Ordered a Cold Brew Coffee High Protein - Almond Mocha (Almonds, 100% cocoa, Dates, Whey protein, Protein blend, nonfat milk, Espresso or cold brew coffee) I added immune support (vitamins D, C, E, Zinc & Selenium) also added shitake mushroom powder, ginger. It's delicious and you are able to customize for many variations. I got it in the vio biodegradable foam cup - no extra charge for that. The cup looks and feels like standard foam. After 4 years it will biodegrade which is great for the environment. I've never been inside so can't speak on the atmosphere of the store. Highly recommend this place. The price came to $12.10 + $1.61 tax for a 32 oz so $13.71 + tip for driver🥤🍫☕️😊
Came in for the tart cherry and apparently it hasn’t been available for a year! Never knew. Ended up getting a great suggestion from the crew!

I went to the Smoothie King on Broadway in Tyler after a funeral for a friend. I ordered 2 smoothies. The young Lady, Addy, asked why I was dressed up. When I told her I was coming from a friend's funeral, she handed me both and wouldn't accept payment for them. This is the 2nd time I have been there, and Addy has stood out both times with her kindness and professionalism. I will tell all my friends that this is a great place to come for a Smoothie
I was given bad fruit on my Peanut Butter Toast from the Smoothie King on Troup Hwy, So I called this location and told them what happened and Ava was sooo sweet enough to help me out! Always loved this location, food, and service is always great!!

I went to the Smoothie King on Broadway in Tyler after a funeral for a friend. I ordered 2 smoothies. The young Lady, Addy, asked why I was dressed up. Very kind , they were able to make my smoothie exactly how I needed it with my dietary restrictions. They were happy and friendly. I bought the high protein coffee but as dairy free

Half the time I don’t get my goji berries. It doesn’t matter if it was an add on or normally part of the smoothie bowl. Even when I ordered the Go-Go-Goji Crunch I didn’t get any goji berries. Honestly seems like lack of care and laziness. Especially since my order last night was supposed to have sliced bananas but instead they just cut off the end of a banana and threw it in whole. For the price the bowls cost it doesn’t seem worth it anymore.
This location is hit or miss. The taste of same flavor smoothies is inconsistent. Tried to use a local coupon for a free smoothie of choice with purchase of one equal or greater in value OR $2.00 off any SINGLE medium or large. The staff kept saying they could only give me a $2.00 discount regardless of my order of two identical 32oz smoothies. After I read it to them a couple times they relented either from understanding or a lack of patience for my insistence. Overall a decent substitute for Jamba Juice.

This place used to have consistency and each time I ordered a smoothie, I knew what to expect. That’s no longer the case though, as it seems like it’s a hit or miss here. On top of that the staff is kinda disinterested it seems like. I went in recently and a tall, slim young man with a hoodie took my order and made the smoothie, but did not speak a single word to me the entire time! I’m not trying to hold down a conversation, but common politeness goes a long way. I’m sorry I inconvenienced him and made him do his job.
Today at 7:18 pm I went to this location to get my service pups a pup cup (bark blend) but today was different I was told that they did not do this and I needed to go to Starbucks or a different chain. I informed the young lady that I get my dogs these cups from both locations all of the time. She was continued to tell me I was wrong and that there is no such thing and they have never had pup cups. By this time other customers were starting to come in I asked her to cancel my smoothie and I left. I am not upset with the young lady, I am frustrated that there was no manager there to help her or to intervene while she called a customer a liar. I am frustrated that she is unfamiliar with the menu but I also understand that it is not advertised. Either way I went to the other location and my pups got their pup cups with peanut butter. So still a Good Day just a minor hiccup
A friend and I went in on September 4, 2024 around 8pm for a smoothie, there was a younger girl and guy working and we both ordered the pineapple surf and the girl made us both a strawberry banana smoothie??? Like that’s not even remotely close.
My hubby ordered online and when I got there I waited 7 min in lobby before girl came and she hadn’t even started the order, had a attitude the whole time, and I didn’t know it was another associate in the back another lady came in after me and had to wait as well because they where to busy in the back yapping I assume! Girl sneezed in her shirt and didn’t even bother to wash her hands so I sent my hubby back up there to handle his order, considering that’s a busy store you would think the customer service and people would be nice but nope I won’t ever go back there this store needs supervision
Signed up for the text messages on the iPad at the register and then asked her if i could use the $2 off a med or large smoothie. She then goes on to say i had to tell her i did it before she put it in but i didn’t get the text until i was already ordering. I hadn’t even paid yet, would it not be possible to just re-ring up the smoothie so i could get the discount before i paid? Then rang me up for a large when i clearly asked for a medium smoothie. I just walked out with the large, i was over the entire interaction at that point. Ridiculous. Do not recommend this place.

I left this store at 2:06 pm and I made a mental note because one of the coworkers was so incredibly unprofessional and unpleasant. The African American girl is always so polite, kind and professional and I want that to be known and she should be praised for having to work with the other girl. First I went in and noticed it was kind of busy which is fine. I walked up to the counter and this employee was clearly upset or at least I hope she was because she just stared at me. No hello how are you? What can I get for you all I got was glaring eyes and pursed lips. I gave my order and she just looked at me. Let’s first discuss the difference between a messy bun and just plain mess. If you were going for the unkempt look you clearly did it. Secondly really you have your earbuds in the entire time? Oh ok you’re that important. After taking my order she walked over to a relative or friend who brought her some mccalisters food. I was then taken aback by her short short shorts. Just because it fits doesn’t mean you need to wear it to work. Then her sad ankle socks and her well worn slides. Are slides really acceptable foot wear for work. Clearly by her appearance and demeanor she was put out having to work there but actually she didn’t she sat down and began stuffing her face. I felt so bad for the other girl who was over compensating for her coworkers attitude. I told her I felt bad for her. So before giving attitude and bad service you better check yourself. If she is still working here sadly she doesn’t represent you well.

The one time I order here on broadway they give me my açaí bowl all melted and it looked like water please next time serve ur customers with a good bowl not a melted one!

This location is the closest to home. So I’ve gone to it several times. Each time I leave disappointed. First time order online: when I arrived they had atleast 4 smoothies on the counter without any lids. When I asked for a lid I was advised they ran out of lids. My smoothies were melted and with the amount of people waiting I walked out with a lukewarm drink. I didn’t even drink it, because I was thinking about all the people who had been in there talking, coughing, shouting over my drink. Second time: ordered there, received my drink in a timely manner and at the right temperature. However, the girl at the register was rude and seemed to act as if my ordering was an inconvenience to her. She was texting on her phone while I was ordering. Third time: ordered online. Arrived and my drink was lidded and fresh. The girl at the register had costumers but she acknowledged and greeted me. 🙂 Forth time was last week: Everything was awful. Ordered online: Arrived a couple of minutes before my pickup time and the girl at the register was helping another customer. I understood why my order was not on the counter yet. Would have liked to be greeted but no biggie. I waited patiently while the girl at the register tried to figure out how to ring up her customer. After 5 mins of fidgeting with the register she called for help. Addie appeared and she struggled with the order while the first girl stood behind her texting. Addie was finishing up that order when she began calling/yelling for backup. A third girl appeared and went to the ordering kiosk, she asked if she should be preparing the online order (mine; which had been sitting for 15 minutes now) or the order that was printing now. Addie proceeded to say the order for the guy standing in front of her. Customer walked away and I told Addie that was my online order from 15 mins ago, she told me “well obviously she’s going to work on that next.” The girl making the smoothies asked for help from the first girl (who was still texting) and she said she was now off the clock and walked out. She then asked Addie for help, and she said she could not help because she was not allowed to make smoothies because she was sick. Addie retrieved to the back where I could hear her laughing with other coworkers. The smoothie maker messed up and started her “current” order a second time. Two more customers arrived and she called for help, where now a 4th crew member emerged from the back and began taking their order. My smoothies were now 30 mins late and I had to call to reschedule an appointment I had; since I was now running late. In that time 2 more customers came in and eventually left because Addie was back at the register unable to provide someone a refund. She was rude, incompetent with the register and being able to deligate work. She said she was the team lead, but had us waiting while she had coworkers in the back instead of assigning them to help the team or the customers. I will not be going to this location again.
