I been coming here for 15 years + i love this placed my favorite is the great steak sandwich and the king potatoe i don’t go anywhere else for a sandwich and the price is reasonable.

They no longer require vaccination cards. We had the Philly cheese steak and the mighty steak sandwich. So good. The cheese doesn't over power the taste and the bread was just perfectly fluffy. Nice sitting outside too. Inside isn't very welcoming just in terms of the layout but just fine outside. The bathroom is pleasant too.

Since Del Amo Steakhouse isn't around in the mall anymore this is the next best place. Service is Fast. Sandwiches are great. It's on the way to work/home so convenient location. Plenty of parking. Been coming here for years, I never really had a bad or disappointing experience. I feel like you do get your money's worth for sure. The quality of the food is above average. I've tried pretty much everything on the menu. The SuperSteak and fries are my go to. Very simple and well done.

I had their Philly Steak Sandwich, fries (splurged), and a salad (combo meal). Everything was Excellent! The meat was tender, and no skipping on quantity, was lightly browned, the other veggies were tense not soggy. Yummy French fries!!! I can't stand soggy, oil drenched over salted fries. These were crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside. The side salad was a good size. Great meal for the price!! Wish there was one somewhere in or near the area where I live.

Philly Cheesesteaks are really good! They have different kinds of sandwiches and sides available. Located in a relatively busy plaza but plenty of parking available. You'll get a good bang for your buck here.

The food portions are decent, and the flavors are good. I had Philly steak sandwich with grilled peppers and onions and cheese sauce. I was disappointed to find out that they didn't offer steak sauce...A1 is typical.

This location is very small... the amount of space provided is overcrowded with chairs and tables but seems to hardly fit anyone comfortably. The cashier was friendly and even offer me a complimentary water cup(didnt get a combo) while I waited for my order... Despite the sardine-like environment, the food was alright. I got me an ultimate chicken philly Sandwich and some chili cheese fries which were okay. It was my first time here... it may grow on me, but for now all I can say is that its decent!

I'm wondering if this location has been bought out by someone. Because even though I got the smaller length sandwich the amount of cheese steak in the sandwich was lacking I mean it was really lacking if you buy a business and it was profitable and successful before you bought it don't change the formula to increase your profits write it out and we'll catch up with you cuz if this is what it's like I won't be back

Attendant/Cashier was very nice. I ordered a large steak sandwich with grilled peppers & onions with provolone and cheddar cheese). This was my first visit so I asked are the fries good or should I get a bag of chips? I took the silence as meaning “chips”.. There was enough meat, cooked medium with no fat and it was tender but tasteless. The two cheeses were a bit scant and bland. I think I saw some onion and pepper but couldn’t taste them. The roll was fresh but also had no flavor. The second half of the sandwich was a bit better as some steak juice had seeped into the bottom of it. I added four small salt packs to the whole thing but it didn’t help a whole lot. I had water from the fountain which was good and cold. I will not come here again simply because it had no flavor. I ate it all as it was edible, I just didn’t care to throw it away or take it home. That would have been a waste and I was hungry. There is a Subway right next door. I’ve had their steak and cheese at different franchise location. I will say that the sandwich I had here today was far better than the Subway steak.

Have you L.A. people ever been to Philly and had a REAL one? Everything was bland form the sandwich to the fries, absolutely zero flavor, but it smelled so good! What trickery!

Really bad experience with cashier, didn’t retake the order correctly and had a really bad attitude. When I went back to order what was missing, she said it was not her fault that it was missing an item. Started to raise her voice at me and said that I could have my refund. All I wanted was my food and was trying to pay for what was missing in my order. Cooks are great and food is delicious but cashier needs a better attitude towards the customers and needs to be taught how to act professionally in customer service.
