Restaurante en un lugar único en Torrevieja, frente al mar. Buen servicio. La comida estaba muy buena: la tabla de jamón y quesos, la empanadilla argentina de carne y la milanesa de ternera. Todo delicioso. La milanesa es bastante grande. Los postres, tanto la tarta de queso como la tarta de dulce de leche estaban riquísimas. De relación calidad-precio, aceptable.

Sin duda alguna de los mejores restaurantes en Torrevieja. Siempre que puedo voy porque no es solo la comida que está buenísima, si no las vistas frente al mar y sobre todo el trato, porque son muy cercanos y atentos con el cliente. Tengo que destacar a Moises, porque se le nota que le gusta su trabajo, el buen trato que tiene con todos, tanto con los clientes como con sus compañeros y eso es admirable. Por lo que si te gusta la tranquilidad, la buena comida y un buen ambiente, este es el sitio perfecto.

De los mejores restaurantes de Torrevieja sin duda. Hemos estado varias veces y siempre nos atienden muy bien, el sitios es ideal. Nos atendió moisés, muy amable y profesional!!! Muy muy muy recomendable

Restaurante totalmente recomendable, es la primera vez que entramos y repetimos seguro. Desde fuera da la sensación de ser un sitio elegante y caro, pero te encuentras con un sitio elegante y el precio en la línea o incluso mas económico que otros del paseo. Nos atendió Moisés, y da gusto como lo hizo, una atención totalmente personalizada, y se preocupó de que quedáramos totalmente a gusto. Un camarero de los que desgraciadamente quedan pocos, se nota que le gusta su trabajo.

The best restaurant in Torrevieja. The restaurant is in a great location right on the seafront and has lots of different dining rooms. The team made us feel very welcome and were exceptional in their attention to detail. They explained the dishes to us in terms of their size so we didn’t over order. The food was excellent and everyone enjoyed to whole experience. I would highly recommend this restaurant for a great night out. We will be back.

We had a superb experience at this restaurant. The service was excellent. We had the best ever waiter, he was attentive and professional. The food was all delicious and generous. All four of us ordered from the menu del dia - menu of the day - which is very good value. It was sooo good and there was soooo much of it, that we ended up taking some home with us and we were too full to order any desert. We will definitely be back for desert and another meal here as there’s so much choice and we all fancy tasting more of what’s on the menu. Additional bonus is that it’s on the promenade and overlooks the sea - a fab view! Thank you !!!!

Recomiendo reservar si vas en temporada alta. La comida en general bien, las croquetas exquisitas y la milanesa igual, sin embargo la hamburguesa de pollo no estaba buena, de hecho no sabía para nada a pollo. El servicio buen y el ambiente en terraza muy agradable.

Comimos un grupo de 5 un lunes y todas hicimos el menu que tenia un precio de 16,90 Los entrantes muy ricos, de segundo pedimos 3 platos de pasta muy ricos todos y 2 milanesas que no valian mucho, estaba el rebozado un poco quemado y ademas tenían suplemento de 2€ cada una. Volveriamos pero sin duda a comer pasta o pizzas que no las probamos pero tenian muy buena pinta. De postre pedimos dos tartas de quesos para compartir que entraban en el menu pagando 1,5 mas por postre y estaban muy ricas.

En general, el sitio es estupendo, comida de muy buena calidad, increíbles vistas, muy cómodo y camareros muy atentos y serviciales. Pedimos de entrantes ensaladilla croquetas chipirones, y luego un bife argentino y lubina a la plancha. Destacando las croquetas y el bife. Lo único que nos trajeron todos los platos al mismo tiempo, hubiese estado mejor traer primero los entrantes después la carne y después el pescado ya que se nos quedó frío, como crítica constructiva porque las comida está todo buenas piezas Por lo demás el sitio es para repetir, comida de muy buena calidad

On the boulevard of Torrevieja this is a nice place to eat, relaxed atmosphere, nice food (better than the rest we have eaten) and great service. Inside the place also looks great, nice and clean toilets and a nice wine display. So..you probably know what i am going to say now...When you are in Torrevieja....Do It!

The food was really tasty and at a very good price. The portions were also good. More than enough so good value for money. The reason why I did not give it a five is the service. We had to ask for a lot of things ourselves and sometimes twice. First to order some drinks. Afterwards we got water and no glasses, wine and no glasses. We ordered another bottle of water which we never got so needed to ask for it again. The number of people that can sit on the front terrace, lateral terrace and inside also is large compared to the number of waiters to serve all these tables, I guess… but overall very happy with our evening!

The food was really good! Expecially the starters were excellent and the recommended wine went perfectly together with them. I think the main course would have required another wine, but we didn't ask for it, so our bad. The waiter wasn't really a smiling type. No matter how nice we tried to be to him, his expression didn't change. I can't say he was rude either. He was really focused and he managed to bring us all the food with perfect timing. For that we have to thank his professionalism, because he and all the other workers were super busy. The restaurant was packed with customers. The environment is beautiful and every table has a nice, white and clean tablecloth. The table was a little cramped ant the space for sitting was narrow. All in all we are really satisfied for the experience. Thank you very much!

Conozco "El Muelle" desde hace 20 años. Siempre se ha caracterizado por ofrecer algo más en Torrevieja. Su situación en el paseo "libre de coches" es excepcional, pero de un tiempo a esta parte se está quedando en un "quiero y no puedo" que no es lo que le corresponde. El servicio con mantel y servilleta de tela dice mucho, además de que se retiren los platos para no ser usados por los comensales y que se utilicen limpios. Todo esto es perfecto, pero la formación de los empleados no acompaña. Nos trajeron la copa de vino desde la barra, sin servir en la mesa, y la botella de agua mineral lo suficientemente abierta, como para que hubiera sido rellenada. No se sirve la mesa por el lado correcto, aunque si se trajeron todos los platos de los comensales al mismo tiempo, lo que es de agradecer. Pene al salmón, o combinado de tres platos italianos con gnoquis, además de unos raviolis estuvieron bien. Eso sí, a los raviolis les faltaban 3 minutos de cocción pues sabían a harina. Estaban un poco antes que al dente. El precio y el ambiente es correcto. Seguiremos visitando "El Muelle" pero convendría pulir algunas cosas que le permitan estar en el nivel al que aspira.

No me gusta dejar malas reseñas además estoy segura que en tema comida y servicio es un lugar de 10 ya que es uno de los restaurantes emblemáticos de Torrevieja. Sin embargo me quede de piedra cuando pregunté si puedo llevar mi tarta de cumpleaños y la respuesta fue que sin problema pero en este caso se cobra servicio de vajilla 5 euros por comensal. Aunque nunca me haya pasado, a partir de este momento preguntare siempre y quería advertir para que otros no se lleven una sorpresa.

Came here for my birthday, had my mood ruined by the unfriendly staff. Your google maps does not reflect correct opening hours. Came there by 6:10 PM, they opened at 6:30 PM. It was raining outside, we kindly asked if we could grab a table and wait inside. A condescending older gentleman at the reception laughed at me and said I can get my table when they open. A kind apology and asking me to wait would do, but if you don’t care enough to put correct hours on your website, not sure why I need to deal with the attitude. The food was okay - we got a mushroom risotto, one of their steaks, the Muelle salad, the octopus plate, and a shrimp pasta. Risotto was okay, shrimp pasta had a very small amount of shrimp that were significantly smaller than the picture. The salad wasn’t fantastic. The octopus was very tasty. I think you guys would benefit greatly from better attitude from your staff and updating your hours. After all, you are a business - having to wait under the rain in the cold on my birthday did not make anyone happy. We ordered a bunch of food and drinks, next time we will choose different place to celebrate. But okay for casual dinner, not special days.

Nunca he tenido nada que decir sobre este restaurante ya que en mis anteriores visitas jamás hubo problema alguno pero esta vez no es para menos. Ayer cenamos 18 personas, un cumpleaños. El servicio excelente, Moisés nos trato estupendamente. Los entrantes bien, ahora, el salmón que pedí que costó sus 20€, seco, me lo comí por educación ya que según ellos la cocina cerraba a las 22h y nos dejaban 15 minutos de cortesía algo que no se entiende ya que en la web aceptan reservas hasta las 22,15h. Supongo que esperan que la gente ya este pidiendo la comida antes de siquiera sentarse en la mesa. Considero que siendo un restaurante como este, que traigan un salmón asi dice mucho. Uno de nosotros pidio un poco de alioli de forma individual pero acabaron trayendo para toda la mesa, por supuesto nada barato. Nos traen la tarta, comprada por nosotros, traen unos platos y unas cucharas, 10€ que se sienten como una patada en el pecho después de traer más de 450€ en una mesa, no me lo esperaba. Personalmente no volveré a este restaurante. Quiero añadir que al final de la cena, habían cuatro o cinco camareros esperando en la puerta a que nos fueramos cosa que para un restaurante de esta categoría lo considero indecoroso. Pongo una estrella no por la ubicacion, ni la decoración, ni el trato de los camareros, ni la buena parte de la comida, todo esto bien. Sino por los pequeños detalles que amargan una noche en la cual llegas a la cena esperando que todo salga perfecto. Lo de la reserva, el salmón, los 10€ de la tarta y quedarse 5 esperando a que nos levantemos debo decir que no es lo suyo.

We would appreciate it if you could offer us some form of compensation, such as a complimentary invitation, because what your elderly and arrogant colleague allowed himself to do was absolutely unacceptable. Nowhere in the world is it acceptable for a staff member to shout at guests and tell them to go to a nearby supermarket to buy their own food. Even worse, he aggressively got into the face of one of the ladies in our group, yelling that he didn’t care what the guest said because he only speaks English and Spanish. If this is what you call conflict management, it’s straight from the bottom shelf — and certainly not the sharpest knife in the drawer. Honestly, it might be time for him to retire. He clearly lacks even the most basic etiquette and should be retrained immediately, just like a schoolchild learning good manners. It’s a real shame that the hard work and efforts of his colleagues are overshadowed by such disgraceful behavior, which completely drags down the overall standard of your establishment. He should really stay at home — at least there he can’t harm anyone but himself. It’s sad that what should have been a lovely evening turned into something like this. I sincerely hope there’s a clever decision-maker who knows the right course of action. I’ve been raised in the hospitality industry since I was 8 years old; my mother worked as an internal auditor for a hospitality company for over 30 years, and I myself worked for the Marriott Hotel for 16 years. Something like this would never have happened there. Thank you.

We visited to eat, we were two persons and had camera staff for our project , but the host refused to give us a table for four, even though there were plenty of free tables available around 4 p.m.! It was a weekday and a quiet time, yet the service was very disappointing. Very poor customer service!
