I always place my order from the app and it goes to this location ( west Merrick Rd, VS) . Very disappointed with the salad I received with my order . Salad is already wasted and smells . I will never place an order here again !

I ordered online (uncut) and when i went i in the store i told them to do a clean cut because that option wasnt available online. They started using a dirty cutter and said it was a clean cut. I told them to clean it but they didnt listen and got mad at me. They dont know the definition of a clean cut.

They make the pizza with their hands I’m calling the manager to make a complaint 😷 if you go in there and watch them they make it with their hands. Disgusting ! If this isn’t fixed I’m getting their establishment sued ! No gloves! Where is the manager

Nothing against them but they need to be welcoming and more greeting manner, employees don’t even say thank you after leaving them a TIP. They always have pissed off faces. I suggest management to tell these works to be little more polite and friendly else I’ll give my money somewhere else and will tell people I know in this area to not order from here. It doesn’t take much to have smile on your face.

After a very long day, last night, I took my sons to Domino’s before we went home. I ordered and opted for the car side option and I even left a tip. I drove to the location by 11:58 PM and at 12:05 AM, I got the notification that my order was ready and to check in. Upon checking in at 12:05 AM and putting my hazard lights on ( as the directions stated) I was literally watching through the window as the employees inside were not attempting to bring my items outside. I was parked right in front of the store. I waited for about 10 minutes before calling. The moment that I called after listening to the Domino’s recording, I got in touch with an employee there and I watched him go and look for my order and grab it. It’s like no one even attempted to do the car side delivery. Then finally when he brings out my order, (I opted for delivery to the passenger side as my son was sitting in the passenger side seat). My son said good night to the employee who walked away without saying anything. Very rude and unprofessional location and for this to be Valley Stream is very disappointing. I will never order from this location again.

I ordered a pizza, cheesy bread and a Caesar salad. My husband took ONE bite into his pizza and feels a long jet black piece of hair tickling his throat. Instantly disgusted, we packed up every item of the order and took it back. I called to explain the situation before my husband got back to the store and kindly asked for a refund. Once my husband arrived, they treated him like a criminal trying to get over on them! The manager badgered him with questions and also ascertained that there was no one there with “long hair”. Clearly a false statement since there was a long black hair baked into the pizza. No apologies, no accountability. We declined them making us anything else and took our refund. Never again.

NO GLOVES!!!!!!! I been using the app for the last two years to get food delivered. Today, I went in and I’m glad I did. Upon arrival I notice the gentleman who adds the toppings to the pizza as well as the gentleman who runs the oven; prep pizzas with no gloves on. That is absolutely disgusting, I have had no issues with this store or my food but to realize that this is probably normal I’m sick to my stomach . Literally witnessed the gentleman wipe sweat off his forehead ! No proper PPE is being utilized, The staff acts as if we are doing them a favor and the delivery drivers always beg for tips even when tipped on the app. Dominoes customer support wouldn’t let me send them a email either. Figured I give people a heads up before someone gets seriously sick. Not using proper PPE can affect many customers health. Definitely is a DOH violation. Increases the spread of viruses / bacteria. After the pandemic you would think they would sanitize and wash as well as proper PPE. When I mentioned that employees need to wear gloves when handling food he handed me my order and stared at me like he did not understand one thing I said. This is an absolute shame and disgusting. Hopefully Leadership / Management can enforce proper procedures and corporate policies fixing these violations. Ordered on : 5/31/25 Merrick dominoes valley stream

This is the most rude place i have ever seen i literally called them that i m allgeric to tomatoes can replace the garlic sauce bt they told me that we cannot do that and they were being rude to me and started making excuses what if someone cannot have tomatoes u guys don’t even care about anyone’s allergy

Found a piece of hair on the 16 piece wings I got and we had already eaten at least 8 and we notice it so I call them to inform them and get a new order they said they’ll give ONE singular wing or a 4 piece and bring the wings back…Why would some one drive to dominos 1.4 miles away to get ONE singular wings or 4 peice… Won’t be going back to this location

Every. Single. Time. I order from them, i ask them to NOT CUT the pizza, they ask “What about halal cut,” I tell them NO. Do not cut it at all! & I go to pick up- the pizza is cut. And then they proceed to say we used the “Halal cut.” How are we supposed to believe it’s halal cut after saying NO to halal cut. Not once in the last 10 years did they actually do what I asked with not cutting the pies. They end up having to make new pies, making me wait even longer. Maybe get it right the first time?

Today I had a horrible experience with one of your staff members named Abner who is located at 475 W merrick road Valley Stream NY 11580. I was picking up my order which came to almost $60. I politely asked Abner for a marinara sauce and he told me that would be 85 cents. I told him that I just made a purchase for $57, would he be able to kindly give me the one sauce. He told me he Jay he was sorry and that he couldn't do so. So I told him that he wasn't sorry because he could've just given me the one dipping sauce. He then said to me THAT I WAS SORRY (a sorry person) I then asked him what did he say and he wouldn't say anything, I asked him again what did you say and he then tried to clean up what he previously said and said I just said that we are very sorry. I am very disappointed with the staff member named Abner at this location. He had absolutely no right being rude to me and calling me a sorry person. Once I told him that I was going to report him to the corporate office he told me to DO IT!!! Please do something about this horrible encounter! This tulle of customer service should not be tolerated anywhere.

I always order Brooklyn style and today my order was poorly done. It’s so runny and out of shape that I can’t even pick it up to eat. And the topping of green pepper and spinach can be barely tasted because of how small amount was put in. Very disappointed. You need to check your quality control.

I ordered online. Went to pick it up half hour later. Still wasn't ready. People coming in and placing orders after me got their food before me. As long as the customer spoke their language they were served before me. When I started complaining then they started my order. No one wore gloves and the guy working the register started cutting up and packing pizzas. That's contaminating the food. He also was picking toppings off the pizza and eating them. When I finally got my food, they didn't give me a bag or pack my order. I just took some bags and packed them myself. Talk about no customer service whatsoever. When paying they have the nerve to request a tip. For sanitary reasons alone I wouldn't go back there. Since I don't speak their language they don't need my business anyway. Racism is alive and well at this place

I ordered through the app. Pepperoni and ham toppings. My pizza arrived promptly, however it seemed like they had forgotten one of my toppings and threw it on top at the end. Called to tell them what was going on. The said they would send out a new one in 15 minutes. Called back after 45 minutes and they told me that it would arrive any second. Called back 15 minutes later, they told me it would arrive in 5 minutes. Went directly to the store, after 30 minutes, to find out they hadn’t even sent it out. Got a refund.
