A truly positive experience! Exceptionally clean (the scent lingers throughout), friendly, courteous, and helpful staff, and the rooms (or rather, ours) have one flaw: the high window with no view to the outside, which is a bit oppressive (but objectively, the room is just the right size). The location is absolutely convenient, with a gas station across the street and a stunning view; it's a shame it's far from Livigno town center. All this is supported or balanced by the price, which is its strong point. Livigno continues to rise year after year, and we spent a very reasonable amount (and we booked it last minute, to say the least). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The small house is charming from the outside. Surrounded by greenery, it stands out for its unique colors and the fact that there are always beautiful flowers on the windowsills. Behind it, there's also a small garden where you can relax immersed in the silence of nature. The interior of the bar is also very unique and evocative, where the furnishings and large stove create the perfect atmosphere in every season. Inside, there's also a small shop where you can buy cigarettes, alcohol, sugar, chocolates, and sweets. For years, it's been our go-to place when we get gas in Trepalle. The owners are truly friendly, kind, and hospitable. If you're passing through, I recommend stopping by; you won't regret it.

In a town like Livigno/Trepalle, crammed with tourism, this is a haven of tranquility, a simple touch conveyed by the owners. We often go there for breakfast when we're visiting friends. Very welcoming, away from the hustle and bustle of town, yet close to everything.

Unfortunately, I stayed with my partner for only one night, and I'm writing this because we had such a great time we would have stayed a few more days. This B&B is surrounded by nature! The bedrooms are spotless, small but cozy, and equipped with every comfort, including a lovely balcony overlooking the mountains. There's a garden where you can sunbathe or simply relax and enjoy the view, peace, and tranquility, perhaps while enjoying an aperitif with delicious produce. The breakfast was truly excellent, with delicious croissants, and a savory breakfast is also available upon request. The bar also serves as a tobacconist and a shop where you can buy products at discounted prices.

Negativo!...avevo prenotato x il 3dicembre x una notte pagato cauzione di 75€ in anticipo un paio di settimane prima...e una settimana prima d'andarci la mia compagna finisce in ospedale x una forte polomonite x quasi 2 settimane.quindi chiamo il proprietario appena capisco che nn ci posso andare x liberargli la stanza visto l'alta stagione,e gli chiedo se gentilmente spiegandogli il problema che ho,se mi poteva fare un buono che appena il tutto passava sarei andato su....ma anche tipo nei mesi successivi..gennaio febbraio marzo...senza creargli problemi nell'alta stagione...ma nulla lui mi ha detto seccamente o vieni entro questo mese o nulla!!!(il fatto che con una forte pomonite bilaterale nn si guarisce come un'influenza!!!)...chiesto anche ad amici parenti e colleghi se volevano andarci giusto x nn dargliela vinta...ma a chi ho chiesto mi ha risp. Lasciagli i soldi a ste morto di fame....x me questo posto nn esiste piu prima ancora d'andarci e gli faro bella pubblicità!!!saluti

We were very disappointed with the treatment we received. We had booked two nights as a gift, but unfortunately the recipient fell ill at the last minute. Despite the force majeure, the hotel decided to apply the penalty anyway and retain the amount already paid. A little understanding and flexibility go a long way in these cases, which unfortunately was lacking here.

🔹 Review 4 – Unacceptable rigidity Due to a sudden illness, we were unable to make use of our reservation. We had paid everything in advance, but the hotel, instead of accommodating us, withheld the amount and applied the late cancellation penalty anyway. I understand the rigidity during high season, but when there's a serious health issue, more sensitivity is needed. We won't be returning, and we won't recommend this place.
