I've always enjoyed their chicken sandwich since I was a lot younger. I add tomatoes and cheese and voila!! Their fries are super tasty too.

They have some good deals on the but the customer service leaves something to be desired. A few bad apples have skewed my view but attempting to voice that locally and to corporate they don’t seem to care. The “fast” food is a bit misleading as they do not seem to be in a rush. It is extremely frustrating to be forced to order via their kiosk or app only to find out that the items are not available and the staff seems to think this is a my problem.

Quality is usually consistent! Sometimes the employees don't seem as happy! But I understand that to some extent. Easy to find quick always!

Service was friendly and prompt. Food was ehhhh but im not much of a fast food person until its late and the only option or i need to eat in a hurry and its again the only option so my opinion is bias to begin with.

Idk why but there sandwiches are extremely small right now… I purchased a spicy chicken sandwich at regular price of 7 dollar, but the patty is only half size as the sandwich bread… so small and super disappointing

My experience today wasn't too pleasant. The lady at the drive thru window wasn't too friendly. They didn't follow the directions mobile order. When i told her about the mistake she still got it wrong again. My advice is to listen to the customer besides they wasn't even busy. I really didn't have the time or gas to waste to go back up there.

This location is always empty, which you’d think would make service quicker — but unfortunately, that’s not the case. The staff here don’t come across as very friendly, and the service is consistently slow even when there are hardly any other customers. The food itself is fine and what you’d expect from Burger King, but the lack of energy and customer care really makes the whole experience disappointing. Definitely not my first choice when I’m in the area.

Second time I’ve been to this Burger King with the same result. They absolutely mayo bomb their food. You pick up the burger and the bun falls apart because it’s soggy and wet. The condiments are placed haphazardly as you have four dill pickle chips stacked on one side of the burger while the tomatoe is pouring out the side with patty. Pretty disgusting to eat. I know, what do I expect from a fast food place. Too much I suppose. Will not return.

A number of black foreign substances came out of the Fanta. I filed a claim with customer service and within two days, they said, “The store manager will contact you.” I said, but I didn't receive any communication. It's the worst.

A short while ago, I went to purchase a couple of hamburgers. It was my first time using the Burger King app, and I was not aware that I needed to provide certain numbers before placing my order in order to redeem a promotion. When I arrived at the drive-thru window, the lady in the attached photo was extremely rude and dismissive, making me feel as though I was asking for free food. She requested the numbers in a very unpleasant tone, as if providing this information was an unnecessary burden on her time. I would also like to note that the restaurant was completely empty at the time, to the point where her coworker was standing around without anything to do. I strongly believe that this employee should not be assigned to the drive-thru window if she is unwilling to provide respectful and professional customer service.

I ordered a Whopper with no onions and even double-checked the receipt — it clearly says “NO Onion.” But when I got home and took a bite, there were onions in the burger. Totally unacceptable, especially since I went out of my way to customize the order. It’s frustrating when simple instructions aren’t followed. This Burger King location needs to pay more attention to order accuracy. Disappointed.
