The best cocktails in all of Tulum. I went to spend the day, and the service was excellent. It's a very relaxed place, perfect for working for a while and enjoying very good food. The prices are very reasonable, and the mezcal bananas were my favorite dessert! 10 out of 10, definitely worth visiting. E

Este lugar es simplemente Único! Su restaurante con Pool Bar ofrece una experiencia sin presedentes. El servicio de todo el equipo que ahí labora hace que te sientas como em casa. Aparte, tienen mesas para quienes no se quieran meter al pool bar y tengas una platica super agusto. Tienen promo de cócteles, que son super deli!!! No puedes perderte este super lugar si estas en Aldea Zama o en general Tulum

Súper sitio: en pleno corazón de la zona hotelera, con parking sin coste y sin cover o consumo mínimo para disfrutar de sus hamacas y espacio. Su equipo, encantador, muy amables, siempre con una sonrisa y muy predispuestos. Súper recomendables los huevos con salmón y aguacate, un must! Volveremos!

Amazing everything! From the food to service Orquidea is a must visit. They push shots but you’re on vacation so why not?! Burger in Mexico doesn’t seem adventurous but trust this one is worth getting. Coconut shrimp were extremely succulent. Bottom line, get here ASAP!

We stayed at the Orchid House for our vacation and came to this restaurant every day of our trip (breakfast, lunch and dinner). The food was SO good! Shout out to Antonio and Alejandro for being the best servers of all time. The atmosphere is awesome- 90% of the time we felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. The swim up bar is sick! And the whole patio is covered so you can still come even if it’s raining! 10/10 recommend

Alejandro our bartender server was phenomenal. Don't miss his specialty margarita. The salmon with the veggies 😋 wow! We thought it would storm and rain on us. But Alejandro made sure we were moved to a table without being impacted by the weather. Don't miss this tasty delight during your visit. The mole sauce on the steak was to die for.

This is such an adorable place. Food is really good. Alejandro’s drinks are superb. I’ve now been for breakfast and dinner. The grilled veggies have a perfect “char”. I almost could have eaten a plate of them solo. Ambience is Super nice. Come in the morning or after 5, I imagine the heat can be stiffling during the day.

We found this place when looking for nearby options to our airbnb for food & drinks and ended up coming here A LOT for breakfast, drinks in the pool bar and dinner & of course margaritas. The staff is amazing and the food and drinks were all delicious. The avocado toast & breakfast burrito were our favorite breakfast items. The shrimp burrito and ceviche on the dinner/lunch menu were also delightful. We didn’t order the mole but our friend did and he loved it!

Great atmosphere with plants absolutely everywhere. Cool swim up bar. Very kind staff. Amazing food. Great cocktails. Refreshing smoothies. Hot coffee. We walked over to this place from the house we were staying at every other day for some meal or drinks.

The photos are misleading. Went at 6pm for sunset on the rooftop but there’s no such place to have a drink and enjoy the view. Not sure how to rate that as I didn’t have anything however they could have had a better attitude so due to disappointment and bad attitude a three star 🤷🏼‍♂️

We saw the pictures and were excited to get into a heated pool for food and drinks in the swim up bar. The pool was unheated and not the cleanest as well. We got the avocado toast and the chilaquiles. They looked so much better than they tasted. The avocado didn’t taste fresh, it was very bland and not worth the price. The chilaquiles seemed bland and not very flavorful either. Overall, I wouldn’t say to go here for food or the heated pool. I can’t speak for the cocktails or drinks.

This restaurant is gorgeous with great vibes. But if you are vegetarian, do not come here. The food was pretty bad and I don't say that easily. I had the grilled vegetable dish from the menu and it was mediocre until I tasted the eggplant. I was so shocked by how bad it tasted that I shared it with my friends to let them experience it. 3 out of 4 spit it out because of how bad it was. We spilled a drink and when we asked for a replacement, they charged us for another one. It ended up being almost 900 MXN for water, Margarita, and the veggie dish. My friend's dishes were also nothing to write home about. I would never come here again. Complete rip off unless you're here to take photos because everything looks great.

Came here at least 4 times Jan-March 2024…. But would never come back this year. We wanted to come enjoy some drinks and the heated pool last night and were surprised to find that the pool is ice cold… The staff changed the story multiple times last night as to why the pool was not heated.. 1. It’s not the season for the pool to be heated. (It’s January, this is the exact time for the pool to be nice and warm for guests to enjoy. Especially at night there is a cold breeze.) 2. The heating system doesn’t work right now and it will be fixed soon.. 3. There is a new owner of this hotel/restaurant and he doesn’t want to turn on the heat. Overall just incredibly disappointed to see this beautiful place no longer offer perks it did just under a year ago. They used to offer and nice steamy heated pool and 2x1 Margaritas and Mojitos. Now they claim the pool will no longer be heated and they don’t offer drink specials. We even showed them videos from our phone from our previous visits showing the steam coming from the pool and the drink specials and they couldn’t care less. It’s sad to see greedy owners don’t care about offering nice experiences anymore. Oh well, I guess they don’t like to make money.. we left the pool bar and there were zero customers there anyways. We also asked for Alejandro who was our waiter many times in our last visits and the staff claimed they had no idea who he was and he never worked there. LOL they love to gaslight customers and said they are happy not to serve us because it’s “less work for them to do” These are photos taken from March 2024…
