First time there and they were busy but the line moved decently fast and everyone I interacted with seemed genuinely friendly. Great experience

Was having a bad day and stopped by for a pick me up. A young man (Lupe) took my order and sweetened my day making my order on the house. That was the best part of the day.

I have been anticipating this store opening ever since I saw its construction as it’s on my commute to work. This morning was my second time coming, and first time in the drive thru and wow! I was so happy with the customer service from everyone, but especially Brooklyn at the window. I’ve always heard of “The Dutch Bros Experience” but I did not expect the staff to be so welcoming. I left with a great drink and a smile on my face. Happy to have a new coffee spot in town.

When I saw they opened a new one closer to me, I had to stop in. Same good taste. Same high quality. Same great service. The customer service at this location exceeds most fast food services these days. The employees really take the time to get to know me, ask me how I’ve been since my last visit. The drinks are always top tier. Everyone always has a smile on their faces and I can tell the atmosphere of a nothing but sensational. These young people are hard workers and always strive for perfection. The manager, Hayden, is amazing and I can tell he’s leading a wonderful team at the Dutch Bros in Vallejo. They will always have me as a forever customer just on their sheer kindness alone!!!

Honestly, to hell with Starbucks lol, Dutch bros taste better, has better prices, and better customer service hands down!

I can customize nearly any drink to be sugar-free or low in sugar, selecting from a wide range of options including coffee, Rebels, and Dutch 20s (flavored waters lower in calories and zero caffeine). I must commend their Broistas, who consistently demonstrate exceptional customer service skills. Each barista is courteous, welcoming, and makes every customer feel valued. They take the time to familiarize themselves with their customers, happily answering questions with a genuine smile and friendly tone, even during busy periods. I appreciate that they do not rush customers and make them feel like they are taking up too much time. Their drinks are delicious, and if customers are unsure about what to order, the Broistas will suggest options based on their flavor preferences. There is one Broista in particular that I have grown to admire. He reminds me of my son, and every time I see he is working, I will always stop, even if I wasn't originally planning to. I love that Dutch Bros employees individuals like Christian who make your visit and the world just a bit brighter

I thoroughly enjoy coming to this Dutch bros. I am from sf but visit my partner a lot here in Vallejo and we always stop at Dutch bros when I am visiting. I swear the customer service here is the best even better than most spots in sf that serve coffee. We are never waiting for too long here and the staff is so warm, inviting, and have great chemistry with one another. I also don’t know what to order sometimes and every time I order here the staff recommendations are always so good. Shoutout to Hayden and Christian for all the great service and treating us so well. I went on Valentines day after coming back from Six Flags and omg the workers are really something else! I'm gonna have to come back to this if I find her name but me and my friend met the SWEETEST woman ever working there taking orders at night. She guided us, gave us drink recommendations, and was so funny. I hope u know who I'm talking about cus she needs a raise for real. Drinks were also fire.

This is always a fun place to visit. Drinks are delicious!! Staff is so friendly!! This is a drive up only, no inside seating, but the long lines move very efficiently.

I went through the drive-thru lanes and wished I knew that they had a walk-up windows on the other side. Everything else was fine, especially my 9-1-1 iced coffee drink.

I love dutch bros!! its great and always hits the spot. I love the energy the employees have! I know they are a new location but definitely will be better once their service gets faster. I try avoiding going when there is a big line. once they have order ahead, I'll go more often.

I have been to this location a few times, and the drive-through can get long at times with a wait up to 15 minutes in line not too bad compared to other locations. However, the walk-up line is even slower here. I would recommend just waiting in the car. I drove past Dutch Bros yesterday, and the drive-through line was wrapped the building almost to the street entrance. There was 1 person standing at the walk-up window, so I thought it would be faster for me to hop out and order. Wrong! I was still waiting to order when my husband met me in line after parking the car. I swear by the time I got my order, which was 1 Americano, the cars that were at the end of the line in the drive-through had already left. The walk-up wait time is ridiculous! But the staff is friendly.

Nice new buildout. Coffee is pretty good. Only complaint is sometimes the wait is just too long. There should be more than 1 cashier window. Overall a good place and I will come back.

Absolutely love Dutch and the staff is incredibly friendly here. The reason they do not get full stars is because the line management at this location needs some work. I always wait longer than other Dutch Bros that I stop at, they allow cutting and the orders get confused…. I am hoping with time and better organization they will be on par with other Dutch locations.

I really love Dutch Bros, and so happy there is one now in Vallejo. However there is one specific employee here who always gets my drink order incorrect, in huge ways. I always make sure to clearly and slowly give my order, and he is always so confident, and then I get to the window and it is completely wrong. Hilariously wrong. Wrong size. Wrong drink. Every time. With the other staff when ordering things are great - my order is not weird, it’s a common drink (a carborator they call it.) I think he is doing it on purpose, he likes to mess with my order. Other staff told me they hear similar complaints from other customers. I hope management of this location sees this review and tells this employee to stop.

Line took way to long just now. Everyone went out of order and they brought out our drinks and they were all watered down and gross like they had been sitting for 15 mins on the counter already. Usually they make the drinks perfectly just not this time unfortunately

I have not been to a dutch bros in a while. Why so slow? Not that many cars. The person at that drive through window was chatting with the car in front of me for 3 or 4 minutes. I assumed they had another drink coming but not the case. Americano tasted like warm milk with sugar in it. Sorry, but what the heck?

I am a Dutch fanatic! I have been to so many different Dutch bros and I get the same treatment at each one. They are outgoing, full of energy, and provide excellent customer service. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. It was really sad. You can do better Vallejo!

We usually come to this Dutch bros 3 -4 times a week for our coffee fix , same order golden eagle n Americano , our dnt change except we ask they add 4 sugars n stir well for Americano , this morning , no sugar !! Come on Dutch , do better !!

Super slow service on Saturday afternoon @4PM 2/24/24, placed my order when I entered the drive thru, but it does not appear that they send the orders to the kitchen until your car actually arrives at the pickup window. Waited 30 minutes for just 1 drink. Got no heads up from the drive thru employees about the long wait time; halfway thru the wait one of the employees went up to my car asking if I already placed my order, I said that I did and asked why the wait was so long, but got no real answer. If coming here I would recommend asking the employee how long the wait is before entering the drive thru line.

We were in the drive thru and the lot attendant spent 10 minutes visiting with someone she knew AFTER taking their order. I’m guessing they were current or former employees. Then, the attendant at the window chatted for about 5 minutes after giving them their drinks!! We were stuck there for a total of 40 minutes!!! I will not go back to this Dutch Bros!!

That’s a really serious thing and i would like to speak with the owner personally or with the workers who helped me today.

Hello, I'm going to need some sort credit or reimbursement of some sort. We have ordered in the small little window and it took them more than 10 minutes to have our three drinks ready they kept prioritizing the drive-through and just left us there. And my cotton milkshake was all melted, and all our drinks were melted. I was very disappointed and nobody even reached out and I was trying to find a manager, but he wasn't even in sight. It was a young black girl who Gave me the drinks today March 30 2025 around 7:30 PM. Please tell her that she needs to focus on a customers too outside. You guys actually need to tell her this is a really big disappointment. Out of all the great experiences, we felt at this location. This is the worst one out of all the great experiences, we had at this location. This is the worst one. please reply to my review and leave an email or some information I can contact and get a reimbursement or some sort of like voucher

Weekend people are great at making drinks, every time we go during the week the girl taking orders is rude and they mess up our drinks! I’ve been to many Dutch Bros and it’s my favorite coffee shop but I wouldn’t recommend this location. Drive 20 mins further to Vacaville and get a real good Dutch Bros coffee!

should be zero stars that I have to have an app to take my personal data in return for a once in a while deal. Do better allow folks to sign up without an app to get the benifits.

Asked for a large drink one of them was the strawberry rebel with ice and the other one was aftershock large size with no ice so apparently my large cup ended up being a size small but it a large cup I asked to speak to a manager cause I’m paying for a large drink not for ice Chris lead manager just took my drinks back and gave me my money back and said that’s all he could do and yea I’m super upset in regards to this situation cause he didn’t care at all just took back the drinks and said that’s the large portion with no ice and pretty much didn’t care of doing anything in regards to that

I told them the price of the drink was different than normal and asked if they gave themself a tip and she replied “No”. I asked for a receipt and was told I would get one at the window. The receipt was provided only after I asked for it and a 1.00 tip was added. This review is not about the money but about the lack of integrity and literal theft that took place. The staff at the window was polite and I asked only for the tip to be removed from the bill but they refunded the entire order. Again, 1.00 is a drop in the bucket when paying about 6.00 for a coffee but the dishonesty left me very disappointed and I only wonder how many other customers this may have happened to.

The City of Vallejo needs to do something about this location they have these promotions or giveaways and all of Fairgrounds is completely blocked off due to everyone just waiting to get to Dutch Bros all of Fairgrounds you can't get off the freeway you can't exit the parking lots and it is like a line of 300 cars waiting to get into Dutch Bros today there's like 300 people standing outside blocking most of the roadway on Gateway I personally am going to put in a complaint with the city
