I visited Presotea on a busy Sunday and ordered with the cashier instead of using the iPad kiosk. The worker who took my order was a gentleman with many facial piercings—gave me the worst possible experience and made ordering so unnecessarily confusing. I ordered 2 Pearl Milk Tea. When I asked for one of the drinks to be 50% sweet, he randomly said he’d make it a Ceylon tea instead. He told me it was the same thing as a Pearl Milk Tea. I was confused as I just anted to order a normal Pearl Milk Tea, but he insisted he HAD TO change it to Ceylon. I never asked for that change but if he says its the same and would make his life easier, I didn't care. Then he said he’d change the other one to Pearl Milk Tea so I “wouldn’t have to pay for Pearl,” which made no sense. He kept altering the order on his own, without explanation or permission. One of the drinks was missing boba, and when I pointed it out upon pick up, he told me to “calm down”—even though I was speaking in a normal tone. It felt dismissive and rude. We also ordered a Mango Cloud with no modifications, but he changed it without telling us to 70% sweet and left out the cloud cream altogether. Why would you make random adjustments to a drink without being asked? The order was messed up, the communication was confusing, and the attitude was off-putting. I would not recommend this location and definitely won’t be returning. Please get this worker some training on how to put in customer's orders properly and what they asked for.
I ordered the seasonal pumpkin chai with 30% sugar. I’m a frequent customer so I know the level of sweetness 30% should be. It was so sweet I couldn’t even drink it. I started a chat to communicate about my order but I never received a response. Poor customer service.
Please save yourself the heartache of spending over $7 for a bubble tea drink which tastes like water down version. I ordered four drinks and the selected light ice. The paper cups/ glasses are lesser in volume than the plastic version. Half of my drink was filled with ice and what I tasted was very watered down version of peach milk tea, water down version of taro milk tea and my family n tasted watered down version of Thai milk tea and watered down version of jasmine green tea. The drinks were all awful . This place has lost its quality. I will have to find a new boba tea place now.

I came here Sunday night. There were one couple waiting ahead of me, and I ordered the waffle and boba combo. 8 people came after me, and they left before me. After 15 minutes, I asked the worker if she had my order. She said yes, and after 5 mins later, I saw my waffle on the yable and they started making my boba. She didn't even say sorry, and when I asked why it took so long, she said I gave her attitude! (?!?!?!l) she took 20 mins for a boba and a waffle, and they weren't even busy! At least she should have said sorry. Very bad experience. I won't come back again.
