It was worth spending money on very good customer service as well
Visited this location for the first time and it was a great experience. The customer service was excellent and the ice-cream was really delicious. Additionally, the environment was clean and the covid-19 guidelines were being adhered to.
I love Dairy Queen Ice Cream. It's rich, creamy, milky n deliciously tasty. Yummy. N U get value 4 yr money here.
Their blizzards are to die for. Word of advice, don't carry your girlfriend there. When y'all breakup it's gonna be so suckish going there afterwards. But the taste makeup for all the hurt and betrayal. Oh, also, the fires are from heaven. I just dislike how it is always crowed. I suppose that is good for them but not for me. Cuz I'm not finna cry over anyone while the store is maxed out. Nope! I also love that they're a lot of young employees, I understand the hesitancy of hiring younger employees but it is commendable that DQ gives opportunities to the young. Because this branch specifically is located in Port Of Spain, more attention should be placed on keeping the washrooms cleaned. As aforementioned, the store is always packed, hence it is understandable that things may not always be done on time.
My daughters and I love the "4 for $40.00". The service is very good, efficient and polite and the washrooms are always very clean. Favourite spot.
Nice change to the usual fast food outlets available around the city. The environment is fresh and welcoming and the menu selection has enough options to choose from. Service was quick with no hassle, therefore I will definitely be a regular.

Its a very clean dining experience the staff even drop the food to your table. The cashier just need to be more interactive, i didnt really know the menu.
Always visit when I need just that right amount of pick-me-up ice cream. And it's a great place to visit with families, especially on a Sunday during lunch hour/mid-afternoon. The atmosphere is lovely.
For ice cream only. Love the blizzards. Love the Caramel milkshake. Love the ice cream cakes for birthdays.
The food was fresh the shakes we eventually took was delicious BUT.... they had no whipped cream and no Blizzard which is what we actually went for
The food is always on point but the customer service is slowly but surely going down the drain. The service was excellent when the branch had just opened but now the workers watching you like they vex you come to disturb them.
Service was quick. Cashier was friendly and helped us order. Meal took a little while to be served. Server was phenomenal. Ice cream delicious. Wonderful experience and will visit again.
Second time I purchase the Turkey Sandwich at the Port-of-Spain branch and the sandwich was not fresh. The bread was stale and rancid. When I first bought this sandwich, it was heaven! Don't know what's up now. It is not hot or warm nothing. Jus cold and stale
I don’t know if she’s the supervisor on shift or what seems like it, but the way she talks to her staff is very disgusting especially in front of customers. It seems like she wants to embarrass them which is very unprofessional and it severely changes the atmosphere in the establishment. Fix it.
The service was very bad, lacking in kindness and attention to the public, the staff was very unpleasant, they acted as if it were their business. Everything happened to me last Friday.
decent quality burgers and fries! 😊 excellent frozen cakes!... you must try one, but walk with an icebox for transporting it home, it will melt quickly. UPDATE 2020 I have reduced my review to 1 star, because not wanting to divulge too much info, be very careful with the cashier and your linx transactions.
