With good reason for their local and loyal following, LaBella never seems to disappoint. The food is very consistantly good, generous portions and tastes fresh every time. Wait staff is very attentive and pleasant. There is a wait on weekends, so make a resi or hit on a weeknight.

Quality ingredients; well prepared. Local favorite and gets busy, justifiably. Worth the drive over some local pizza dives. I don't know if they make their own pasta but it tastes like it. If they don't, I'm fooled and okay with it.

As a traveling transient in the area, I came across this restaraunt on google and decided to place a delivery order. The person on the phone was very nice and the delivery took no longer than an Hour. I got the Chicken Marsala Pizza and it was the best pizza I've had. This pizza was made with love! 5 stars!

Excellent food. Usually attend on the weekend in a group of about 6-10. It's good that all the food comes out at the same time (except salads). They bring us carafes of water as we drink so much of it. It is s bit of a wait for the food but never unreasonable, sometimes we have upwards of 20 attending. I think the prices are a little high but I've never been disappointed. Would definitely recommend & it's nice place to take a date; smaller tables are in the front of the restaurant.

I tried one of La Bella's wraps for lunch today and it was amazing! I'm looking forward to trying some of their other menu items. Nice family business, and the price was fair for the size of the wrap + fries.

Solid Italian fare. Waitstaff attentive, and lunch was popular on the day I visited. I had a Cesar salad and garlic bread, ample portions and I finished it all. The wings looked great at another table. I wish I had ordered them. Bar looked well stocked, and cozy atmosphere. A little gem tucked into the corner of the Hannaford Plaza.

The food is fabulous. They're aren't many pizza places that stay in business long in the area, but La Bella's is the best in the area. I love their pizza. It tastes great and is affordable. I have gone other places but always come back. The restaurant is beautiful and service is wonderful.

Great service, delicious menu for everyone, looks child friendly on handicap accessible. I will say, because I'm honest, the lights are little dim for my taste. An amazing wine selection to boot! If you get a chance, try it out!

Just had a gourmet pizza delivered. Thin, crispy crust, fresh ingredients and brick oven cooked are the makings of a excellent pie. Thanks. I live in NYC, in a predominantly Italian neighborhood. La Bella makes one of the best pizzas I have ever eaten. Bravo! Update My wife and I just had the shrimp scampi. Back home there is at least a half dozen Italian places within a mile of us. La Bella would certainly be one of the neighborhood favorites. We'll done.

I had take out this afternoon, it was the BEST chicken Marsala I’ve ever had. Everything was cooked perfectly. Pizzas are also amazing!

Ordered to go last night for family get together for a memorial service. Salad, chicken parmigiana, chicken fettuccine, chicken wings, baked ziti. It was delivered 5 min early which was perfect. Approx. 25 people present and not one complaint . Nothing but compliments on just how good everthing was. Very impressed with everything from phone in order , delivery, and eating. Great place period.

La Bella is a local restaurant that has evolved over the years. Our kids hung out there in Kinderhook when it was just a pizza shop. Now it's a traditional Italian restaurant with a sophisticated atmosphere and delicious Mediterranean cuisine. From their oven baked pizza to their wide variety of meat, seafood and pasta dishes. A culinary jewel in a small town! Also a good time with LOL Dolls!! 😉

This is a restaurant I enjoy eating at as often as possible. The menu has options for every preference and the food is always perfectly cooked. The staff are always social and on point. The restaurant is always clean (even the bathrooms!) and the atmosphere is always welcoming. Kudos to everyone who makes this restaurant so wonderful.

In town visiting family for a couple+ weeks, ended up eating here 3 times and was awesome! Stuffed rigatoni with shrimp - enough food for 2 people and awesome! Same for the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. Pizza another night- awesome!

Best pizza within a 30 mile radius. The owner is a stand up guy and they always over-deliver. Delivery drivers are very polite. The order that arrives is always the same as what I ordered. Great place with great customer service & amazing food!

Three of us reserved a table for Thanksgiving Tuesday as we were up from DC on vacation and were looking for a nice sit-down meal. We were seated right away. The restaurant was very busy. We ordered some wine and caprese to start. Mozzarella was very fresh. For dinner, we had chicken Monte Carlo, chicken marsala, and orecchiette. All the dishes were amazing, and large enough portions we had to take some home. Chocolate mousse pie and lava cake for desert. Will definitely visit again when in the area. Highly recommended. Nice little gem.

Planes Trains, Automobiles, & Labella's My son and I arrived back to my home town after a long journey from England and made a beeline to Labella's. Nothing says your home than a perfect hand tossed pepperoni pizza, and wings. Especially when you reside in the Land of Bland, England. We were met by the friendly Labella's staff. We did take out pizza. Build our own. Hot peppers and onions. It was really good. The only recommendation I have is that they could have added more onions to their pizza. Those who ask for onions on their pizza, obviously like onions on their pizza, not just a sprinkling of them. So please don’t be chintzy (cheap) with them.

Stumbled on this place by accident while traveling through a traffic circle, pulling into the parking lot of the shopping center looking for a place to grab a slice of pizza, I looked it up when I saw the sign and decide to give it a try. Boy was I happy I did. This may be one of the best pizzas I've had in the capital region. Thin crust. Fresh made brick oven pizza a wonderful crisp crust. Generous toppings and a great flavor. My dining partner had a Philly cheese steak as we did not expect everything to be as good as it actually was. We were just looking for an easy lunch and it turned out to be so much more. I really wish I had ordered some entrees but I was so happy with the pizza. I have nothing to complain about. compliments to the chef and the pizza baker for a great experience. Back again, and lobster ravioli was awesome! The menu has a depth beyond the pizza I'm raving about. All of the entries I have tried so far are winners. This place is worth a visit for sure.

First time for me and I loved it. I try and eat gluten free so Italian can be a bit boring. But La Bella did a great job. The space looks small from the outside but it is not cramped. I can't wait to go back. My spouse recommended it and I see why now.

Wonderful place. It was a packed house even on a weekday night. Young bartenders who obviously had some class. I was asked for a drink and menu right away. Waited for my table but it didnt matter. The air of the place is warm and inviting. The pleasure continued when I got to my table. Staff was very attentive and food was incredible. We went in on a quieter Tuesday night and had some very yummy chicken marsala that came with a nice salad. The serice was lovely too! It was very attentive and gracious. Im so glad this place is here. The atmosphere is warm and I love that you can see the pizza oven and the paintings on the wall.

We went here on a whim not expecting much being plaza pizza place. When we stepped inside we were pleasantly surprised with a full restaurant and great ambiance. There are terrific murals, walls lined with wine, fountains, and a great old world feel. The menu, service, and table service has an upscale feel. The food was fabulous and the servers were great as well. It’s become a local favorite.

Started with the Bruschetta and the fried zucchini. My husband had the Penne La Bella and I had the Rigatoni all a Vodka with a side of meatballs. Both came with salad and their homemade salad dressing and garlic bread. We shared the Tiramisu and a Cannoli for dessert. Everything was delicious! We can’t wait to go back!! Did I mention great portions?

We usually go for lunch, but stopped by for dinner on a Monday night. Surprisingly, it was pretty busy..but the food was awesome and the service was excellent ... the cheese ravioli was very good and the pizzas were great and cooked perfectly. There was a lot of take out and deliveries going on along with a full dining room but the staff was very efficient and friendly. Labella's (Valatie) is definitely a great place to visit.

Almost didn't leave a review because I don't want to have to wait for a table, but the place is great. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere, and great food! Have never been disappointed. Love the pizza and wings, but everything we've tried there over the years has been good.

The food here is absolutely incredible. We asked La Bella if they could deliver to a 14-person gathering - they were incredibly accommodating and it was all seamless. All guests were raving about the food - we got multiple types of pasta and two pizzas. Everyone still talks about how much they enjoyed the meal!

1st time in this establishment polite, friendly, comfortable setting and clean. Ordered a large pie with pepperoni and sweet sausage. It's my birthday today. I'm 58. I'm definitely going to recommend it to anyone else who comes to Valatie.

Yeah don’t let this place fool you. Shopping center restaurant located in a rural upstate NY town. This place borders on fine Italian dining. The Pear Salad (and salads don’t excite me) is fantastic. This place could compete in Manhattan, Boston, Philadelphia. Excellent.

This is a well managed restaurant, the staff is fantastic, the service is impeccable, great menu, with something for everyone. We sat near a wait staff station, it was a bit bothersome, as they maneuvered behind us often , but it all was great, the food is exceptional with fast service and plenty of attention to detail. We recently stopped at La Bella Valatie for lunch. The restaurant was recommended to us by a couple different people and it did not disappoint. The atmosphere is very charming and they use real linens. The service was very good too. We were warmly greeted on our way in, and thanked on our way out. The food was delicious and hot, and the lunch portion was just the right size. We enjoyed the chicken parmesan with penne. They were out of garlic knots; however, fresh and tasty garlic bread wedges with some sauce was substituted.

so unbelievably good, when I'm in town we eat here multiple times in a row. The pork chops and the Rigatoni La Bella are so good, I crave them when I'm not here

Eggplant is always delicious, never soggy! The pizzas that are always amazing in my opinion, and I give a lot of credit to the staff for their dedication to great service. Food is usually quite good, and consistent. We had a VERY RARE “negative” experience with the marinara sauce recently, but this was a one off in my opinion as I have ordered a lot and typically we are very happy, it will not stop us from ordering in the future. I would certainly recommend, and I do want to give a shout out to owners/management, they care about your experience and want to make sure everyone is satisfied.

Ordered Dine-in and takeout 2 consecutive days as I was staying in the area for a friend and W O W. I tried the frutti Di Mare with spicy sauce and requested more spice and they did not disappoint. The portion, the atmosphere. A masterpiece. The Nutella sundae was MASSIVE I expected a tiny spoonful of ice cream but was given what could be compared to share sizes today. The next day I ordered a Margherita with hot sausage and 😍. Truly divine. The pizza is made with love, care and true skill. As someone from the north jersey/nyc area i was really happy to find a place that captures the essence of what it means to be an ITALIAN RESTAURANT. An absolute must try, please do not sleep on this place. This is now my new favorite Italian restaurant and I will gladly travel 2 hrs north to come here again.

Amazing food. I have dined here with my family for many years by now, it’s on the top of our list to go to when we eat out. Great service. Clean bathroom. Great atmosphere-although years ago they had a pianist and that really added to the atmosphere and they don’t have a pianist anymore but it’s still a great atmosphere. Great for kids, teens, adults, and all sorts of people. We have also gotten pizza delivered as well. Plenty of parking space.

My linguine, shrimp and spinach was scrumptious! Companions delighted in their entrees: shrimp scampi, eggplant rolatini and sausage and peppers. You would THINK that a “pizza place” in a strip mall with a grocery store might be a disappointment. Well guess again !!!! I’m sad that I didn’t remember how good this Italian restaurant is and I haven’t been here in a few years. It’s not in my regular line of travel, but I may have to change that. The place is neat, clean, and well decorated. The food is incredible (although…prepare for a healthy taste of garlic, as it should be with good Italian food) Some of the best gnocchi I’ve ever had, AWESOME garlic knots, and HUGE steamed clams with a big taste too. Our server, ZACK, is a class act !!! Give him a raise.

My husband and I dined here to celebrate our anniversary dinner and we were very happy that they were open on a snowstorm night. We called in and checked if they were open and the staff picked up right away and told us to come by. We stayed in till closing time, enjoying our pizzas and wine and the staff made us feel at home. The pizzas were delicious especially the sauce on the Margherita pizza was amazing and had all the right flavors. The artichoke appetizer we got was also really good and overall all the veggies in our food were really fresh. We also got an espresso which went really well with the tiramisu. All in all, very courteous staff and delicious fare, would definitely recommend this establishment.

I am very amazed how the food has improved. Last few times I ordered it was very good. In the past not so good. I normally order out so I don't know the atmosphere but I'm sure it's fine.

Nicer than you would expect for being in a strip mall. The atmosphere is rustic but not dated. I met some friends for a quick drink. The drink was good and the bartender was friendly. He brought me a water before I ordered anything. I'll have to go back at some point and check out the food.

La Bella has a classic Italian menu, and inviting atmosphere. The service is excellent and prompt, and they have lots of good varieties of wine and drinks. I didn't even have to wait for a table without a reservation. I'm definitely coming back.

It's a place for a fancy dinner. May not expect big portions, it's ok though. Prices ok remember isn't a dinner. The 3 meals and desserts were very good. The atmosphere is nice. It's decorated with all sorts of wine and liquor bottles, landscape paintings, beautiful cristal ceiling lamp. It has a bar. The only thing I would like to point on is that the waitress should receive some etiquette training to go according to the atmosphere.

Very popular and very busy. Brisk takeout and delivery service. Service was excellent both times we went. Nicely decorated. We prefer the backroom as it is quieter and away from the door and constant pick up traffic. I was disappointed both times with my dinner. The eggplant rollotini was a chewy and a little tough. I think it should melt in your mouth. I ordered manicotti the second time and it came in more of a casserole style smothed in mozzarella melted cheese. Not what I expected. Side of meatballs was good and my wife's chicken dish was good.

Grandma pizza came recommended by the staff and hit the spot. Exceptionally attentive service in a pleasant athmosphere.

Very nice location for a meal with some company. Girlfriend and I went here for dinner. We had the Genovese Margherita pizza which was amazing. The waiter was very polite and professional. The dinning area was very pleasant with the decor for the restaurant. Very peaceful for you to enjoy your meal. The menu had many different kinds of Italian dishes to choose from.

Wonderful food, including the pizza! Nice sweet staff. Can't wait for their new place to be opened. It's been hot in there in summer months. But the food is awesome

Went for family dinner and we will return again. We had a large party so had made a reservation ahead of time and had no issues there. I think they were unexpectedly busy for a monday so our service was a bit slow and underwhelming but the staff themselves were lovely. All dishes came out warm, as described and as ordered. Nothing was forgotten and they even brought Parmesan cheese. Soup, mozz sticks, salads, Pizza, chicken parm, a few pasta dishes, tortellini and carbonara. Not all classically prepared but delicious nonetheless. I will say the chicken soup was the real winner for me… it was hot, full of chunky ingredients and the flavor was superb!!! We will return again and try some more items on the menu!

We went on a Wednesday night expecting it to be quiet. The place was packed and we had to wait. We did get a seat after about 10 or 15 minutes. The service was very good the atmosphere was friendly and warm and the food was good. I ordered a pizza with spinach and tomatoes on it. The spinach was put on in little piles and tomatoes were fat pieces. Does spinach was well roasted and quite bitter. And the Tomato pieces were too big. Otherwise the pizza was delicious.

La Bella has been my go to Italian restaurant for years and the food and service were always outstanding. Recently though something has changed. A couple weeks ago I ordered a white pizza with broccoli and it had way more ricotta was used than normal, it overpowered the flavor of the broccoli and the garlic sauce. The wings I ordered with it were good, but had absolutely no spice to them. Last night I ordered chicken parm, which was about a 3rd of the size it normal is and was still $26. I also ordered a meatball parm sub and there was barely any sauce on it and the meatballs were dry, crumbling, and unseasoned. The delivery also missed it's window by almost 20 minutes, and while the driver apologized all of the food was cold. So either he didn't use a warming bag, or the order was forgotten at the restaurant and allowed to get cold instead of being remade. I'm not sure what's been going on lately, but La Bella needs to show up if I'm going to get ordering from here.

We eat here a lot and the food is usually very good. Today the chef had a bad day and I had a bad meal. I had macaroni and broccoli. The garlic was burnt and the macaroni was swimming in vegetable oil (not even olive oil). The broccoli was steamed and dropped on top with no taste....I couldn't eat it...bad job today. The salad was good.

Got take out and was disappointed with the stale gray carrots, Walmart frozen food section boneless "wings" and a stromboli sitting in the corner of the box, rather small compared to what other local restaurants give you for the money.

I REALLY wanted to give this restaurant 5 stars. The food was absolutely delicious. It came out hot, and cooked to perfection. The only reason I gave it a 2 was because of my server. We got to the restaurant on a Friday before the giant rush of customers. We were seated quickly and she came over and welcomed us , got our drinks and took our order. But as it became a little bit more crowded she came by maybe twice to check on us and refill our drinks. She brought our check to us but never came back to pick it up. The girl wrapping our left overs came back way before the our waitress. By no means was this place understaffed. Fortunately another waiter saw us staring at her and came over and apologized for the almost 20 minute wait for someone to get our bill. Once again I just felt the customer service could have been a lot better especially for the quality of the food we received and the beautiful environment.

Well let me start by saying I come up from Texas at least once a year and have been for the last 6 to 7 years and have always ordered from here I always look forward to getting their buffalo wings and it has been spectacular. So you ask why the one star now, well last night I ordered for delivery the usual pizza and wings, the pizza was spot on but the wings were horrible!!! The wings were burnt no sauce that you could even see and could barely taste. So I called the restaurant and ask to speak to the manager and was told they were not available so the gentleman who answered the phone asked if he could help me so I proceeded to tell him about my disappointment. He started out with well we are busy because you were told that delivery time is an hour and half (not my complaint) and made a comment about maybe during the delivery time they could have dried out! I was like WHAT! (I guess they got burnt also waiting for delivery) He said would you like another order of wings, I responded with no I did not want another order but they needed to be aware of the problem. Next thing I know I was put on hold and someone then gets on the phone and says can I help you? I said no I have already talked to someone he said well I was just told you were unhappy with the food you received. He then proceeded to tell me he was the owner. I told him I have been ordering there for years and the wings I received tonight were disgusting! The owner responded with I don’t serve disgusting food! Well that set the tone. Call it what you want, it was disgusting. He said what do you want me to do? Do you want another order? I told him no I do not want another order, I just want you to be aware of the problem and the type of food that is going out. He then responded with well Thank you I will go back to the kitchen and find out what is going on. Hopefully this gets rectified because this place has always been on my list of places to eat!

Making reservations was a rude and confusing experience. It is always loud and crowded. Not a fun experience. I heard there are better restaurants in Hudson. I will try them instead.

Apparently they can’t ever get an order correct and change an absorbent amount for a mediocre quality meal that is never what you ask for stop praising this place make them shut down and let’s get a better pizza place out here not this trash
