They charged me 2 bucks for a large water with ice. It's hot outside if I really wanted to I could just bring my own cup and walk up to the soda fountain and get me a drink an walk out after...no I paid to be the respectful one doing the right thing ... Doesnt everyone know that we are all homeless ...my God! Lucky them I gave them 3 stars and they dint even take food stamps for hot meals...

Burger King 👑, August 29, 2024 I came here hoping for a good lunch so I got the #1 Whopper Combo with cheese & it was just ok so I gave it 3 ⭐'s! The service was good & I didn't realize that they still have a play area for the kids so I decided to eat there because it was so nice & quiet with no kids at that time. 🤣 Thanks & ⭐⭐⭐'s . Last time I came here the food was so good but it's been awhile & it was to go so I guess you can't win all of the time!

There was nothing special about this burger king. The service could have been a little friendlier. They weren't rude, just not friendly either. Their food wasn't great but how much can you expect. All in all I'd say my visit here was average.

I ordered the classic chicken sandwich and it was NOT good. The lettuce was low grade and wilted and the mayo was overwhelming. I asked for extra tomato and they added one tiny slice. I ate a few bites and threw the rest away.

Home School

I’ve been here multiple times and never asked but today my 4 year old son specifically wanted a toy. Every other Burger King I go to gives out toys without asking, but this one they give out the hard, stale, nasty chocolate chip cookies. I see it in the bag, and ask if they don’t have toys? The lady working the drive thru (6/16 @ 12:15pm) rudely said they get a toy or a cookie and I said oh I didn’t know that, nobody asked what I wanted, can I switch them for a toy? And she walked away, and came back a few minutes later and asked what I wanted? and when I repeated it, she said they not suppose to ask, and if I watched a toy? And I gave her back the cookies and I watch her harshly throw them in the trash. She was rude, for no reason. Very disappointed I usually drive to the one on the other side of town and I guess from now on I’ll make sure I do all the time. They’re always very nice at the other location, it’s usually older women and not kids working at that one.

I got my breakfast this morning there. The food was cold. The orange juice was warmer than my food. The lady at the drive thru had a bad attitude. I love BK food. But, I was highly disappointed with this store today. You'd think at $20+ an hour they'd be happy and give better service. I will never order from this store again.

The play area is DISGUSTINGLY filthy. There was mashed up food everywhere. The food was burnt yet cold. Staff was maybe late teens and provided horrible service. I will go else where, I regret going this one time.

The worst service ever! I’m not trying to be racist but the guy that works there he was like Asian or Philippine and he was very very rude. He had an attitude and he spoke to us very rudely in a mean tone. His customer service was really bad. I’ve never been treated this way before in my life.

Goofy pregnant girl working has a garbage attitude and her customer service is horrible. Fast food workers getting paid $20+ for bs service is crazy to me.

Went to this location today in the pouring rain because usually the staff and location is good but today there worker named Timothy took my order through the drive thru and he was very rude didn't ask if I would like any sauce with my order of nuggets and chicken fries I basically had to tell them myself do his job for him because if not I knew they wouldn't give me any sauce they never do! I also had to basically yell through the speaker so he could hear me kept saying "wait what" and raising my voice while I have a sick sleeping 2 year old in the car was not the business. As well as due to raising my voice my toddler woke up crying so in my frustration I forgot 2 add 2 cones to my order so when I pull up to the window and wanted to add them on real quick(mind you there was no one else in the drive thru at the time) he tells me no he can't add on anything at the window. Which in turn I responded with I've been told when there's no one else in the line and if it's simple add on you are allowed to he says no he can't and proceeds to slam the window in my face all while my 2 year old is crying I the car. Worst fastdood experience ever

This location is the worst location ever. I will not return or recommend this location to anyone. First off the manager is horrible, lazy & uneducated. Allowing the employees to misbehave during work hours & treat customers disrespectfully is not ok or proper in anyway. They come up with their own rules & change the menu items around as if they're allowed to get away with this. They claim they don't have the royal chicken sandwiches & charge extra to make them the way they are advertising all over the place about them. They charge for a cup of water & they charge extra for the ice cream in a cup claiming they don't have ice cream in a cup even though it is advertised so they charge it as if it's a water, they also charge extra for the sauce when ordering chicken nuggets or chicken fries or onion rings, the bathroom doors are locked & they roll their eyes when a customer asks to use the bathroom, the Fry's are always cold, undercooked & extremely salty & the kids area is always a mess, including the little games on the tables (they never wipe them down at all).

Im not one to give a review ever, but I feel I have to. My friends went to this place yesterday Sunday 09/17/2017 they said they had a horrible experience, service was horrible and the employees were rude and even denied them from a cup for water. I told them I was going and they told me not to because of their experience I still went the next day 09/18/2017 I asked for what you see in The receipt I asked for no pickles and still got pickles I asked for ranch for my daughters nuggets and got absolutely no sauce I went drive thru my friends were walk-ins. Point is if you are paying for a service they should at least give you what you are paying for!
