I've been going to this location ever since I was a kid. In fact, my junior varsity basketball team's photo hung up on the wall for many years. 99 percent of the time I go in, I always have great service and sandwiches/meats/produce are always fresh!
Not a big fan of the new set-up. Takes the personality out of it, but the sandwiches are still great. Can't go wrong with a large triple dip.

Never had a bad experience going here and the customer service is consistently good. It is notable that the owners changed the size of the salad portions container recently to give the customers less and charge more. Besides that, good location.
I went there for the first time this week and immediately knew that their sandwiches were better than Subway after taking a bite of their chicken sandwich!
I've tried 4 different sandwiches here and each one was on point. Staff is super friendly and even when they seem busy they're never overwhelmed, love that about service.
The sandwich makers were very nice and courteous. The sandwich was fresh but my taste buds did not care for it and just ate a third of it. Maybe if the bread was toasted, but no toaster available.😔 5⭐️ are for the sandwich makers! * I got 9in pastrami with regular chips and drink. I spent $19+.
Not surprised at all by all the great reviews. I haven’t been to Togo’s in a very long time, but decided to grab a sandwich on my way home. I was greeted and helped by Zoe. The menu has changed a lot since I’ve been by and she was super patient as I figured it out. I ultimately ordered the chicken cheesesteak sandwich and she made sure to tell me everything that normally goes on it which was great because mushrooms are a huge no for me. My sandwich was wonderful and very well put together.a little messy (melted cheese) like a cheesesteak should be, but wrapped so well that it held together. Zoe was super polite and makes one good sandwich. I will definitely be back. Thank you, Zoe.
I've been going here since the early 1980's. Best sandwich shop around. I love the hot pastrami on parmesan bread with American cheese. They also have wheat, white & sourdough, tuna, meatball, turkey, roast beef, soups, salads, fountain drinks, bottled drinks, chips & cookies. It's great to choose exactly what you want on your sandwich. Clean place, fast service, hometown feel.

Very tasty sandwiches, soups and salads. I recommend the Triple dip sandwich and any of the chicken salads. If you go there on a Friday, try the clam chowder. The staff is always friendly. Dining room is kept clean.
Much improved over the last 2 to 3 months I was so disappointed about six months ago that we stopped ordering from Togo‘s, but on my last visit, the food was great service. Awesome and I would go there again.
The sandwiches are great, always have been. However, my visit to the newly remodeled and updated Togos was very sad and depressing. I felt like I was just another number and that my sandwich was on the conveyor belt. I just miss walking in there and seeing all the high school photos on the wall (class of 92).
The customer service was great, the team member greeted me with a smile and asked what I would like. I orderd a french dip. I asked if the roast beef was very lean or not. She showed it to me and there was only a little fat along the edge of one side, so I asked if she could remove the fat for me and she abliged my request. The other team member told her that they don't do that for the customers (I'm glad he didn't wait on me). She showed me how much she trimmed from my roast beef and it was barely anyrhing. But I can't stand the texture of fat in my mouth, it makes me gag. She then put the remaining roast beef on a 6" sandwich bun, and the beef barely covers the bottom of the sandwich. Now I know she didn't trim off that much fat. So I just take my food, the roast beef sandwich, cup of aju, a bag of chips and a cup of water to a table which is very clean along with the dining room, and sit down. The sandwich is very flavorfull but I have to take stars off because of the roast beef portion size. And for the comments the male team member made about "not trimming fat off". The restrooms were clean and stocked, so I can give Togo's 4 ☆☆☆☆.

It would be nice if when you guys are making sandwiches if you could follow simple printed out instructions on what people want on the sandwiches they order. By the time we picked off the stuff we did not want on it there was pretty much nothing left fir 15 bucks. Do a better job since you are making more money now. Next time will be going to another store maybe.
This review is in regards to today's takeout order.. my daughter works 12-hour shifts at the hospital over night. She comes home in the morning and sleeps half the day so when she wakes up she's hungry. She ordered her food online and went to pick it up. Somehow she got double charged but they quickly voided it.. however, in the process they forgot to give her the Asian chicken salad dressing.. the best part of that salad. I understand that mistakes can be made but we are living in hard times and gas is expensive! When we called back we got a quick "I'm sorry".. but my daughter had to go clear across town again to get the dressing. It would have been nice to SHOW that they were sorry by giving her a coupon or something! It's really hard because in general when we check our bags to see if everything is in it, we get dirty looks as if we're judging them for not doing it right.. yet, we have no choice but to check them every time. I have noticed these days that most businesses show they are sorry... not in this case.
Very disappointed. Management needs to better train certain staff or hire decent people with customer service and etiquette. I was mocked by a worker on the floor named Sienna who was working alongside the girl who made my sandwich. When they turned their backs to me, Sienna loudly mocked me “YeeeeeeaaAAAA” and both workers laughed. To give background, I was ordering a personalized sandwich, so the other employee who was helping me would ask me questions and I would answer “Yea” or “No”. This was VERY loud and I could tell it was done on purpose to mock me, she didn’t even try to be subtle about it, she just wanted drama in all honesty I believe…also gained the attention of customers and workers. As a person of color, I felt very disrespected when the caucasian girl Sienna did this. I decided to speak to management afterwards which is why I decided to leave a review as I felt rushed even during raising my concerns. In addition, upon asking for management workers looked confused and I’m not even sure if I was speaking to a manager. Either way Sienna was very rude and when I was speaking to manager she was snooping behind her back, and I wasn’t given any privacy at all. Very unprofessional. I hope the owner takes action to ensure customers aren’t treated with disrespect or racist remarks from untrained ignorant young staff. Me and my friends are disgusted, shocked and don’t feel comfortable returning until it has been addressed. Posting 2 stars because although I was not sure if she was manager she did seem to try listen but didn’t offer any solutions…just a “sorry that happened to you” while Sienna is playing pretend behind her doing work.
OMG, I just bought a BBQ BEEF SANDWICH at TOGOS. I thought I was getting a sandwich that used to cost $5 for $15 now. When I unwrapped it I LMAO. I've had burritos bigger than that. Never again!!!

The sandwich was so bad so salty and I was asking her change my sandwich. The guy is not problem with me. He doesn’t have customer service and he didn’t expect customer.
Ordered two Santa Fe salads and paid with cash. Male employee was wearing disposable gloves while handling my money and gave me my change. Employee then proceeded to go touch food trays without removing the gloves!! I was in shock. I said “excuse me, you just touched money and handling food with those same gloves?? He said “I’m just grabbing the chicken tray” I said, “sooo? That’s disgusting!” (He was grabbing the chicken tray with chicken (not empty) to give to other employee for my salads . He proceeded by removing gloves while another young lady was serving my salads. Not acceptable! You can tell he felt embarrassed. He should. Employees need to go over sanitary training again. If I had not said anything, who knows how long or what else he would be touching. Disgusting! I asked to speak to manager, but manager had apparently left early. To the owner: this happened Saturday August 30th at noon.
Bought the new pretzel pastrami sandwich, super super greasy the whole bottom bun was soaked in grease could not eat it. The price was also outrageous almost $17 per sandwich. Never will i eat there again.
We've given both stores in Turlock several chances to get it right but ever since your remodel and changing of how orders are taken and then executed, we've been extremely disappointed. I don't know if this is a cooperate change or a new owner coming in and "fixing" what wasn't broke or what. But we've been Togos customers for more than 30 years and unless something changes we won't be back. Today my #8 that I have ordered the same way for 3 decades was awful. Supposed to be #8 with hot roastbeef and the whole sandwich was toasted so it shrunk back the bread and made it chewy as if it had been microwaved. My pickles and lettuce wilted from the heat and there was a soggy toasted bread flavor that wasn't supposed to be there. Not to mention the reg. was quite a bit smaller than it used to be. My husband's sandwich also was toasted without his asking. With food out being so expensive, we will be more selective in the future.
I am sad to say that I have become very disappointed with Togo's recently. you used to be able to order a hot sandwich and have it still be hot when you got home (5 minute trip). It used to be a great value for the money that you spent but now a single large sandwich is costing over 16 dollars. Not to mention the meat portions (pastrami for example) used to fill and overflow the bread, now it seems to barely over the roll end to end (apparently the large pastrami only gets 6oz of meat?). with the rising prices and low portions Togo's will no longer be a "goto" sandwich shop for me or my family
Old, right avocado. They put very little produce and meat on your sandwiches. If you look behind the counter, it is always dirty and food all over the floor. Workers are often rude and moody. Maybe they need to close it down give it a facelift, clean it up and bring in Gordon Ramsay to whip them into shape and then reopen
