Posto veramente accogliente. Personale gentile e super disponibile. Nonostante fosse pieno ci hanno accolto e per scusarsi del ritardo nel darci il tavolo ci hanno offerto un buonissimo dolce e l'amaro. Piatti di carne veramente buoni. Consigliatissimo per un pranzo tra amici. Passeggiate piacevoli vicine. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

Locale a conduzione familiare dove si respira aria di casa. Mimmo, Nadia e Mattia ti accolgono sempre con un sorriso (sono anni che scegliamo di pranzare da loro) e il cibo è di qualità. Menù fisso molto conveniente! Da provare! Sempre affollato quindi consiglio di prenotare!

È un piccolo locale gestito da persone squisite situato in una zona tranquilla fuori dal centro di Varese. La cucina è semplice e il menù è ristretto, segno di qualità e grande cura nella preparazione e negli ingredienti. Dall'antipasto al dolce non c'è un piatto che non valga la pena assaggiare, direi che ogni singola pietanza che propongono è il loro piatto forte. Grandi, continuate così.

L’arredo fa “molto” Osteria anni ‘60. Locale quindi curato nei particolari, pulito e con Nadia che supervisiona a tutto. Il menù della serata ( venerdì scorso) presentava due antipasti , tre primi, tre secondi e 5 dolci , in perfetto stile “Vecchia Osteria” che per quello che mi riguarda è il mio preferito, informale e con la cucina che propone i piatti “veri”, quelli della cucina locale. Sono veramente soddisfatto della serata, passata in compagnia di vecchi e cari amici. Appena se ne presenterà l’occasione, bisserò la serata, complimenti 🤗

Hello everyone, my wife and I stayed at the Locanda for one night. We had dinner there. After calling ahead, we were personally greeted by the owner. He moved his car so we could park ours. In the evening, the restaurant offered a small but excellent menu. The food, like the service, was outstanding; the portions were generous and the flavors were delicious, yet the prices were reasonable. The rooms in the historic setting are modern, spotlessly clean, and quiet, and the bathroom leaves nothing to be desired. We were there in winter, so I should mention that the rooms were comfortably warm. In short, come and see for yourselves; I'll gladly return when I have the chance.

The bedroom is truly splendid: spacious, tastefully furnished, and meticulously maintained, as is the spotlessly clean bathroom. The owners are wonderful people; they made us feel right at home and even offered us a truly special breakfast included in the price, with a croissant, cappuccino, and delicious freshly squeezed orange juice. It was a truly heartwarming stay, and we highly recommend it!

No reservations required, fast and friendly. Fixed menu €16 for a first and second course. Polenta gnocchi with roast gravy or pasta and beans... stew with polenta or grilled tomino cheese. Superbly good.

We chose this place based on our preferences, offering simple, good, home-cooked food. The staff was fantastic, the food excellent, the bread delicious, the desserts very good (a rare occurrence), and the coffee good. And the value for money was excellent! This restaurant is a safe bet, and we'll be back as soon as we're in the area again. This time it was on purpose, not by chance.

I stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, while in the area for work. I used the restaurant and it was a delightful discovery. The dishes on the work menu are truly delicious and unique. The restaurant is truly pleasant and tasteful. The staff is extremely kind and attentive to their customers. I will definitely return soon and would recommend anyone to try the menu. I'm not giving stars for the rooms because I didn't stay overnight, but I imagine the hospitality and well-being are consistent with the restaurant's management. Don't miss the opportunity to try it; it's definitely worth it.

I went to this place on Saturday evening with my husband. It's a really nice place. Welcoming and with attention to detail. The food was excellent. Everything was accompanied by excellent house wine. The staff were super friendly. I recommend it for both couples and family dinners. We'll be back soon with our children, who will definitely love it.

A truly wonderful discovery, I went with my family for my wedding anniversary. The location is truly charming, rustic, small but clean, welcoming, and warm. Impeccable service, courtesy, friendliness, and humor—what makes good service. The menu features a few dishes, but they're very unique and carefully crafted. The food is truly excellent, and the quality/price ratio is excellent. I'll definitely be back.

We went here for lunch, choosing this trattoria partly based on Google Maps reviews. Reservations are not accepted. A casual place, very popular with locals. Very good food, a €15 fixed menu with a first course, second course, side dish, water, and coffee. We added a half-liter of red wine for six euros. Everything was good, from the first course to the coffee. We didn't try the desserts because we were more than full from lunch, but they looked very good. A great place to eat if you're passing through. The only problem is parking; we were here on a rainy day and it was quite difficult to find a parking spot. We can't comment on the rooms since we only had lunch.

Great little place to stay

Locale piccolo ma accogliente, arredato in stile rustico. Il menù, anche se non molto ampio, offre proposte interessanti. Oltre ai piatti segnati sul menù vengono detti a voce alcune proposte del giorno. Tutto ciò che abbiamo mangiato era ottimo e le porzioni generose. Lista vini piuttosto ristretta. Personale gentile e disponibile. Prezzi giusti. Unica nota negativa la grossa difficoltà a trovare parcheggio.

Luogo piccolo ma decisamente accogliente. Cibo ottimo, la gestione è splendida e stimola ai rapporti interpersonali; molti dei frequentatori abituali si sono conosciuti condividendo il proprio tavolo. Prezzi buoni, a pranzo prezzo fisso.

Typical osteria, no-frills service, a bit noisy but very pleasant and tidy. Lunch for €15 was well spent; the kitchen certainly knows what it takes. Simple but well-prepared dishes, pasta cooked al dente, which is already a top-notch for a lunchtime menu, if only there were any. Chicken main course with a delicious sauce and well-crafted sides. Really nothing to say or add.
