Fast quick and yummy, customer service was amazing while waiting I saw who I belive was a manager named Fatima help out anyone and everyone from staff to customers even breaking language barriers, the only complaint I could have were some chicken fries were very small besides that IT WAS DELICIOUSO IN MI BELLYRINO.

So I've been in and out of Burger King for a quarter of a century easily usually in San Francisco. Today I was traveling in Tracy and I got a little bit of an urge to eat something and I went in here. I was really impressed with the customer service, especially Melina, who is a very customer service-oriented employee. I did ask to speak to her manager Fatima. I mentioned it to her, but I was so impressed that I had to stop and ask for the manager even though I knew there were 2 cars behind me. I thought it was important that exceptional customer service should be recognized by everyone here at this location and by the BKvcorporate offices. Way to go Melina you really just went the extra ten miles. She doubled check my order.She explained why I didn't need to customize the burger's.Because it was already dead.She just was willing to keep the customer happy by keeping the customer well informed. Talk about service with a smile that's what you get when you get to the window. This young lady's gonna do very well in life. She has the necessary motivation and a million dollar personality. The King should be very happy. Thank you BK. If you knew anything about me , you would know that when I enter a 4 and 5 star restaurant in San Francisco I usually get the red carpet VIP treatment and so i'm very tainted and jaded , but this young lady made me stand up and take notice.

I love whoppers and their frozen cokes. Which were up to par! I liked that I could get a vanilla ice cream cone for my daughter and I. But the staff I've dealt with are not as happy as you would like. Service is standard. The best thing about this Burger King is that it's never super busy!!!

Just wish they had a dedicated spot for online orders like the other fast food chains. Took 18 mins for my pick up because I thought they would put it on the counter when ready. I didn't know I had to go to the front counter to let them know I was there for my order pick-up.

Very nice and kind. I ordered doordash and I didn't get the item i request so I called and drove over their and Instead of just giving me 1 of the item they gave me 2 because they wanted to say sorry for you troubles. Really appreciated it

Just wish they had a dedicated spot for online orders like the other fast food chains. Took 18 mins for my pick up because I thought they would put it on the counter when ready. I didn't know I had to go to the front counter to let them know I was there for my order pick-up.

The service was good the food was good only one thing I didn’t like about the fries was that they had too much salt and 2 of the younger workers were working slow the older lady working was doing better job then them.

Ordered some food. The workers were just all standing there, talking and laughing instead of doing actual work. All those workers and only the blonde cook lady does her job? And a simple meal takes fourth minutes to be prepared. After thirty minutes of waiting for my order, a worker goes on break and gets their food more quicker than me?

my krabby whopper was COLD and had no cheese, they didnt give me the right amount of cheesy bacon tots, they also did not have the starberry pie

The Manager at this store Named Ivonne is so Nasty To her Customers She Kicked out A Mother and Son For Just telling her that the Store was Nasty filthy And there were Food wrappers All over ther floors Of the Store and the Fries Station was Not Properly Maintained Was this because She does not care if the Supervisor will not see her action because it was already Night time I urge everybody not to eat at This Store Anymore I was just Looking behind the Mother and Son but was so Disgusted by the Actuons of the Big Fat Manager I Uege the Corporate To Fire This Lady because she is a Burden to the Company

This restaurant is the slowest in this town. Customers end up stuck in their drive way for a very long time. I don't recommend visiting this restaurant.

I ordered a whopper with cheese ,and when I got home big surprise no cheese. Glad I was charged for that. Go to Lockford Burger King hands down 100 💯 hot fresh and correct. Worth the wait the service only 2 people on deck was Outstanding!!!

I ordered a triple whopper combo large and a double whopper plain online. I got two double whoppers. I was not able to drive back so I called. No one answered and there is no voicemail. I didn't get what I ordered and was overcharged for what I got. I put '10 minutes' waiting for a table but actually that's the time I waited in the parking lot because my order wasn't ready when I got there.

Restroom is dirty, the restaurant has two bathrooms but only one can be used for customers. You are not allowed to use the other bathroom because only employees can go into that other bathroom. Which it had no sign that states that and by the way I have never heard of Burger King only allowing customers to use the same bathroom men and women. If that is the case then they should make sure the bathroom is maintained clean at all times. I will never come into this Burger King again. And will make sure people know how the customers are treated…….
