Really fast service. Employees were very friendly and we didn't feel rushed. Bread was fresh and so good. Only complaint was that they were temporarily out of alfalfa sprouts.

If youre looking for something super fast and consistent Jimmy Johns is great. Bread is amazing! And they have a ton of free things you can add to your sandwich.

Jimmy Johns always gets 5 stars. I'm from the Chicago area and have been waiting for a Jimmy Johns to come to Turlock for 4 years. The sandwiches are fast, simple, no fuss and delicious. Jimmy chips always knock all other chips outa the water. Yum. Vito is my personal favorite, but you can't go wrong with roast beef... Or really anything else. You can order sandwiches on a classic sub, wheat slice, or unwhich (think protein style), although the classic sub is my preferred choice. Day old bread is available for purchase, too, for less than a dollar. Only downfall is they don't deliver to my place of work. Pity.

It was my boyfriend and my first time eating at Jimmy John's. The staff was very nice! And their service was quick. The food was really delicious. Most definitely my new favorite sandwich shop!

They are pretty fast and I'm always a little surprised when they hand me my sandwich literally as I'm hitting enter on the pin pad to pay for my meal. Also, really great and friendly service, such a difference from other places where you can tell they don't give a rip about you.

The lettuce wrap is my go to option for low calorie and low carb. Recommend it, I do 👌 As a former employee, the owner is an amazing human being with a kind soul. Sarah and Stephanie are amazing managers. Nathan and Russell are awesome people who are great at running the store too. Maggie is sincere and truly great at her job. The food quality is amazing. Always fresh and served with the best service.

Great and constant. Probably one of my favorite sandwich shops at the moment. The bread is really good .The bread makes for a great sandwich. The bread has a great crust and soft and chewy on the inside.

Jimmy John's is consistent and very good. The fact that they deliver is awesome, especially for new parents. I prefer their white rolls to any other sandwich chain's in Turlock for typical sandwiches (turkey, BLT, tuna). The bread is super soft and perfectly dense. Their pickles are seasoned with a slight pepper taste and are very fresh and crisp. The only negative experience thus far has been a tuna sandwich, in which the tuna should have been drained a bit better because the bread was slightly soggy upon delivery, but flavor was solid.

The sandwiches were good I’ve been there many times but being told to bag my own stuff after spending 60$ isn’t cool not to mention the bags were small it looked like I went grocery shopping when I left there how about get bags big enough for more than one sandwich and bag of chips and have the staff bag the items like every other food place

Be very weary of the limited time Summer wraps. At 10$ they are not worth it and the chicken ceaser is not good at all. This is the first time I can say I didn't like something at Jimmy John's. Of course the service was fast and good just the food was disappointing.

Subs are good. First time at this location. I gave it 2 stars due to staff having an attitude problem. One of the employees that handled the registers during the late shift had an attitude problem. Like if the guy hatred his job or maybe he was having a crappy day?? Either way don’t take your personal feelings to work If you don’t like what you do then better yourself!!!!!!

I ordered a Billy club with no lettuce or tomatoes. What I got was bread and meat. It was suppose to have provolone cheese, dijon mustard, and mayo and it did not have any of that. It was my first order from Jimmy Johns so it kinda disappointed me. Will give it one more try in the future.

I can not recommend because their sandwiches taste just like what I make at home, be so what's the point? They don't fresh baked their cookies. I gave 2* because They deliver, and fast, so if you're desperate and can't leave you are in luck.

Double delivery charge is silly. I can see paying a deliver charge. But it is $3 per sandwich to the same address capping out at $6. Well that is just annoying. So for 2 sandwiches an additional $6...ridiculous. Mind you my delivery was 0.3 miles from them! Sooooo.

Had lunch there today, a jalapeño grilled chicken wrap which tasted good, but ordered a "giant" roast beef to take home. This is what I got, which cost just over $18, not worth the price.

!WARNING! WORST SANDWICH SHOP EVER!! 5 months ago I had got a piece of plastic inside my sandwich and I have not ate them since the last encounter. Then just last week I had them again and unfortunately I got it in my sandwich again!! 😪 I thought from the last time they would have taken some type of preventive measures but seems like the Owner "Nancy" does not care enough to do so. If I was Ya'll I would not eat their or if you do watch what YOU eat cause you just might be the next unfortunate customer.🤮

This was our first time trying JJ’s and will prob be our last. Cashier was a little rude and didn’t have her mask on properly. As for the sandwiches they where not that great for the price we paid. Little to no flavor and very little meat.

I ordered 2 sandwiches at 6 PM, order got completed at 6:30. Now it’s 730 PM and my food hasn’t got delivered and they’re closed, didn’t get a phone call to notify me if it was cancelled or not, they still took my $31 lol. Amazing sandwiches but I don’t understand why this happened

Very very bad customer service, the guy taking our order was VERY rude. He spoke to my fiancé and i like we were idiots. While he was taking the order before us i noticed he was being rude as well. So unfortunate that i like the food because i will not be back due to this persons rude attitude.

There was so much lettuce. I literally contemplated thinking that they thought I was a rabbit... Never again and who only have provolone cheese. There's so much cheese in this world. What the heck....

Probably the worst sandwich I have ever had. Hardly any meat no mustard, cheese was extra. You are better off going to subway. Two sandwiches cost me $26.00. Don't go there.

Went here yesterday and they were like "Hi. Just to let you know we don't have bread today".. what lol. Why would you have a sandwich shop open with 4 employees working on a day when you have no bread? Interesting choice

Hello. I eat at a lot of Jimmy John’s locations and the customer service is usually very friendly. Just ate at your location in Turlock and the girl behind the counter was very rude. Acted like I was bothering her by coming in. She even told my wife and I that don’t grab the chips by the counter becasue we just stocked up and I will grab them from the back. Not sure if she was having a bad day, but not a good representation for your company.

Besides the food being good, that was the only upside. The kid behind the counter Gregory was very rude and condescending, first tells me I can’t order pesto on a sandwich nor on the side even though I was willing to pay extra for it. But also didn’t cut the sandwiches after we had requested them to be cut in half. When I brought this to his attention he said they can’t because it was not requested before. When I mention to him it was he state “oh did you say that?” Then when I needed to get napkins he simply said to get them myself as his hands are dirty. I normally have no issue getting my own napkins but at this time I can not really walk due to an injury and the way he said to get them was extremely rude. I don’t know if he is having a bad day or just plain doesn’t like his job. But he has made this first time to this jimmy johns my last time sadly. Hopefully others do not have to share this bad experience with the same kid named Gregory
