Absolutely one of the best Boba shop. The menu is excellent! Much better price than Berkeley. Absolutely refreshing and delicious. We tried 4 drinks , and we all really enjoyed it. The Mango frosty with jasmin green is strongly recommended! I really enjoyed my matcha frosty with red bean. Mango and strawberry fruit drinks are very refreshing. I like how fast this place is eventhough people lined up.
Sometimes good desserts shops are replaced by better dessert shops. It’s crazy how quickly even decent boba or matcha shops go out of business, but another good spot pops up. Sunright replaced the matcha shop that was here for not too long. Cut throat out here in the Bay. Glad to have another good boba spot come into the local East Bay Area though! I only tried the brown sugar milk so far, but I’ll be coming back to try more stuff.
This is the boba place ever to exist. They also have a cool mirrors/photo area and a skibidi toilet.
Hip little boba shop with fun drinks. I really liked my cheese foam tea but that's because I'm a salty cheesy boi LOL. Seemed like it gets pretty busy but there's a lot of baristas so it goes by quick. My friend and I both got 50% sweetness but my friend's tasted like it was still at 100%. Not sure if someone messed up or if the fruit tea juices are extra extra sweet naturally. Drinks: 7/10 Vibes: 6/10 Value: 5/10
Sunright has the best fruit teas in my opinion (better than yifang). I think the sweet spot is between 0-25%. Also the half gallon jugs are made fresh, not beforehand.
after trying sunright tea at a couple of locations in the southbay i was super excited to try the one closer to me in union city. id say that my experience has always been very efficient. bc id ordered at the kiosk then the turnaround time for my drink would be quick. they also have a short hallway with mirrors and lights for photo ops but besides so theres no room for seating so definitely a spot where you drop in and out! ambiance v casual and limited parking in the lot attached but its one of those places where a lot of people are in n out so the parking spots also opens up pretty fast. i usually order their sunright fruit tea with no toppings, less ice, and less sugar. which hits the spot on a hot day as its refeshing.
I thought I would try one of their seasonal options, so I went for the Peach Frostie! I really loved the jasmine tea jelly that comes with it. Very refreshing, fragrant, and subtly sweet. The peach frostie itself was pretty sweet, even at 50%. I loved that it didn't taste like articifical syrup though. Definitely had that ripe summer peach flavor I look for~
i personally went to the one in Union City. got one of the Red Bull Infusion drinks and their pudding milk tea. for the Red Bull drink. they actually gave us the remain that wasn’t used in the drink. for the milk tea, it was similar to the Teamoji one with the milky pudding in the bottom. don’t get me wrong they were both still good tho
Kayla was such an amazing employee, she radiates energy. She was extremely helpful recommending me drinks and how to adjust them to my liking. The drinks were amazing and the service was fast, I recommend this place to anyone in the Bay Area.

Those two items I tested yesterday they both are yummy and awesome testy I have never had before. I do recommend that you can try if you interested in testing different flavor of drinks
Friendly, attentive, accommodating staff. Drinks were delicious and fresh. Cute interior design as well as plenty of parking spots. Strawberry Matcha was delicious!
Clean place, automated POS, well-made, customized milk tea, bobas are juicy, bouncy, and fresh! If you need a quick fix, come to Sunright!
Fast and easy to order what I want. This location uses real fruit and have honey as a sweetening option. Will continue to return.
Sunright is one of the better Boba spots in the Bay Area and it's definitely a must visit. The quality seems to be consistent with their different locations. I've had the opportunity to try most things on the menu but my favorite is the grape frosty, which unfortunately seems to be a seasonal item. The menu is extensive enough to where there should be something for everyone as there are your more traditional choices, as well as, some fusion (East meets West), creative new drinks. Sunright uses high quality ingredients, many of which are locally sourced in California. And yes, you can absolutely tell the difference! This is also because they don't cut corners and costs during the prep. The staff is always on top of things and even when there are long lines, they always work diligently and quickly while maintaining the high quality standard. The location itself is small, narrow, and it's pretty much a grab and go at the moment but the decor matches the theme. If you haven't heard of Sunright, definitely give it a go and you'll be pleasantly surprised.
The best Sunright location in the bay area. The drinks are consistent and has a lot of tea flavor. I've tried the other Sunright locations and the service and drinks suck.

My experience at Sunright was perfectly acceptable. The ordering process was straightforward and efficient, and the drink was prepared quickly. The boba itself was decent, though still a tad sweet, even though we only got 25%. I think if we were to return, we would probably get 0% sweetness and just use the sweetness of the boba itself to flavor the drink. I have been to Sunrights in Seattle as well, and had the same experience, so I would think it is not an accident that their drinks are on the sweeter side. Unless you have a hankering for overly sweet drinks, I'd go with 0% here!
Sunright is one of my favorite boba spots their teas and drinks are so delicious and you can tell its high quality. Wait time can be a little long so I usually order ahead online. Their matcha is definitely my fav!
The place was pretty busy but you can order in advance or through their kiosk. I would recommend the Oreo Brûlée Boba Milk drink.

It's a 10 minute drive from where we live so we've come here way too many times. I think Sunright used to be one of the best in the bay area years ago, but now they're right around above average. Price-wise about the same as every other half decent milk tea spot and taste-wise stronger on the tea than the milk. It's lost the wow after so many visits, but somehow still always hits the spot.

Disappointed by Inflexible Management and Poor Customer Service As a long-time loyal customer and frequent group order organizer, I'm saddened to write this review. I've been a fan of Sunright Tea Studio for years, consistently bringing business both personally and through company orders. Until today, we've never experienced any issues. This afternoon at 2:30 PM, I visited the store when it was completely empty of other customers. I intended to order two Sunright Fruit teas but accidentally ordered one Sunright Fruit tea and one Strawberry Jasmine tea. Immediately upon realizing my mistake, I asked the barista, Skylar, if she had started making the drinks. When she confirmed she hadn't, I politely requested to change my order. What followed was deeply disappointing. Skylar checked with her supervisor, Tiffany, who came out only to point at their "no substitution after purchase" policy on the wall. Despite the drinks not being made yet, the store being empty, and my history as a regular customer, there was zero flexibility. Tiffany's response was cold and rigid, offering no solution except to pay for an entirely new drink. What troubles me most isn't the policy itself, but how it was handled. As a supervisor, Tiffany represents Sunright Tea Studio's brand values and customer service philosophy. Her approach was disappointingly inflexible and showed little regard for customer satisfaction. There was no attempt to find a middle ground or acknowledge the circumstance - just a cold reference to policy. In today's competitive Bay Area bubble tea market, customer experience matters as much as product quality. While I've enjoyed Sunright's drinks for years, this incident highlights a concerning attitude toward customer service. A brand is built not just on its products, but on its people and how they treat customers. To Sunright Tea Studio's management: Please consider that your supervisors are the face of your brand. Every employee interaction shapes customer perception, especially at the leadership level. While your drinks remain good, today's experience has made me question whether I want to continue supporting a business that shows so little consideration for customer satisfaction. Sometimes it's not about the product - it's about the brand. Sometimes it's not about the flavor - it's about the people representing your business. Today's experience fell far short of what I've come to expect from Sunright Tea Studio.
Came here and ordered three drinks. Quality was average and one of the service guy was super rude condescending customer’s orders. Tea flavor in milk tea is not very strong, tasted like syrup iced water.

first time i came here the milk in our brulee drink was spoiled, this time the brulee drink felt like it was missing the creme brulee so it just tasted like oreo milk :(
People work here got attitude man! We came here today tried to order some drinks since we haven’t been to Sunright for awhile. We didn’t notice the business hours and thought they opened at 1130 ( which normally most of the tea shops do). My husband tried to open the door but it was locked because he saw someone went in. He thought the door was broken so he tried with some force. A girl then came right out and said we open in five minutes and please don’t do that to the door. My husband was like well I didn’t know you guys were not opened and I saw someone went in. I didn’t do it on purpose. And the girl just kept saying well I saw you did that to the door and yes someone came in that was my coworker. My husband said it to her again he didn’t do that on purpose, but the girl just wouldn’t let go. We kept explaining and she kept making it sound like my husband was on purpose and she even said that my husband got an attitude. Eventually she told us you know what don’t order. Is it this how you treat your customers now Sunright? I guess you really don’t care about your business. I will give negative stars if there’s an option. We will NOT visit this tea shop again.
