Round Table Pizza

Since we moved out of the area, there are no Round Tables near us. We were in the neighborhood on Saturday and had to have it again. The pizza and twists were the best. There was a minor issue, but we do appreciate the cookies you gave us!

My sons and I have enjoyed Round Table for decades. The quality is always good. Unique pizzas and the bread sticks are great. The app needs a lot of work, but the staff here strive to please

Upland Round Table manages to never change, while still feeling new and fresh. It’s a local standard! The food is always great, friendly service, and fun atmosphere. There are games for kids, plenty of seating, and cold beer. What more could you ask for?

I've been to numerous pizza places but I rarely give reviews for them. I've been to More than 5 different Round Table Pizza places, and at least 4 of them came with a very disappointing 3 star's in my opinion. However, the Round Table Pizza located on Foothill in Upland is exceptional; I just don't understand why the others are inconsistent with this one. The pizza is always cooked to perfection, and the place is very family friendly. Whenever I ever think of ordering pizza, I always travel out of my way just to eat at this location. I think that all round table pizza should use this location as a prime example of how to run their pizza business. Plus I have been going to this location for more than 6 years, and the employee's have always been excellent to say the least, especially one that stands out: a short manager named Alex, who resembles the fictional character Mario. Alex is extremely professional; you can tell by his appearance and attitude that he takes pride in his work. This review is way past due, and I wish I had done it years ago :). Keep up the great work Upland Round Table and you will be seeing me very soon.

This is one of the nicer round tables I have visited. The staff are very very friendly and understanding. The atmosphere is really relaxing between 2-4PM. The decor is very unique. They have a fireplace in the middle of the room with seating around it. I'll be coming back to this one.

The employees at this Upland locale have made my pizzas to my exact specifications, which I of course make a mental note of this as it is greatly appreciated. Today I had the pleasure of speaking to this nice Man on the phone as he took my order and gave me a good attitude to go along with it. James helped me out inside and was very gracious and accommodating. Finally, I had a wonderful conversation with the main manager Amanda (I believe that's her name. She looked like a badazz blonde beach girl) who was so much fun as she made DARN SURE that my pie was to my liking, as we discussed big truck driving inland "bros" with fake confidence/zero charisma. Hahaha!!! She was a lot of fun! Thanks Round Table Pizza! Grazie! Grazie mille! Final grade: A

The drink of choice was a 20 oz bottle of Pepsi. We love the food here. Service at the counter is always good. They have plenty of inside seating if you plan to eat here. We definitely recommend and will be back again soon!

I received the best customer service today! I don't want to say what was done because other people could try and do it to get a free pizza or something but I'll just say, the way my problem was handled, (which was entirely my fault), was excellent & so rare in customer service these days! Thank you for making me a happy customer!

I went back to my order and it disappeared, so I started over, and submitted the new order. When I went to pick it up, there was two orders for two sandwiches and one pizza. Apparently, the first order went through. However, even though it was my mistake, they graciously allowed me to have a credit. Then, because they could not sell the sandwich, they gave it to me. Do you know how great that is? That’s customer service to the maximum! As a result, I’ve been back a few more times and will be more! By the way, the pizza and the sandwich were excellent, as usual!!

Good lunch specials. But I was made felt uncomfortable by a worker. I always ask to go on my food cause I know I won't finish it. So I sat down to eat my salad while I waited for my personal pizza. Man if stares could kill. Felt so uncomfortable that I just left.

I always order ahead for takeout before the dinner rush and my order is nearly always ready as requested. Ask for Parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper packets as desired.

This has always been our family go-to for small bday gatherings. The food is fresh and delicious. The facility is clean. Customer service is very good. My only complaint is the lack of air conditioning in 100 degree heat 🥵. No Bueno folks. We were very uncomfortable.

Tonight, however, I ordered the same pizza in a large and I got the pizza pictured in this review. ANYONE used to Round Table's pizza knows that IS NOT the pan crust. Not even close. I even brought this up (respectfully) with the staff and I was told that the pizza pictured is the deep dish (pan) pizza. I went as far as to have them show me a regular crust pizza for comparison and it was definitely also not their classic pan crust. I have no what's going on, but this crust is absolutely not why I go here on the rare occasions I want pizza. I'm so very disappointed. Now I have to find another Round Table in hopes that the pan crust still exists at another location. Sigh...

Haven't been here in over a decade. Pizza still good but is lacking something 🤌. 🤔 Something mountain Mike's and Red devil have and petrillos never lost. Quality is good but the taste sits just a little below what I remember.

Pizza as hot, establishment very dated and old. The pizza was just ok for me.

It was alright. I’m from the east coast which makes reviewing pizza out here a bit of a challenge (no offense, it’s just true). Slices were small, sauce was average at best, crust was decent- nothing to really write home about. I received the pizza for free from a coworker and from what I heard he paid I’m not sure if I can say the price is right. However, with all this being said, this spot is definitely a step above many other options in the area.

The pizza is great just like any other Round Table location which is great. The only thing I don't like is that they no longer deliver their own pizza to you, it's out sourced through DoorDash what ever you do don't choose delivery go get the pizza in person or eat inside the location.

Most delicious pizza in town, but they forgot about my pizza after I ordered and paid and sat pretty much directly in front of the counter waiting :(

Ordered at 5:40pm. Promised time on my invoice is 628pm. It’s now almost 7:40 and still waiting being told that the “driver is on his way”. I don’t mind waiting for good food but to be an hour late delivering is a bit much.

Ok, normally, I enjoy pizza from this Round Table, but this last time was a horrid experience. I ordered a small BBQ Chicken pizza which happens to be one of my favorites. I go to the restaurant to pick up my order & then went right home to eat it. About 2hrs or so after eating a few slices my stomach started to cramp up, & I began to feel nauseous. That night, I had to hurry out of my bed because I had severe diarrhea & nausea w/really bad stomach cramps. Basically, I got food poisoning. I suffered w/it for 3 days. I did not go to the hospital only because I wasn't vomiting. But, believe u me, if I had vomited, then I would have gone to the ER.

Really good food came in yesterday but costumer service horrible the white girl with white hair in front register very rude couldn’t even take a minute to look at the menu she looked very inpatient standing there with very much attitude and making bad faces don’t recommend coming in just not good costumer service at all.

I have picked up pizza here for the last 25 years. The quality has really become terrible. They put half the toppings on the double pepperoni pizza the last two times. The manager Sebastian was the rudest person I've ever encountered in a restaurant. This is the last time I'll be here.

AGAIN & AGAIN BURNED RED ONIONS , AT LEAST 4X NOW THIS HAS HAPPENED , HAD DELIVERED & PIZZA WAS OLD.. BURNED FLAVOR THROUGHT . SENT A MESS TO CORP 3X & NO ONE HAS GOT BACK TO ME... I AM NOW STAYING AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION.. HOW MANY TIMES CAN YOU BURN A PIZZA. GO TO CLAREMONT LOCATION... THERE PIZZA IS FANTASTIC

Terrible experience. It was hot in there! I am not sure if they had AC in there. Nobody else in there and it took over 30 mins for 2 personal pizzas. Requested it to-go and found out they never started it.

good day for everyone. today I came to pick up some pizzas to take away and when entering the store the heat in the place was unbearable, ask that because so much heat and they manifest that there is no A/C . this is damaged. wow! how it is possible that the owner of this place does not pay attention to this. we are in summer the environmental temperatures rise a lot and the workers do not have to endure this. the truth very disappointed by this situation in this store. so nobody is going to come to eat pizza in this place in this high heat.

What do think of a Restaurant for lunch where you go in order Salad Bar and a drink $8.35 and you paying for it and they will not let you slide by because you are $.05 short when paying. Made me go outside on a 100 degree day and fish for changes in my car.. For ducking $. 05 cents. Will never go back to this location

My family and I would order pizza here often and even eat in. The one day we were in the area, and my 9 year old daughter needed to use the restroom, the manager refused to let her use it. Seriously?

I use to be a regular at this place. The previous manager was amazing. I went there recently at 9:00 and online says they close at 10 the salad bar was cleaned up completely and they were mopping the floors water everywhere all young people working and no salad bar. I was upset and left right away! Went to the rancho location and the staff was so sweet and amazing. Will definitely come back to the rancho location soon.

i don't even leave reviews but this is absolutely atrocious. look at these wings lol… quality assurance is a myth. the personal pizza i got with it wasn't much better. i couldn't even finish the pizza because it was cooked so poorly. go to another round table, but even that won't help.

This place has horrible service, horrible management, and horrible business. Had me waiting for hours for a couple pizzas, and is ran by an arrogant man. It was busy and empty and void of any business but for some reason the business could not provide simple service. Seems to me they cut out on the recipes, on the delivery, and are suffering and it transfers to the service. Highly recommend to skip out on this business and go to Pizza Hut or Dominoes, as this business is surely going bankrupt! Probably bought and acquired by someone with some common sense! Sad to see a failing business struggle to stay alive.

One of the employees immediately snapped, saying, “The line is over there!” I apologized and explained that I thought the register was open, but she replied, “NO! You’ll be next.” We then patiently waited in line. However, as we stood there, the same employee who had been aggressive with us turned her back and began laughing and chatting with her colleagues, despite not appearing to be engaged in any work-related tasks. This left us confused, as she could have easily taken our order. Once the person ahead of us was helped, we approached the counter again, only for the employee to pick up the phone while assisting us. She proceeded to explain the specials to the person on the phone, even though she was already in the process of taking our order. We waited for around five minutes while she continued her conversation, all while we stood at the counter, visibly wet from the continuous rain that was pouring outside. Rather than assisting us so we can sit down and remove our coats, they rather have a conversation amongst themselves. After enduring this poor service, we ultimately decided to leave without placing an order. I hope this feedback serves as an opportunity for improvement, as this type of service is not conducive to a positive customer experience. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I offered to buy a soda they denied said i need to purchase a min amount. I unfortunately had to remind them of thr disabililty act that allows disabled people restroom access but the reviews due reflect my treatment id never reccomend this place

The employees are all loud and childish running around laughing and playing like kindergarteners. This is two visits in a row now that the pizza takes an hour plus for it to get to the table even when it isn't busy in the restaurant. And when it does get to the table there are problems with the order. The restaurant itself is hot and has had a broken AC for months now, the new owner doesn't take the time or money to fix the air conditioning to have happy customers, the employees are rude and obnoxious. A child's lemonade stand is run better than this place, it's become a hole in the wall. If we want to get good Round Table Pizza from now on we'll drive 20 minutes out of the way to the location in Fontana on Summit Ave.

He was pacing around, barking random orders like he was directing traffic in a storm, but clearly had no clue what was happening. I spoke to him twice about my order, and both times he gave me the blank stare special before wandering off to yell at someone else. Leadership at its finest. After two hours and almost $70, I finally got my pizzas burnt, late, and way past the point of caring. Round Table, you’ve been around forever. Halloween shouldn’t break you.
