We came today for their first day since opening. The service was excellent from the moment we walked in; the staff were very friendly and attentive. The menu is lovely. They even have a rack with hooks for hanging coats, making us more comfortable at the table—a thoughtful touch that very few places offer. We chose the set menu, and the quality/price ratio was fantastic. We understand that the service was a little slower today due to the staff being a bit nervous on their first day, which is perfectly understandable. My sincerest congratulations, and I wish you all the best. I will definitely recommend you! Congratulations also to the chefs for their many hours of work and to whoever is responsible for those spectacular croquettes.

New opening! Very friendly staff and a joy for the town. The tortilla pincho was exquisite. They have Mahou beer and Estrella and 1906 on tap—what more could you ask for?

A very good experience, pleasant staff, and the same location. The quality of the food stands out: a delicious cocido montañés, a delicious cachopo, and an unbeatable entrecote. We couldn't even move all afternoon, but we couldn't leave anything behind.

I think it's definitely one of our favorite places. We're from Barcelona and have been going there for over 10 years. I recommend making a reservation and trying the vaca vieja (old cow) for those who like good meat. Of course, they also have kchopo (a type of meat), cured meats... well, I think anything!

We really enjoyed it! The waitresses were super friendly and attentive. The terrace was pleasant. The daily menu was perfect. Everything was delicious, especially the seafood rice. And the desserts! The orujo cream and Grandma's cake were delicious!

We were staying in that town and came across the restaurant by chance. A very friendly woman served us. We weren't very hungry, so we were left wanting to try the meat. But we were delighted with what we had. I wish we had been able to try more.

We LOVED this place! We are on a Home Exchange with a family from Polanco (they are in our home in The Netherlands) and they recommended a hike nearby and then to eat here. We arrived and the waitress seemed at first doubtful as we had not reserved but then once we said we were happy to be inside we got a table instantly. She also instinctively talked to us in Dutch! We are French / GB but my husband had said "nee" in the middle of a Spanish sentence so she burst into Dutch. Very unexpected. Anyway, its a lovely local place and all the staff went out of the way to communicate with us in bit of English, Spanish, Dutch and advise us what to eat. The venison stew was delicious. Heel veel bedankt / many thanks / merci beaucoup y muchas gracias! You made our day!

Spectacular food and even better service. We enjoyed a €25 weekend menu that rivals the à la carte menu: homemade red beans, perfectly cooked ribeye steak, and tender, flavorful lamb. All served in generous portions and with surprising quality. We especially want to highlight the service provided by Sheila, a top-notch waitress: warm, friendly, professional, and with a constant smile that makes you feel at home. We will definitely return.

Ayer fuimos a comer el menú, y muy rico todo, nos contaron que eran nuevos llevando el restaurante, el cocido montañés muy rico buen sabor y muy calentito, pedimos croquetas también sabrosas, y lo mejor la carne en el punto que la pedimos, y un sabor de muerte se nota que es carne de la zona, y para finalizar unas torrijas 🤤... Es importante destacar la amabilidad con que nos atendieron se nota el empeño que ponen para que estés cómodo. ...dos comensales satisfechos Rafa y yo 😊

A restaurant with traditional cuisine. We had the €25 menu of mountain stew and meat. The stew was truly wonderful, accompanied by country bread. The meat, on the other hand, wasn't the best; it took a while to cut, but it tasted good. Homemade desserts.

The weekend menu was good, with no outstanding dishes; the portions were generous. The restaurant was practically empty, but the service was improving.

Vinimos un domingo a comer , tuvimos mala suerte , pues en carta había dos menús pero cuando fuimos a pedir lechazo no había, así que tuvimos que pedir el menú sencillo, unos pedimos cocido ( no había compago para todas las raciones y además escasas) que vino frío y aunque pedimos calentarlo vino la segunda vez más frío que la primera, los canelones no quedaban tampoco así que pedimos pimientos rellenos y estaban ricos pero también fríos, tambien pedimos chuletuca que estaba súper tierna y rica , y a la hora de los postres , había cuatro postres en la carta para elegir tarta de queso, torrijas , manzana asada, y flan de huevo , al ir a pedirlo no quedaba nada más que tarta de queso y no para todos , manzana asada y flan . Y a esto le sumamos que una de las personas de la mesa comió el primer plato cuando el resto casi estaba acabando el primero , digamos que fue mala suerte porque luego nos dijeron que tuvieron problemas en cocina , pero aún así mucho desorden y teniendo una carta tan concreta y escueta a variedad , choca que hubiese esas faltas de alimentos ( poco compango y falta de platos )
