Came to Jack in the box and asked for a plain burger with just "the buns, meat, and cheese" and got buns and one sad slice of swiss cheese... Not worth it got to the other jack in the box it's a lot better.

Went and ordered a chicken sandwich w no mayo. Received a chicken sandwich w lots of mayo and expired lettuce looking discolored. Too bad Im unable to attach a picture of order #150, this nasty looking sandwich.

Places as a joke takes forever and a day just to get your food. Make This review as my husband has been sitting in the drive thru for 30 minutes now. Car hasn’t even moved. Made the order almost an hour ago

Very unhappy with this jack in the box everytime we go order food for our family we always have to end up going back because we don’t get everyone’s food. They are notorious for this and you’d think with how much we spend they would get everyone’s food and get it right. Need better people working there and better management this is ridiculous!

Very last time I will ever eat here. Ordered take out, service was a bit rude. As I get home ready to enjoy a spicy chicken I get halfway through the sandwich and pull the longest hair from inside my mouth. I’ve never been so disappointed and disgusted. Very close to puking. I didn’t want to make a big deal but decided no Im getting my money back. As I walk into the lobby the first thing I notice is a lot of females with no hairnets. Manager is first to speak to me and I’ll admit I felt bad to discuss what happened in front of other customers but it had to be done.

This place was a huge disappointment and waste of time and money. Go to the other jack in the box they're nicer and cleaner. This is the second time I've picked up a mobile order here and didn't receive my shake. The first time, I was okay with it because my food was good and the workers were friendly and they offered to write my name down so I could come back later which worked for me. This time the food tasted terrible. Fries and tacos cold, burger and extreme sausage tasted like they either were cooked on a grill that wasn't cleaned since my last visit, or were cooked on a grill that had grill cleaner chemicals on it. We threw our food away for fear of being poisoned. So very disappointing. And this time the manager was super rude. Gave me a dirty look and some pretty serious attitude. Absolutely disgusting behavior for a manager. I came at 1:30 a.m. on Sunday March 10th.

The place is trashed, it's honestly sad I use to enjoy coming her often but with this new management it shows how less people care. The manager is sitting on her phone talking to the staff most of the time and they are missing items on the menu most of the time. I wouldn't recommend it and I hope they hire new staff that cares soon

On 4/4/23 I thought I would buy some tacos for dinner.....apparently I was wrong. I was the only customer in the building and waited to place my order. Got lots of looks toward my way but no service. Saw the shift manager in the lobby and she said their too busy to help me!!!!!! As I left I saw the store manager outside and informed her of the poor customer service and left.

Gone here all the time after school to eat. Everytime somethings wrong, either its something simple like tomatoes when I asked for plain (which is no problem honestly) and other times I ask for a burger...only to receive a peice of chicken with lettuce

I went to the drive through to order a strawberry milk shake and clearly the menu said the cost of the milk shake was 4.99. Jack in Box decided to charge their own price to 5.19 at the window. Plus tax. So, it came out to 5.63. I asked the lady at the window why did they charge 5.19 when the menu says 4.99. She just looked at me and ignored me. Clearly wrong
