Food was great. I used to manage a couple of these stores in the late eighties early nineties. What I look at and is important is how clean the lobby looks. The tables were dirty, the floor had trash on the floor. First impressions are always something to think about. Nothing that can't be fixed with training and caring about your store

Quick, friendly and hot food. I went to eat Church's Chicken yesterday and it was about 2:30 in the afternoon. You would think you would get what was left from the lunch rush but, the food was fresh and hot. The employees were courteous and polite. Great experience. I recommend it anytime.

Home of the church's chicken and menudo another great location. My parents come here more often than I do. But I will come again when I go to visit them. Traveling and stopped in for some chicken and Churches is my favorite. This Church es Chicken has it all right the Best Churches I have ever eaten the biscuits where spot on and the Services was Great,friendly and fast. Give them a 10 out of five. The Uvalde Texas store is the BEST Churches Chicken I have been to and We travel all over this country .

Very good fried chicken, with nice hot biscuits that have been brushed on top with butter and honey. Love it! Oh and the service is great. 😊

The service was great but my chicken was really dry and tough like it had been cooked quitr awhile before I ordered.

It was good, great customer service, but not a good spot for stopping in a big rig n 53 foot trailer

They didn't bother you ask us if we'd like to wait to cook any of those items either, but the16pc chicken bucket, 1 gallon of sweet tea and 2 large mashed potatoes, and fries were really good& worth $35.00. kinda wish I'd ordered an extra mashed potatoes & gravy it was so good!

The person that took our order on the drive thru was either not paying attention or just had an issue understanding us in what we wanted, but our food was fresh

Always seems to be an issue with this place, but my son loves chicken. This time the upcharge on sides, coupon reads includes two large sides, mac and cheese and okra seem to be premium sides which they charge more for. Glad there is a Golden Chic in town for the rest of us.

The Uvalde Tx location has screwed up our order the last 3 times....and the last 5 times they haven't had spicey chicken. Church's is supposed to be able to dish out spicey or regular without waiting 15 to 20 min. This is the last time I go to that location!

About the only complaint I have is the side order of family size french fries is they only give you 1 large fries. We like fries and a family size should be enough for at least 4 people.

Y'all need to pay these people more, they are so helpful, but they always seem in a rush because they don't have much staff and that's a problem fr fr. Incentize people by increasing the wages.

They dont honor what was advertised on coupon. Grandemeal came with 8 piece chicken, 8 piece tender,3 large sides and 6 biscuits they said the biscuits were extra and that the coupon was just an example of what they had on the menu. Really people

Lids were not even secured on our side items and were placed in bags recklessly causing all of them to spill. We always like the chicken here but will not be stopping at this location again! I have reviewed many business this one is bottom of my review list and one of the very rare bad reviews I've given. Management should take a serious look at this location and the level of service or lack thereof.

Now that they are marinating the chicken again it's great as far as the chicken goes, but the prices are ridiculous. And waited 20 minutes for my order and didn't even offer a free large drink for the long wait.

The are not open at odd times. It's 2:58pm 1/24/2025, the door is locked to go into this establishment. Off to Golden Chick down the streeet.

Didn't give all the items ordered. Forgot items, gave wrong items. Didn't have chicken ready and it was still early in the day. Workers acted like they didn't care. Very unprofessional.

We were passing though Uvalde and decided to stop in and ordered $40.00 of chicken, we also found out that it was also not cooked all the way AND did get the chicken I requested after asking her if they really had enough of the spicy chicken I had asked her for! Ugh.. stop at Walmart and had McDonald’s 🙄 eww 😷

Nice lady at the window but got order completely wrong. Ordered five piece tenders and received only three small ones. Can’t even go back to tell them.

We went and they said the chicken will take 15 mins even though there was chicken and the food treys. The place look dirty and kitchen looked unsanitary.

Cashier isabel was rude and did not even let us finish ordering before she closed off the order. Then was rude when we tried to finish the order at when we reached the payment center.

Not so good chicken was luke warm very dry as if it had been sitting under the light to long mac and cheese dry and kind of burned went back in informed the young lady at the counter she seemed to be bothered by me letting her know it seemed to be burnt she pulled a tray out and proceeded to dish out the mac and cheese with a styrofoam cup into another one I believe employee's need to be trained better ..I don't believe we will be visiting this location again!!

We waiting for 7 minutes or so and no one ever came back to give us our food that was sitting right there at the window so we left and went to get food from somewhere else.

Placed a pick up order and they forgot half the order coleslaw, biscuits it was to late by the time we noticed when we got home. They need help management wise because this place has been going down hill for a couple of years now. They never have menu items either it’s this generation, work ethic or total disregard for the supply and demand to the customers.

My fiance and I passed by for some chicken yesterday, sunday August 30 at around 3PM. The young lady that took our order through the speaker was extremely rude. She seemed very distracted and seemed to be carrying on with other fellow workers, giggling and laughing. Bad management and ownership of this franchise seems to stand out. The chicken tasted awful, probably from the bad experience. There was a total lack of education, manners, and courtesy. Horrible place!
