I’ve been to Fanous several times over the past few years, but this was my first visit since the new management, and it was such a great experience. Seeing Habib, one of the best bartenders in town, now managing the place made me genuinely excited. He makes absolutely incredible drinks, and his signature cocktails are always something I truly appreciate and enjoy. You can really tell the passion and creativity behind every drink. The food was fantastic, especially the Persian pizza, easily one of the best I’ve had. We also tried several different salads, all fresh and delicious. They’re very generous with their large teapots, and the hookah service is excellent, with frequent head changes that really show attention to quality. The space itself is great, indoor seating is chic and stylish, while the outdoor area is breezy and perfect for enjoying the warm Southern California December weather. Our server, Rojin, was wonderful, very kind, helpful, and always smiling, which made the experience even better. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended.
Went for lunch around 2pm on a Wednesday in December after a 9-mile trail run in Anaheim Hills. They had some construction work going on in the restaurant and there was no other customer, so I just ordered takeout. My beef shawarma was ready in 10 minutes. The quality and quantity of food were both very good, and there were plenty of fries on the side. They have very nice indoor as well as outdoor seating. Good value for the money. The shawarma came to around 18 bucks including tips and taxes.
Hands down the best Persian New spot (Renovated/ New owner) in town — Fanous Grill is a hidden gem that deserves all the hype! I went last night and was completely blown away. The kabobs were perfectly grilled: juicy, flavorful, and tender. The pizza was surprisingly amazing too — crispy crust, loaded toppings, and just the right balance of cheese and sauce (definitely not your average grill pizza!). The appetizers were top-notch:-) grilled eggplant appetizer, Samosas, crispy falafel, and that warm, pillowy bread you can’t stop eating. Every bite felt like a trip to Tehran! To top it all off, the hookah was smooth and flavorful, with plenty of options. The live music created such a fun and vibrant vibe. .Can’t wait to go back!
This was a great spot for a large group or special occasion. The atmosphere was really lively, and we even caught a spontaneous group dance at our next table (it was a birthday party!). The pizzas (we had the Persian pizza) and pastries for dessert were delicious and felt very authentic. The service was a bit slow that night, but a bit understandable since it was pretty busy. We waited a lot longer than usual for all our food and utensils.
What a little gem of a place this is! Amazing tastes, fantastic teas ( served with mint and rock sugar), awesome dishes that we hadn’t heard of before. Pouya, the owner, recommended an Afghani dish of lamp chop, rice, minces carrots, raisins which was out of this world. Bonus great hookahs with unique flavors ( we picked their Lady Killer lol) which turned out to be supreme and complimenting the mood. Cozy little spot, fresh after the rains, in a very clean patio and surprisingly quiet. This is a must go place and for many times to come. Try it and write back. We might see you there soon.
My daughter and I came here and we’re greeted with a very polite and generous host. We were super impressed with the establishment. The food is outstanding and the employees are incredible. Highly recommend coming..
Great ambiance, excellent food, drinks and sheesha. Highly recommend this place
Went on Sunday night. Dine inside. It was warm and quiet. The food was really good. Order the humus and the combo plate. The chicken one was very soft and juicy. The humus and pita are one the best I've ever tried. Waited for the food like less than 10 min. The humus came out right away. Oh, and the watermelon juice was on point. Not sweet and fresh. Also, order some fresh fries. Everything is order individual. I tried a mint and lemon drink to go. I felt that one was good to digest the food.
The food is amazing! Chapli kabob and qabuli were delicious! Highly recommend and will come back!
Delicious food and friendly staff made this worth the drive from LA! I highly recommend the Salmon Kabob and Bolani Kachaloo, a buttery flatbread stuffed with potatoes. For dessert, try the Chocolate Moulton lava cake, with vanilla ice cream, and the Kunafa, a crunchy, sweet, creamy, dessert sprinkled with pistachio. We finished the dinner with hot tea and hookah. It was a beautiful evening.
The food was excellent and service was just as good. There was a great dj and the atmosphere was very nice.
Why are you reading this review? Just get to Fanous as soon as you can! Amazing place! You definitely want to check this place out! I am not a hookah person but this place and the atmosphere made us want to try Hookah! The live music they have during the weekends is great! Sometimes it can be too loud but it is wonderful! The food is great and the service is excellent! It is a very happy and energetic environment! A must in OC!

I returned as promised, and it was just as wonderful as before. The atmosphere is family-friendly, the food and drinks are excellent, and the live music adds a great touch. I’m back, A friend recommended this place. It’s a the best place to have good food with a good service for a good price. Thank you Tony for everything. When I come back in December, I ll come back.
I’m from Belgium and I went to Fanous Fresh grill, nice restaurant with excellent service. The food is delicious. It’s Afghaan specialty, you will love it! Believe me 😋😋😋
Amazing place and with friendly and welcoming vibes. Nice outdoor scene, a little pricier compare to many hookah lounges in LA, one thing I don’t like is that they charge $4.99 for the hookah plastic hose, I think that should be at least a dollar if not free. Other than that totally love it and will go again, just won’t get the plastic hose.
The service was friendly and fast. I ordered take-out and it was made quickly, though I did not phone in the order beforehand. Very generous portions and extremely reasonably priced. I ordered the beef Koobideh. It was tasty but a bit bland. I'm going for the spicy version next time.
I went 3 times for lunch to Fanous. Food was delicious. excellent indoor and outdoor seating. Employees are friendly. I had an amazing experience. Oh and reasonable prices.
Excellent service, atmosphere, and food! We reserved the outdoor patio area for a small college reunion (around 30 people) and couldn’t have asked for a better venue. Everyone working there was extremely professional, kind, and accommodating throughout the night. They were also great about taking the reservation and working with us up to the night of the event. People really loved the food, the hookah was amazing, and Arash and the rest of the people we worked with were excellent through the whole night.
Fanous is the best choice for a nice experience. Thanks for everything and great moments
Best Mediterranean grill in CA, orange county. Atmosphere is cozy and staff is soo friendly 🥰 I always enjoy the outdoor sitting summer or winter thanks to the warmers they place around. If you are looking for somewhere to have a good ##Hokah, enjoy crazy delicious Mediterranean and eastern Asian dishes this is definitely your place to go. Bonus tip: the have special band a recreational activities on weekends 😊
It is an amazing restaurant. All the owners were so friendly, food is great. We love going there
I highly recommend you try this place for a get-together with your friends, I'm sure you'll love it.
No matter the day of the week, owner Tony and his friendly staff, treat patrons to an exceptional inclusive family experience and the most fabulous of delicious food. The atmosphere is as heart-warming as a poem by Rumi. As the charcoal lits up the evening, the galyān spirits of the Safavids come alive, music and laughter start filling the air, one may rest assure that this is the perfect home away from home. 🕊💞
The Persian Pizza was great. The homemade dressing was delicious.
I visit this place quite often. Over time, it has gone through changes in ownership, but I believe the current owners are doing a great job. They seem to genuinely care about maintaining and improving their store.
Excellent Persian food with a bit of Afghani influence. Halal meats, but also ample vegetarian options. Lovingly prepared. Warm and friendly staff.
It was really great time to be here with my friends, thank you so much for everything you did for us
friends and i got there pretty late after eating to get dessert at hookah. owner and staff were chill and very welcoming. we stayed til close lol
Came here on a Saturday night. It was moderately full and an intimate experience. I liked that the music wasn't too loud like other places and you could actually hear your conversation, which is why we left where we were before coming here. You must order the Arayes, it's a delicious spiced beef and cheese wrap. I had ordered the chicken koobideh as well. Quality hookah, smooth flavor, and not super harsh as I'm not a regular hookah smoker. We got the smooth rider flavor. very clean interior, fast service, highly recommend for a nice weekend lounge!!
100% best kabob in OC if not california and the outside and inside are both so nice. Service was also excellent it felt like I was a regular guest even when it was my first time there. WILL FOR SURE go again and I highly recommend
Loved everything about this restaurant. Enjoyed huka, Persian pizza, bakhlava and kanafe. Amazing service! Lovely atmosphere. Highly recommend it!
It's my first time here and I feel so glad to have found the perfect hang out place for myself and my friends! The food is amazing, but the staff are even more amazing! Their attitude is so positive and friendly that you feel right at home! I'll be coming back every week from now on ☺️
We had the best plate of all meats, rice, salad, and the best baklava for desert. The place is very unique and very modern. The overall service was excellent. Highly recommend this restaurant
Fanous provided food for our three family events, the food was really good and process was super easy fahim the owner made the food super delicious. The food was like by all of our guest will definitely recommend and use fanous again in the future.
Fanous Fresh Grill came through big time with catering! The food was fresh, delicious, and everyone at the event raved about it. Pouya made the whole process easy and professional from start to finish. If you want catering that wows your guests, Fanous is the go-to.
First time trying Afghan food. These guys do a great job with both Persian and Afghan foods. Super chill staff as well.
What a great place, we really enjoyed our time at Fanous. Highly recommend this place for outdoor gathering, live music, and good food!
They get A+ from all the the categories Atmosphere A+ Taste A+ Customer Service AA+ Many thanks to management specially Mr Pouya
Our experience was amazing. The food was absolutely delicious, and every dish was full of great flavors. The atmosphere was wonderful, the perfect setting for a fantastic meal. The meat was especially tasty, incredibly tender and juicy—cooked to perfection. We came all the way from Europe, looking for something healthy yet really delicious, as we were tired of all the fast food. When we found this place, it was exactly what we were hoping for. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal. !!!!!!!!!definitely worth a visit!!!!!!!
I’ve been coming to this spot for a while, and I have to say the new management nailed it. The whole place feels refreshed. The energy is better, the service is more on point, and they’ve really created a chill yet fun atmosphere. The hookah was amazing, smooth hits and tons of flavor options. The kabab koobideh was so Juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. And don’t leave without trying the kanafe crispy on the outside, gooey and sweet on the inside. A perfect finish to the night. The DJ spinning a great mix that keeps the place lively without being too loud to enjoy your night. Perfect background for catching up with friends or getting into weekend mode. This is easily one of the best hookah lounges around now. The new team have turned it into a spot worth coming back to again and again.
I recently visited this hookah lounge, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The Afghan food was absolutely delicious—flavorful, authentic, and served fresh. Every dish had the perfect balance of spices, and the kebabs were especially tender and juicy. The hookah experience was also top-notch with a variety of flavors that made for a relaxing evening. What truly stood out, though, was the customer service. The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. It’s the perfect spot to unwind with friends, enjoy great food, and a cozy atmosphere. Highly recommend!
I'm a first time customer here, and tried this place without reading any reviews. I was impressed by the layout of the restaurant, because it was decorated (but not overdecorated) and had indoor and outdoor seating options. Being seated outdoors here is better than in most restaurants because there's no foot traffic from the sidewalk. Also there were plentiful portions that won't leave you hungry. I highly recommend!
Best place to visit for food and hokkah, try there halaal pepperoni 🍕 pizza my favourite 🤩
The staff is so friendly to us always has a smile. The food is great you have to try it the meat melts in your mouth. I have had several things off their menu all full of flavor. Come here and try there food you will leave with a smile.
Absolutely amazing experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel so welcome. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and every detail—from the décor to the music—was perfect. The food was incredible—beautifully presented, full of flavor, and clearly made with care and fresh ingredients. Our server was attentive without being intrusive, and everything came out just right. We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to everyone we know! 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
Fanous has quickly become one of my favorite spots in town. The Persian pizza is incredible — loaded with flavor and that perfect crispy-soft crust. The Afghan kabab was juicy and full of smoky spice, and the shishlik melted in my mouth. You can really taste the quality and care in every dish. The staff are friendly and make you feel right at home. If you love Middle Eastern flavors, this place is an absolute gem!
Fanous is hands down one of the best Middle Eastern restaurants around. Their Persian-style pizza is something special, rich, flavorful, and perfectly baked with that unique Iranian twist you can’t find anywhere else. The Afghan kabab is juicy, tender, and full of authentic spice, and the shishlik was cooked to perfection, smoky, buttery, and incredibly satisfying. The portions are generous, the staff are kind and welcoming, and the whole place has that warm, family-style energy that makes you want to come back again and again. Whether you’re craving comfort food or want to impress guests with something unique, Fanous is a must-try!
Loved this place! The vibe was chill. The hookah was smooth, and the Persian pizza was so good. Mr Fahim were really friendly and made us feel welcome. Definitely coming back again with friends!
We had a great experience at Fanoos Mediterranean Grill. You can choose between outdoor seating, a semi-indoor heated tent area, or fully indoor tables. Live music which makes atmosphere warm and friendly. We were 6 people. Orders came accurately! My order was Koobide. It was perfect, all things on spot. Next time, I’ll try their pizza, as I’ve heard good things about it! Aysan was awesome, very friendly, funny, and handled our table perfectly despite how busy it was. Definitely come back!
We had the best catering experience with Fanous Grill! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavor — every guest loved it. The presentation was beautiful, and everything was perfectly prepared and on time. Fahim was professional, kind, and very easy to work with from start to finish. He truly went above and beyond to make our event stress-free and memorable. If you’re looking for high-quality catering with amazing service, I highly recommend Fanous Grill. We will definitely be using them again!

I've come to this place several times and I've had good experiences and bad experiences. The good have been better than the bad but my real rating would be a 3.5. Food: Their food is quite good, fresh and tasty. The problem is their menus are very old (they don't have many of the items that are offered) and this needs to be updated. They do not make any changes to items requested on the menu ie. substitutions etc. What you read is what you get...if they have it. Drinks: Their tea is great. Their watermelon and honeydew juice is spot on! Very tasty and no it's not naturally that sweet, they add sugar. Hookah: The hookah is very solid. Good smoke and lasts for quite a while. Make sure to take a coal off after you get it going so it doesn't burn so quickly. All in all: Great hookah spot. Menu needs an update and manager needs to become more lenient in granting small changes to orders...want a different side, charge extra don't just say no.
After leaving the beach down in Laguna I was starving and tired. Though I wanted sit down, getting take out to bring back seemed the best choice. I had never been here before but the server helped me with options, and arrange to put this together. The beef sultani was amazing, and i capped it with some kunafa for dessert. The outside space seems very inviting, and if I had more energy I would love to go back and enjoy the incredible smell of the cherry smoke . Plenty of parking, but it can be tight in between the spots
Great place to hang out with friends over hookah….good food options, however most of the kabobs we had ordered were over cooked and had to ask manager to replace some of the burnt gyro! They accommodated and we’re very nice. Service otherwise could use a boost, asked for Hot tea a pot was brought but no cups or glasses to pour it in! Good platter was brought, but no plates to eat it on, etc… had life Afghan music, great if you were afghan, otherwise it could use some variety on a Friday night… for those not used to 5 hours of Afghan music it becomes a bit too much and too intense! Overall, a great potential and good concept, just needs better management to take it to the next level!
07.29.23. I ordered salad with side order of salmon and also samosas. I ended up ordering for take out because it was too hot to eat outside and no place inside because they were getting ready for a private function. My first time here and I thought the Yelp reviews averaged between 3 and 3.5 stars. I agree with between 3 and 3.5 rating... Whether I ate the salad with side of salmon right there outside the restaurant, I still would say the salmon was too dry. The salad did not taste fresh and it could be because they put the salmon over the salad while the salmon was still hot, although the top of the container did not feel warm at all when it was brought to me. The three samosas were good size, good taste, but I wouldn't order again. It was just a good experience to visit and support a local restaurant. I wouldn't hesitate trying again and hopefully have a better experience next time.
Food was Afghani, which was interesting and distinct from Persian food, but the falafel were cold inside when presented. We were the only customers for lunch, and the server brought incorrect food (the falafel was the original order, but Afghan samosas made it to the table instead). Not sure how, if we were the only people in the restaurant how the order got mistaken, but sometimes a slow place is worse than a busy place.
This is a very nice spot in Tustin. Location is amazing and so is the ambiance. I really enjoyed sitting in the patio. That being said, service is pretty slow. Staff is extremely friendly and has that feel at home vibe. The food was descent too. I ordered the chapli kebab. In terms of the hookah, I think this place has potential. The charcoal that is being used is really cheap so it does not last long. The hookah was overpacked so hard to smoke. If they just altered how they serve hookah, the spot would be perfect. More airflow and better quality charcoal. I went two days in a row and the hookah is the same on both days. I ordered lady killer. Me and my guest noticed the same thing with the hookah. Place has potential and would love to see this place flourish. Hoping the owner sees this reviews so they can make the minor changes.

It's says " Fresh " grill, which was i was surprised! Ordered flafel sandwich which on menu was listed for $12 and I ask for yougort drink ( Ayran ) the only person was me and the gentleman who told me he is the owner and also he was cook and server! Flafel, which is the hot fried dish, came cold with super salty French fries that I wasn't able to eat a few, and the yogurt drink was basically mostly water! Being honest never ate anything like that and got charged $22 for it! I was just passing by the area and definitely won't come back again. Nice guy, but quality sucks!
I came here with my Arab friend and I think they gave him poor service…. because when they asked if he was Persian he said no. Shisha took 30 min, charcoal took 30 min and thy didn’t give him any. Was never asked if I wanted anything to drink after we first sat down. If your not Persian don’t go here

It was ok but i won't return. I went there with the wife hoping to have some good Greek food. The food looked good but it was pretty bland. Plus the service wasn't that good. There was a lot of tables open. The server kept trying to tell us how to order the food. Any change you ask for is met with resistance. Even asking for salt and pepper was tough. "the food is already seasoned" they told us. It's also not worth the price. Go at your own risk.

99 PERCENT OF THE MENU IS THE SAME LIKE OTHER GREEK PLACES. THE COLD,TASTELESS RICE,WITH TASTELESS MEAT KABOB COME WITH BURN PEPPER AND ONION AND COLD GRILL ,NOT SWEET TOMATO. THE SALAD DRESS WAS SO,SO,SO SOUR. THE TASTELESS EGG PLANT WAS NOT COOKED ALL THE WAY. THE TASTELESS CHICKEN KABOB WAS NOT HOT. FRUIT JUICE DRINK WAS NOT ICE COLD.. THEY HAVE SMOKER OUTSIDE IF YOU WANT TO SELL THEM LIFE INSURANCE
My friends and I came here Friday night. Service was extremely slow and we had to remind the servers many times that we’re waiting. A lot of the orders came out wrong and then took more time to get fixed. The atmosphere is nice but comes at a cost :/ we really enjoyed the meza platter though!
They used to be excellent, lately their food quantity and quality has declined tremendously. Their meat portions have been very less. Disappointing for the first time
We went for a group lunch. Did not look like it was open. It looks more like a venue inside. The food was okay nothing like the pictures on the website. It states vegetables and my meat skewer has a few pieces of meat, 2 pieces of onion and small pieces of bell peppers, no tomatoes. We asked aboyt Taziki sauce and none was ever brought out. Disappointing....
A solid two star! Don’t come to this place! Very loud and horrible DJ! So loud that I couldn’t even hear what my friend was talking. Not to mention one of the staffs was kinda rude. My friend was having her dinner when the staff abruptly dropped a used hookah pipe right in front of her plate! Food was bad too! Overall a 2/10!
They were out of most drinks and entrees, they forgot about us a few times, took a very long time for food and drinks to come out
Very bad service and the food was not good either. They are very slow. I would not go there again
lam a visiter in the area and been to so many other hookah lounges and had great time and better services when the time came up for this hookah loung, I went with few of my friends to see what kind of place and hookah they serve. The waiter was disrespectful he let us in around 9:30 pm we ordered food and hookah when he was dropping the food on the table he told us we're about to close in 15 minutes i told him you supposed to let us know before we order he was very rude as it’s our fault I would suggest not to waste your time and money I waste over $150 , you don't wana ruined your night with poor service and waste of time.
Great place but customer service is very slow
Failed to acknowledge the customer in a timely manner, place appeared to be very disorganized and chaotic. Took the employees at least 25 to 20 minutes to even to acknowledge me, even though all the while I was standing a few feet away and looking in their direction. Servers/workers would pass me by multiple times however lacked the courtesy to inquire from me to see if I needed assistance. Then they could not locate my order. Apparently the disorganization and chaos spilled over to my order via Door Dash, they had to redo my order, Basically took another 1 hour for them to prepare my order. The total time it took for the restaurant from inception from me placing the order to fulfilling the order was over 2+ hours. I did voice my displeasure and dissapointment to the Manager upon me leaving the premises, the apology felt insincere and nothing was offered to remedy my inconvenience. I will not recommend, customer service needs to be completely overhauled and employees and management to be given an orientation regarding acknowledging customers promptly and given a basic course in customer service skills.
Worse experience ever, the staff is disrespectful and they will make you feel miserable. If you hard worker and looking for fun time on the weekend DO NOT GO THERE, you’ll pay them money and they will ruin your day. I sat down for long time nobody great us or even ask us if we want to drink something. The food came more than 2 hours later. In short, there’s many Hookah Lounge around the area and they will love to earn our business and provide the great customer service that we deserve. If you want to have fun and good experience DO NOT GO THERE
This night we visited there and eaten beef kabab kunafah turkish coffee tea and smoked shisha. If possible to give - i will. Service is 0 Food tastes is 0 Sweet is 0 Tea is 2 Coffe is 2 Hookah is 3. Never we will come back again and not recommending to anyone.
This place has a zero customer service. The server who was working today 4/17/22 at 7:00 pm was very rude. The menu does not have lots of options. The chairs are so small and they are made for small size people. I definitely would not recommend this place. We ended up going to Divan Mediterranean grill where the food and customer service were great
NEVER again coming here. I had been wanting to try this place for a while and everything from food to service to the shady bill was disappointing. I ordered a close to $30 plate and not even the rice was good, the meats were not fresh and not very flavorful. Service was not good. Once we asked for the bill the guy comes out with the credit card machine and charged us. No receipt, nothing. Something about the price didn’t sit well-I added up everything we ate plus tax and somewhere we were overcharged. Very disappointed.
I arrived at the restaurant around 10:15 PM. The store was set to close at 11:30 PM. I kindly asked the server, “Can I still order?” and the server said yes. I then proceeded to a table, but the server asked me to go to the ordering portal instead. That was fine, so I placed my order and sat at a table to wait. A little later, two other people came in and were able to place their order directly at the table. It made me wonder—am I not welcome here because I am foreign person? I apologize if the server assume I am ordering to go. I was originally planning to sit and eat but I thought the restaurant going to close.
It was a rip off! We wer charged 36$ for the hookah and 30$ for a pot of green mint tea and French fries. Total was 66$ which is brutal for what it is! And the crazy part is the price of the tea and fries on the menu was lower so it makes no sense! My friend and I had a nice evening so we just paid and left and weren't in the mood for arguing or making a fuss but we re definetly NOT coming back! What a scam!!!!
This place always was a mixed bag when it came to service but after my last experience we won’t ever come back. I had either a server or a person who claimed to be one of the owners come off as super nice but clearly was there to take advantage after giving us his sob story of not being able to afford living in the area. We were charged 160 dollars for a lunch menu kabob plate, an order of lamb chops, a hookah and 2 waters and a coke. FOR LESS than that over the week, we had the best sushi restaurant in SD, incredible Italian food for less and literally could have went to nobu Malibu for less. It’s sad especially when you get taken advantage by your own countrymen but whatever, we just won’t return EVER.
This restaurant's practices are deeply troubling. They took the liberty of tipping themselves using my card without my consent. On our last visit, we spent around $50 on a few drinks and a hookah, staying for only about 30 minutes. The employees’ attitude and attention were far from satisfactory. To make matters worse, they charged me the $50 plus an additional 25% tip without asking for my approval. Upon noticing the extra charge on my receipt, I returned to inquire about it. The staff appeared nervous as they tried to explain that they had taken the tip directly from my card without any prior discussion. It was an incredibly uncomfortable moment, leaving me feeling like I had been robbed. Experiences like this make me wary of ever returning to such places.
I went to get a cup of tea. We ordered a pot. The water was warm and not hot. Also, the tea has no taste at all ! We ordered a plate of fruit, and it comes to the table after an hour!! The hookah was so bad, too. To be honest, I did not try the food here, so I can't place any reviews on the food.
Be aware!!!! We came yesterday, and they added extra stuff that we didn’t order on the bill and felt like it was a scam attempt. BE CAREFUL… Check your items before giving them your card…. Never again
We drove more than 85 miles to try the Fanous restaurant, but we were shocked when the staff told us that they are closed for cleaning!!!!!! What the heck? If you respect your customers you should update your working hours on google so that the customer knows, you should be more professional and show appreciation to your customers.
The worst hookah experience I’ve ever had—by far. Absolutely terrible. No service, no quality, no understanding of what hookah even is. This place is total trash and honestly shouldn’t be open. Complete waste of time and money.
Ordered a plate to start off the night. We were served a plate with 5 pieces of meat and the rest full of rice. On the menu it was stated that salad and lavash bread were included in he meal. We were not given our full order by the server and when we asked for the remainder of the items he said those were either/or options not items included with the plate. I spoke to another employee who told me that those items were to be served with the plate and were not either/or options. I explained that we did not receive those items with our plate. He offered a discount because we didn’t receive our full meal. Then we ordered dessert, pistachio ice cream. We were given vanilla ice cream and the server gave us an extra scoop because he was sorry. At the end of the night we were charged full price for our meal despite us not receiving half of the items listed on the menu. I reminded the server that we were offered a discount for not receiving our full meal as stated on the menu and he said “that’s why I gave you extra ice cream…” Dine at your own risk
Worst hookah spot ever. Zero service, terrible quality. Don’t waste your time.
