Really enjoyed the experience here friendly staff, good food, clean, nice atmosphere. The summer cocktail specials were perfect, very nicely blended. Food came quick and we were checked on regularly would revisit for sure.

Very good. Staff ( Coral) was very attentive, friendly and helpful. Loved the underlying spicy bite to the southwest chicken sandwich. Excellent (very crunchy and piping hot) batter dipped fries. I know that Utica is an old-school beer city with great history and tradition, but a few more craft selections added to the menu would help.

Babe’s is always a reliable place for great food and a fun, relaxing atmosphere. We like to stop in when we’re in town for some drinks and an appetizer or a wood fired pizza and one of their delicious pasta offerings. Babe’s is always at the top of our list when we are in the area and we find our selves returning again and again. Very much recommended!

I love a good buffalo wing. I've actually been to the restaurant that the buffalo wing originated. Theses were delicious to say the least. It was crowded but when the food is this good it should be. Keep up the good work.

First time there in quite a while. Seated immediately. Server came quick and we got our drinks. Didn't take long for the food to come once we ordered. The blue burger was cooked to perfection and the fries were nice and crispy. Like the updated look inside. Will be back again!

We went for brunch and ate outside. The food was very good and the portions were above average for sure. For anyone that has not been to Babes in a long time. It is not the same Babes anymore. It’s completely transformed into this modern amazing place to eat.

I haven't been to BABEs since they opened years ago.. I Love the changes in decor, parking has improved, and food choices were plenty-full and delishious!!! I will put this restaurant into date-nite rotation!!

Babe's is going through a major overhaul but the quality of the experience is not suffering. We got seated quickly and a waitress was there immediately. They have a great menu and a large selection of craft beer. Beers are always served in a frosted mug, on this day they were so cold it froze the foam! The food was fantastic, served as ordered and extremely hot. Make sure you get your bread if you order an entree, with the garlic butter, it's worth the visit on its own. When in Utica, make Babe's a stop on your list.

Forget the breakfast sandwich in a bag. Head over to Babe’s when you’re in Utica, NY. This place is BIG, open atmosphere, lots of windows to let the light in. Nice. The food is amazing. Fried shrimp on top of a poached egg covered in hollandaise sauce on a bagel. The lemon, blueberry tort over the top delicious.

We’ve only been here twice, but we enjoyed each visit. The food was delicious and the waitstaff was very personable. We’re looking forward to returning.

Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday are the days to go there when Anita and Danielle are at the bar, they are the best bartenders in the 315 area and always make sure everyone has what they need. They are the best.

Nicely decorated and vibrant color scheme. Friendly waitstaff and delicious food, affordably priced. Several macrobrews on draft, and coffee is served even at night. Desserts on offer, though none were sampled during this review. Ample paved parking and clean bathrooms. In October 2022 Larry Sharpe stopped here during his campaign for NY Governor.

Very nice restaurant. The fried pickles were amazing. Ruben Sandwich with EverCrisp French fries was top notch. The Fish was great. Expensive but worth the meal.

What a great place to go!!! Food and service were amazing!!! Our server Kayla was a sweetheart and took great care of us, even the grandchildren. She made them a special ice cream sundae!! Will definitely be back!!

Food and location is great. Service was quick, polite and with care. There was no rush and we were left alone at the table to chat for a while after settling the bill.

Staff, from the hostess to waitress, were super friendly. Good selection on menu for Brunch (Fruity Pebbles French Toast and Eggs, Sausage, Home fries w/ English muffin). We sat outside and ate and it was perfect! Plenty of space away from each table. Patio is a nice amenity to enjoy good food and company!

I have eaten here many times. Great food and staff. If you're new to the area, try the Utica greens. I have not been disappointed by their food yet. Burgers are great, Ribeyes are on point, beer selection is good. Take into consideration that if you go during peak hours it will most likely be busy. Staff work hard( I say this as I have been there many times and they are always doing their best to stay on top of everything.

Glad we got here a little early for lunch because they get busy! Food was great, service was friendly, and we appreciated a good restaurant close to the thruway with good parking for our trailer. P.S. GPS wanted us to take a loop on Lee, but you can make a left at the light and make the second right after their large sign to get in the back way and avoid the U-turn!

This placed reminded me of The Stake and Shake down south...I mean that in a good way because their food is simple but delicious! The cheeseburger I had...oh my goodness tasted like it was fresh off the grill...which it was...! That fresh charred BBQ flavor and sooooo juicy not dry! My husband got the turkey bacon wrap which was also delicious. The fries are perfect!!! Seating wasn't a problem as there's plenty of seating indoor ...outdoors and in the bar area! Our waitress Dorothy was not over intrusive like some can be but checked in with us in a timely and friendly manner. Always with a smile too! Can't wait to come back for that delicious burger and awesome service by staff!

Not sure what they can do about this but most of their food was great, but their buffalo deep fried rolls tasted very oily. I know its supposed to be deep fried, but maybe the problem was in the age or kind of oil. Other than this, their baby back ribs were super delicious. The only thing i would change is that we ate outside and i was literally having a fight with bees. I am not sure if the restaurant could do something about this. This os why i gave the atmosphere 4 stars.

Nicolina handles a slammed bar like it’s nothing! We came in on Saturday after an event and there was a lot of us, Nicolina handled us all with grace and confidence and serviced us all so quickly. She kept the drinks full and no one had to wait for anything. She was such a delight to talk to and fun! She knows exactly what she’s doing. We asked when she typically works on the bar so we can come back to see her ! I don’t write reviews often but in this case credit is due where it’s earned and it definitely was earned ! Food was excellent as well! 5 stars all around

It was very busy when we went with what was said to be a thirty minute wait. It only ended up being ten minutes. They made our food in timely manner and was understanding when we wanted the check immediately afterward so we could make our other commitment. The food is excellent as always, especially the everything wings

Happened across this place while travelling. Amazing food, best fried fish I think I have ever had. Pizza was amazing. It is a really nice clean place as well. Makes me sad I don't live closer.

We split the wood fired pizza and Caesar Salad. There was more than enough for both my wife and me. Our waitress (Dorothy) was attentive without being hovering and VERY pleasant. We would go back.

Our family’s go to place when we are traveling through Utica. We were on a time crunch and they were so good about accommodating us when we said we had a sports event to make and needed to be in and out. They were honest but said they could make it work and they did. Atmosphere was great - bar type tavern space on the left with booths and a popcorn machine self serve! Kids loved that. The space on the right is more dining seating which was nice to have both options for those that don’t want the noise from a bar or kids around. But even the bar wasn’t too loud nearby. Owner walked around to check in which is always nice. Wish we remembered the waiters name… she was fantastic. Food was good, too. Pricing was affordable, finally! Haven’t had this experience in the capital region in a while. Wish they were closer.

The servers are helpful and friendly. The food came out of the kitchen quickly. We also had a visit from the manager asking how our food was. Our food was delicious and piping hot. The portions were perfectly sized and I left full and satisfied. Rolls are served before your meal and most meals come with a side. The riggies, I got mine with shrimp, were some of the best I’ve ever had. My wife got the burger, and my daughter got the turkey wrap. Everything tasted tremendous!

Came in from out of town on a Friday for entertainment. Couldn’t believe there was no cover but by the amount of people patronizing it wasn’t needed. Great atmosphere outdoors. Clean and plenty of seating. Food was delicious and wide variety of choices. Plenty of staff. Bathrooms were clean also. Huge inside bar and restaurant area.

Wow! What a great experience we had here! I am so very glad we stopped here for lunch. Our visit was on a weekday in the summer and the restaurant seemed pretty quiet for the lunch hour, but there may have been more people dining outside that we didn't see. I absolutely loved the decor! There was so much to look at while waiting for the food to arrive with all kinds of nostalgic movie posters. The last few pictures are of the artwork inside the washrooms. Cleanliness is hugely important to me and the restaurant itself and the washrooms (IYKYK) were both very clean. Our waitress was super friendly and checked on us frequently (but not too much) to make sure that we had everything we needed. There was a mixup with the appetizer that we ordered and she made sure it was corrected quickly. Finally, the food. We live 2 hours away and I would happily make the 4 hour round trip drive just to eat this steak sandwich again. The filet mignon was super tender and flavorful. I don't know that I have had one better anywhere else. The burger was also excellent. Sometimes, asking for "no pink" is a gamble, but this one came out both cooked as I asked and still juicy. Finally, the pretzel was very good - a little salty for me, but perfectly salted for the husband. I saved both the mustard and the cheese sauce to dip the fries in. This is a must-stop if you are in the Utica area. Not in downtown proper, but easily findeable just outside. Excellent food and service.

Great place to enjoy a good lunch and view. Buffalo Mac was outstanding. Tried a shrimp burger, and it was different. Not bad, just different. The sauce on it overpowers the shrimp flavor a bit, in my opinion. Fires were great. The tea tasted like instant. Chowder was good, too. All in, I would definitely go back.

This restaurant is spectacular. They have both indoors and outdoors in. They had a live band that played beautiful music; it was mellow. There is an indoor bar for your spirits outfitted with large flat-screen televisions tuned to live sports. This restaurant is also centrally located across from the street decked with various hotels. The restrooms are a nice size and kept clean. The attendant frequently checked on us to make sure we were satisfied. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to all who are eating solo, couples, families, children and groups.

Food was typical pub grub. It was fine, but a tad overpriced. Service was good, even though our server seemed relatively new. The outdoor seating area is nice. Convenient location.

We stopped in Babe's enroute to Massachusetts and we really enjoyed the selection of shareable appetizers. We had the Philly Cheesesteak Eggrolls and the Buffalo Crunch Rolls and were very impressed with the flavours of both. The servers and hostess were friendly and took good care of us

Babe's is great place to grab a beer (love the saranac pumpkin this time of the yr.) Watch a game, lot's of choices. Always friendly service, decent bar apps too. One less star for taking away the late night app specials, sorry but I always looked forward to making a stop at Babe's for them! Now I'll just have to stop making that "stop" I guess...lmk if they bring it back.

Good was sent out really quick. The ribs were good, but only warm and not hot. Fries were great and got. My wife had the French onion soup and it was delicious.

Antipasto salad looked better than it tasted. Took about 17 minutes from being seated to seeing a waitress/hostess to take our drink order. Luckily, we had enough time to figure out what we wanted in entirety.

Great patio. The Bangin’ Cauliflower has the best flavor and is a must try. Mimosas are only $5 and are good. Breakfast food was ok.

Stopped here while traveling. Didn’t have high expectations, sat at the bar. The bartender was pleasant and pretty attentive. Shared a pizza and fries with my girlfriend, think that’s the move here, especially if ya wanna get the most value for your money. It was actually pretty tasty.

For my first time ever going to this restaurant I was very impressed. The waitresses were very nice and always checked to see if I was alright. The food especially the broccoli cream cheese soup was delicious. The prices are reasonable but do not expect to come in here to get a cheap happy meal.

Nice outside area. Stopped by for drinks and an app while visiting the area. Ordered the shrimp. It was great. Lots of kids playing Cornhole outside. Seems like a kid friendly place during the day. Traffic noise is pretty loud if that bothers you don't sit outside.

Prices have definitely gotten steeper, while the portions have gotten smaller. Scroll through the recent reviews and 8 out of 10 use the word "pricey". I love you babe's, but your not delmonico's. 12/20: Portions are much smaller, but food is back to its usual good quality. Riggies have been out of this world lately, but I have to say that they would be much better if fresh chicken was used; it seems to be pre-packaged, pre-cooked chicken. As usual, staff is always great and very helpful. I've always had them go above and beyond.. *UPDATED REVIEW* (8/26/20) Very disappointed at how downhill babes has been going over the summer. Idk if they have new cooks or what, but they def need to be trained and be taught to keep recipes THE SAME EVERYTIME. Loved the riggies, but now when I get them it's like spinning a roulette wheel; you never know if you're going to win or lose. Last time was def a loss. Riggies were disgusting. They didn't even taste like they had sauce (though I ordered extra). The "sauce" seemed to consist of tons of oil and a ungodly amount of garlic powder. (See most recent pics). First time I had the fried calamari: it was out of this world. Second time: a soggy nasty, over seasoned mess. The big problem here boils down to consistency in the kitchen. It seems you have a cook(s) who occasionally works who doesn't know how to properly cook or season their menu items. I will say, the chicken quesadillas are consistent amazing. I eat them for lunch often. The cannolis are fabulous and big, with extra filling even on the side; delicious! But Babes, please please please retrain your cooks!! (& please bring back the old peanut butter pie; the new one doesn't even compare!) Ifeel bad, because managment is always very pleasant & reasonable. I really want to love you again! I want to recommend you to friends & fam again! But right now... the hit and miss experience that has become ordering from babes, is becoming a experience that strongly leads towards constant misses & I just can't. Super disappointed at the downhill slip that's happened (kitchen based) over the last few months (after reopening for dine-in). (4/4/20) Haven't had a disappointing experience with their food yet. Awesome deals. One of the better places around for a steak too. Great service as well.

My son is at SUNY Polytechnic and we went here when I visited. The place has something for everyone to eat, good variety from full dinners to burgers and pizza. My family especially enjoyed the burgers. We will definitely go here again.

Standard American fare with a wide menu to choose from. The place was clean and bright, service was excellent, and the food met our expectations. The manager came by the table and was truly interested in our experience, rather than just a fly-by. A nice place to hang out with friends.

Party of six. Server was on point. Didn't get a name. However sweet potato fries a little cold and chicken a little burnt but edible. Besides that all other meals were good.

This place was pretty good. The food was surprisingly not bad. We stopped in for lunch for some quick bites and it was good. The service was friendly. The atmosphere was the right vibe! Definitely check them out!

We've been waiting over a year to try this place. The atmosphere is really quaint and pleasant. We ordered the philly cheesesteak egg rolls that were pretty good, the chili sauce was a bit too sweet for me though. The cheese sauce was really good though. We got the French Onion Filet which was really good. The tenderloins were cooked perfectly and everything went well together. We also got the Roadhouse Burger, it was also cooked really well. The only things that could be labeled as a complaint but aren't really is that chili sauce for the eggrolls and it was pretty pricey. That's not to say it wasn't worth it, it was well worth the wait and we're really happy we went. We'll be back for sure.

The food was great and the vibe was immaculate if you're looking for a cozy sports bar. The booth next to us had their waitress over and constantly made sure nobody's glass was ever empty. However we were not lucky enough to have a waitress worried about anything other than the young man sitting at the corner of the bar and/or her cell phone as we seen her for ordering, once immediately after getting our food, one refill (20min after her last check in), and the check (an additional 20min after the one refill). If we had gotten any other waitress this would have been a clean sweep of 5s across the bar. I do want to emphasize again that our waitress appeared to be the exception, not the norm.

We came on a Sarurday night with a party of 6 and were seated promptly. Service was fast and courteous. Good selection of local and domestic beers. Good wine variety. Menu includes local specialities such as Chicken Riggies and Utica Greens. Appetizer plates (not the appetizer itself) came out warm. Food was excellent all around. I would have liked to have the cheese overflowing the crock of the French Onion soup but that's just personal. Atmosphere was a little too "Applebees" for me. Early 2000s hits playing made it feel like a grocery store. Overall a good experience.

Babe's is Definitely one of the best places to stop in this area. Prices were fair, the food was very good and the service was friendly and on point. The beer prices were reasonable, especially if you do the 23oz long pour. I got the pasta Alfredo with filet. My steak was cooked exactly how i asked. The alfredo sauce was rich, thick and there was plenty of sauce. This will probably be my go to place when in this area.

Busy place. Food seemed typical of chain restaurant. We ordered wings boneless and bone in, ribs and greens. The ribs fell off the bone, so tender, doused in bbq sauce. Greens were tasty, a bit dry and the top were caked with parmesan. The seasoned fries were good and everyone loved their chicken wings. The bathrooms could have used some upkeep and toilet paper.

This restaurant is unique in that it has an outside, fenced in seating area with artificial turf so you can bring your dog. It also has a pet relief station! A little noisy due to the proximity of the road. We were a large party and ate inside. Our server (Ilene) was very cheerful and pleasant white attending our group. I ordered the butternut squash ravioli and French onion soup. Portion sizes were adequate if not large. Would definitely go back.

The food was delicious, plentiful, and filling. My meal and soup were served like 3 minutes apart so there isn’t much time to eat the soup before my main meal is there for me to either eat immediately or let sit and get cold while I finish the soup. It wasn’t even busy there at this time which is why it seemed a bit odd. Aside from that, the waitresses were all very nice, and the food was delicious. The Italian Wedding Soup looks like it’s freshly prepared, the little meatballs in it were tasty. I tried a taste of my mom’s ravioli, it wasn’t my cup of tea because it’s a sweeter option. That’s fine because she enjoyed it, I just like savory meals and the chicken riggies were delicious!! I had enough that I took the rest home, had some to bring to work for lunch the next day, and had a little leftover to have with dinner the next night. I went here in search of chicken riggies following a terrible version I tried in a different town. This place didn’t disappoint, so glad we came here!

We were in town with friends for a hockey game and the morning after (with many of us hungover) we headed to Babes for Brunch. Being in upstate NY we didn't expect much but Babes is definitely trying to appeal to a modern customer with their offerings. Prices are very reasonable for the amount of food and quality you get. We all ordered combinations of brunch cocktail flights and the classic babes breakfast. We all agreed drinks and food alike were pretty good considering, upstate NY. Our server was incredibly patient, friendly and accommodating for our rowdy group. The space was more than ample and the crowd was very low-key. Overall I would recommend this spot to others in town.

Good food there was no wait to seat down but it took forever to get our food!!! Their was not a lot of people so we don’t know why it took over 20min just to get our food! The waitress was friendly so that was a plus.

Clean, comfortable. Polite service. Good portions. Haddock fish was very fishy, fries definitely were the best part of lunch. chicken riggies lacked chicken. The pretzel was very soft and warm. The salad had a very light topping. The waiter did a lovely job and made sure she was on top of her section.

The highlight of this place is sitting outside and enjoying the seating and playing corn hole. The inside would also be a good place to watch a game but has limited seating near the bar. The food was so so and the service was hit or miss. Wouldn't be a top recommendation when visiting Utica, but there are worse places for sure. The did offer a nice cocktail menu and I noticed for brunch they do mimosa or bloody mary flights.

Creative sports bar decor makes for a nice atmosphere, and good food. But a little pricey and found nothing exceptional to write home about. Service was great and all the staff friendly. Clean and neat.

The waitress was great! She sat me at a table on the patio where I asked. The food on the other hand, not so great. I ordered during Oktoberfest and my bratwurst came with a mound of that yellow melted cheese, even after I asked for a dairy free plate and granted, cheese was never listed as a part of the brat (and just for the record German Chocolate cake is not German as listed on the Oktoberfest menu, as the cake was named after the American who developed it---his last name was German). Additionally, the mixed drinks were great concepts, but they were too lite on the liquor. I thought that it was me, at first, but I literally heard the group at the table parallel with my table also mention how weak the mixed drinks were. Lots of groups enjoy meeting there, so it's great to meet friends, but the food and mixed drinks could use some improvements.

Service sucked It wasn't busy, I finally got up and went with my glass in hand to the servers station and asked for a water refill. Our entire meal she never came to our table. She asked if we wanted dessert, we declined and she tossed the check onto the table. We are from out of town, next time thru we will choose someplace else.

Babe's decor is different and unique. The nachos were stone cold when they arrived and there was a cheese that coated them. The pizza was okay. The service was okay but a tad slow and they were not busy busy.

We went to Babes for breakfast right when they opened. We got the fruity pebbles french toast. It was not good. The mimosa also tasted really bad. People were friendly and environment was nice.

Food was cold and under cooked, waitress didn't seem interested in doing her job. Not from the area, so does not really matter, but would not go back.

This place is the absolute worst for breakfast. Went here on my birthday for bottomless mimosas.the mimosas were orange juice and a splash of champagne, not that I need it to be mostly champagne but it would’ve been nice to taste it in my drink. The eggs Benedict was sent out with curdled hollandaise sauce which, is completely mind Boggling to me as a chef I would never send this out to a paying customer. Our waitress however was just wonderful for the entirety of our visit and offered me a different meal but I told her to just charge me for the potatoes and take the eggs Benny of of my bill which she did. Don’t recommend this place Atleast for breakfast.

The waitress was awful-not friendly or inviting. She took our drink and food order and didn't see her again. She acted like we were a bother to her life. The food was mediocre for the price. (They were out of cornbread and I got broccoli as a replacement and it was literally a monster stalk of steamed broccoli with no butter/herbs/salt. Try eating that with a fork and butter knife.) The outdoor seating area was very nice. Maybe it was just a bad day. Could be a nice restaurant.

The food is just not good although service was exceptional. This is probably the worst woodfired pizza in the area. The sauce has absolutely no flavor. The chicken tenders were OK but the sauce overall is bland on the lasagna we ordered and the chicken riggies.

We went here to have a drink or 2. This place was suggested from the keycard for our motel. We walked in went and sat at a small 2 person table in the bar. We were made to get up and sit at a different table in the bar. The waitress that made us move, asked us what we wanted to eat. We told her when she made us move the first time. We ordered their seasonal drink. It was very expensive for a small glass of watered down cranberry juice and I do not believe there was alcohol in it. We left and will not go back there.

I have been a huge fan of Babes for decades. I came in today (Feb 8th @ 1pm) to celebrate my birthday with a larger (8person) group. There were out of bread, certain cheese and no ice cream. It is wild for a resturant to be out of these fundamental items. Beyond that the server was very rude to our group. I traditionally loved this place but today was extremely disappointing!

After a cold rainy drive we walked from our hotel to Babes. Restaurant was clean. Staff friendly and efficient. We wanted something warm and stated with the minestrone soup. Arrived lukewarm and had minimal vegetables. I’ve had better at Olive Garden. We split a Utica steak sandwich which was described like a Philly cheesesteak. Meat was tender but not much of it and few onions and peppers. Very disappointing.

Ordered medium steak, received it overcooked and so hard. Didnt bother telling the waitress, because i waited too long and i was already hungry. Told her i wanted a bbq sauce with my steak, okay she forgot it, i have to remind her so i waited again. Waitress was very rude, blonde lady. When we entered nobody greeted us. Everyone busy chitchating. It was a bad experience for us. But maybe not for others

So apparently the cook didnt feel like doing much cooking because the meat to the burgers was so RAW. Then when I called to explain the issue, it was more like the manager had the issue with my complaint then with the service which was RAW MEAT being served. By state law and for a restaurant business your cooks should know the temperature to serve any meat. This is the #1 reasons why people don't like to order out. SMH I made my order on 9/15/2023 @11am-11:30am and at that it was for my residents not for me personally. NOW PERSONALLY I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM HERE! Horrible service. We had a large party. After a hour the waitress still had not come to take our food order, and then told us it would be another hour because other large partys had just ordered. We were there first, why didnt you take our order? We all left, terrible.

I normally do not leave bad reviews but this experience was so far below expectations that i decided to leave one this time. I called and placed a curbside to go order and was told that it would be ready in 20 minutes. I got there right on time, parked in the designated curbside to go parking area and texted the number on the website and listed on the sign. I didn't receive any response so after waiting about 10 minutes I texted again. Still no response so I called to let them know that I was here to pick up my order. After about 25 minutes someone finally came out with my order a full 45 minutes after ordering when I was told it would be ready in 20. After a short drive home we find our food was cold and missing tartar sauce for the fish fries. It was obvious that the food was ready in the 20 minutes that they originally told me but sat there getting cold for another 25 minutes before they brought it out. I am very disappointed that nobody took the time to read or respond to the text messages which is the system they instruct curbside to go customers to use.

My wife and I have gone here many times. Now that we have a family, we like taking our children here as well. Food is good; haven’t had a bad meal yet. service is pretty good, it’s not the best in Utica but usually nothing to complain about either. So when her family came in from South Carolina with their young son, and wanted to have a meal out with us, we recommended Babes. I wish we hadn’t. The service tonight, I don’t know what caused this or why it was the way it was, but boy was the service atrocious. We had to ask more than once for high chairs; We were given three children’s cups without lids, which as anyone with children knows, lead to spilled water; and we did not receive the extra napkins we repeatedly asked for, leaving us no way to clean up the mess. When giving our drink orders, we asked if the children’s meals could be brought out as soon as they could, perhaps with the drinks/appetizers, a wish we’ve had granted here many times. For whatever reason, tonight it was met with an attitude and a big to-do. We had to approach the front more than once to have our requests met. And these were simple requests, high chairs and napkins. I hope this was just a fluke, because it’s close to home and it’s a pretty nice family restaurant, but there are 2-3 other nice family restaurants on that strip- the bill there is about the same and the service is much better. I still love the place but this grievance needed to be aired

. We asked to put a soccer game on and he told us it’s football American football. He went behind the wall and made a comment about us that wasn’t very appropriate. He has no personality. And an attitude that sucked. The guys wanted to watch the soccer game. Your are not a manager when you treat your customers like that. We were the only ones at the bar except a couple at the other end. Your bartenders (2)didn’t even stay behind the bar. One of which had a nasty attitude. We will not be returning to Babes

We ordered food tonight to go, and I was highly highly disappointed in the quality of the food. It is nothing like I received when I was there in person. There should be no difference between a to go order and an order that you sit down in the restaurant and eat it was absolutely disgusting. I spent good money on food to go and ended up throwing it all in the garbage because it was disgusting so here’s the story don’t order to go food from here because it’s not the same at all. It is not. I don’t know what they do to it, but it is not the same. There should be no difference, but apparently there is.

Bug in salad, soup with literally no broth, nachos with day old cheese that looked like it sat out for the day, lipstick on wine glass but worst of all was managers handling, rude and condescending attitude. This is from 6 people that are weekly customers.

My fiancee and I went there, the food wasn't great, they forgot the guac with our nachos which is pretty trivial, the nachos were fine. My burnt ends were overcooked, very dry, and just tasted like BBQ sauce. The cornbread was not edible somehow they managed to make it taste burnt without actually burning it. The only think that was alright was the coleslaw. Underwhelming.

I ordered extra items to be added to my chicken riggies and my Babes burger 🍔 which I paid extra for and all the items was missing plus my burger was supposed to temperature medium and it's hard and dry like a hockey 🏒 puck. Only reason I ordered from this place is because Swifty's couldn't take any more delivery orders due to crowds in their restaurant. NEVER AGAIN!!!!🤬🤬🤬

OVERALL... Disappointed! I ordered the Lasagna for $20. It came with a side salad, and the menu stated that it also comes with bread! The salad was good! When the lasagna came...NO BREAD, and the lasagna was very small! I took a picture of the lasagna, and the photo doesn't really show just how small it was! It was VERY disappointing to not have hot garlic bread, or at least some bread to go with it!! C'MON BABE's!!!! Bread is cheap, and apparently, so are you to not include it... especially when it mentioned bread on the menu!! Way too much sauce!! It's like they gave me a ton of sauce because my piece of lasagna was very small!! 😡😡 I've had much better lasagna in the Utica area (Fratello's, Giovanni's, Yetty's, Tony's, Franco's, Venice, etc)! It's only slightly better than Stouffer's frozen lasagna that you can buy in grocery stores!! HOWEVER, just to say something nice...the salad was good!! 😁
