My first time have winenerschnitzel it was really good I had a young black lady that took my order she was amazing and kind. She was really patient with me and she even help me pick what to get. She recommended a junkyard dog and it was a 10/10 😊. The atmosphere was good it was giving welcome vibes and it was clean all around even the bathroom was clear. This WIENERSCHNITZEL IS THE BEST FAST FOOD I HAD TO FAR 10/10

Wienerschnitzel is by far one of my favorite places to get chili cheese fries. I enjoy how they have a few more options on Ways to try their fries. This location is located in a nice and convenient area. Although the drive-through was about four cars prior to me the service was still pretty reasonable. Enjoyed a good lunch. Tried one of their new lemonades that was pretty awesome

I havent came here in a couple years, it was nice coming back to and seeing the place got a new paint job and the drive through windows are super clean and clear! The inside looks clean and the staff was pleasantly nice! I got a couple polish dogs with chili on them and they tasted amazing! The corn dogs where a little over done but it over all it wasn't bad.

We used to have these all over where I was growing up, and I was excited to see one in the Fairfield area. The food was OK, I had two chili dogs with cheese and two Chigago style dogs. They were good enough, but I won't frequent it unless I have a craving for chili dogs, and no time to make them myself. The staff was amazing, however!

Their service wasn't good at all, there was a girl there that gave a good amount of ice cream jn the cone to my family but once it was my turn another man came and just plopped a small bit on the cone. I complained and asked why but he said that he would fire her, then he said that I should've gave a $10 tip because of the amount of ice cream the girl gave. I'm not saying there ice creams as horrible I really like it, its just that the service wasn't great and they should change it.

I drove to two different der wienerschnitzel locations as Google show them open until 12:00 a.m. both locations were closed when I arrive. Little frustrating you should update your hours of operation as I drove 30 minutes looking forward to a great hot dog.

Came at 11:30 pm and it was closed. Disappointing, I wanted a sweet treat before driving 2 hours home.

We were from out of town, so we checked their hours online before driving over there, but they were closed when we got there (the hours posted on the door matched what was posted online, too). We had arrived 20-25 minutes before closing hours, but the location was dark/lights off inside and outside, no cars in the parking lot, and no sign of why they closed so early 🤷‍♀️ waste of gas . . .

I Honestly,have had multiple bad experiences with their service. Specifically how long it takes to make the food, If you go in person or through the drive-through, it takes upwards of 20 minutes for each order to come out the window. If you try to order it through an online service like DoorDash GrubHub or Uber it takes anywhere between 40 minutes and an hour and a half to actually get your order made and given to a Dasher, The past two times that I’ve been in person I’ve had my order messed up In the last three times my fiancé or I have ordered it off of DoorDash It’s taken way too long to be fast food. My three-year-old absolutely loves wienerschnitzel specifically because of the name! And we love to hear him try to say Wienerschnitzel. But unfortunately, I feel the poor service is going to have to turn our business towards other places when we decide to eat out

This was my first time coming here and I had high hopes but was very disappointed and disgusted. I ordered an Oreo milkshake and it tasted rotten like sour cream… the chili burrito and bacon ranch burrito tortilla smelled really bad as if it was expired which also had a bad aftertaste. The only thing I can say that’s nice is the Chicago dog tasted good but my bun was so soggy I was eating my food with a fork because I couldn’t even hold the hot dog coz it came apart. For $30 I wish they would give me a refund. So disappointed.
