You can't go wrong and can't go without having or trying In-N-Out! There is a reason people out of state and country seek them out. Quality is always top tier as well as accuracy and customer service. You may wait a bit, but the lines go fairly quickly. It just proves that they are doing something very right. Other establishments need to take a page out of the In-N-Out handbook!

In-N-Out Burger is the best. In my opinion they have the best food and price of any burger joint around. Most of their locations have ample parking and seating. They are fast and accurate with every order. I highly recommend them over any other hamburger place.

In-N-Out Burger has been a family tradition in my family for four generations now. When I travel, even outside of Southern California, I love finding mom n pop burger spots but when I'm home only good old In N Out Burger satisfies the craving and I don't have to break the bank to get my granddaughters one of thee Best burgers in all 50 states. The long drive through lines are even part of the experience for my granddaughters and I. We play games, tell jokes and watch videos as we patiently wait.

I would recommend this location to anyone. 10/10. I went through the drive through, and this hardworking, handsome man was on hand held and he took my order. Thomas Mann gave the best costumer service you could imagine, with kindness, efficiency, and gracefulness. He gave me everything I wanted. my burger and fries were absolutely delicious. I'm new to the area and this location always delivers an exceptional experience. I already knew the food and milkshakes were amazing, but what stands out about my visits were the friendly staff that works hard and anticipates everything a customer may need. The lines may be long, but they move quick! I can't wait to enjoy my meal in the old school outdoor seating area when the rain clears up and experience the atmosphere that looks so welcoming when ordering at the window. (To anybody looking for their first job: I caught a glimpse of somebody getting some training and it looks like they were engaged and having fun! That crunch on the bun, juicy beef patty and the fresh vegetables are what makes this burger joint a favorite. I’ve been to a dozen locations. Just visited yesterday during post-work dinner rush, but all staff (order-taker, cooks, cashier) were professional, understanding, and as fast as they could be at a location so popular. Always worth the wait, better price and better food than most places. Perfect for family meal.

This is a very nice In N Out, outdoor seating and comfortable. They always have a line so be prepared to wait if you show up. I have always enjoyed this chain and this is most local to my family so I'm most familiar with it. Nights are usually busier than normal but still worth the wait. I came during a slow time so I had no problems Sunday night, but I passed by here on a Saturday night and it looked like a block party around 10pm. I mean it was super packed. Some properties the bread comes soft, this one has a little crunch on the bread which I love. They nailed my animal style fries, and my 4x4 was smackin! A friend I hadn't seen for awhile came for a visit. It was around lunch time so we decided on In-N-Out. There are 3 In-N-Outs in close proximity to my residence. We settled on the one off of Foothill Blvd & near Central Ave. We arrived right when lunch was at its peak. I said "Man, look at that line!" My friend stated "Well, it is lunch time." I remarked "You know if you don't want to wait in this line, we can go somewhere else." She said "I don't mind waiting. Besides, gives us time to talk." The line did move faster than I expected, thanks to the In-N-Out employee armed with a headset & tablet. We ordered it to go because we were taking the food back to my house. The food was great & surprisingly the fries were still warm. I had a Double-Double Combo: the burger was animal style but with grilled & raw onion just the way I like it, a french fry & iced tea. We both enjoyed our meal. I have never been disappointed by anything I have ordered at In-N-Out.

I've been a regular customer of in and out since the irwindale drag strip / Baldwin Park days. But from this day forward I will never set foot in another in and out after listening to Lindsey Snyder's interview on a podcast recently. What can I say? It's In-N-Out. It's deliciousness is legendary. This particular location is nice. It's usually always clean just be careful with the traffic. I say this because not all the drivers passing through are polite or mindful that there are people walking around. This is mostly attributed to the businesses in which this location is sandwiched in. So pedestrians and driver's please be mindful of each other.

This in-N-out use to be really good but lately the FRIES HAVE TASTED HORRIBLE!!!!! The fries have been stale/cold/saggy and under cooked. Something is always wrong with my order and they never give me condiments no matter how many times I remind them. Customer service is below average especially for in-N-out. For some reason this location is slow no matter how long or short the line is. It's probably because of all the mistakes they make! Burnt fries, burnt fries, BURNT FRIES. We always go to this specific location - being closest to us, and they ALWAYS burn the fries. If you ask for “light fries” they come soggy and undercooked. I finally asked them not to give us burnt fries and they still did anyways. I asked them to remake it and sure enough, soggy and undercooked. I always ask for extra lettuce because if I don’t I end up with a soggy protein cheese burger. You can see the meat because the lettuce is so thin. I asked for extra veggies (tomatoes and lettuce) and the burger just doesn’t have any of that. So disappointed.

Avoid this In-N-Out at night if you value your time. This location is easily one of the slowest in all of Southern California. The team here seems to have no sense of urgency whatsoever. Expect to wait close to an hour just to get your food—even when the line isn’t that long. The most disappointing part? After all that waiting, the food sometimes comes out cold. That’s unacceptable, especially from a place known for speed and quality. Do yourself a favor and choose a different location—this one is a letdown every single time.

We got our burgers and they’re supposed to be animal style, which includes grilled onions which we didn’t get. We also asked for chopped chilies in our burger but only got one singular chili in it and there was only one single leaf of lettuce in our burgers. Very disappointing that they don’t care. We also waited 45 minutes for our food from the drive through which makes it so confusing how you can’t get it right with that much time. The cashiers didn’t smile at us either :(
