Jackie was an outstanding employee she had a full house she rocked the house she cooked about 17 pizzas by herself she was the only employee there, She had the speed she had the politeness, and she had the best customer service. I have experienced in a while at a Little Caesars establishment. I am definitely going to return. Hopefully Jackie makes my pizza. The pizza came out awesome

Phenomenal experience at this establishment. Extremely friendly greeting by both employees at the front counter as I walked through the door. Restaurant was the cleanest I've ever seen a pizza place. Manager Shena took my order and I asked about how long so I was able to squeeze in quick stop at target behind LC. This Restaurant is definitely ON POINT very impressed.

Love the pizza, as usual, and this is the only location that can manage to remember not to cut the pizza. Theyve forgotten a couple of times too, unfortunately, but much less than the other locations that don't even seem to care about following a simple adjustment.

I was very surprised by the poor customer service. On a night out running errands my family and I decided to stop and pick up a pizza. It was estimated 20 min prior to closing. I sent my eldest daughter in to purchase what ever hot and ready pizza they had. I can clearly see up to 3 pizzas in the hot cabinet. My daughter was going to do this for me as I was going to stay in the car and nurse her baby sister. When my daughter enter the building they informed her they were all out of pizzas. I’m sure staff if able to take unsold pizzas home, but to denied a paying customer and lie is just rude. I stayed parked outside as I finish nursing my other daughter. I attempted to call the location and I was able to see staff ignore the phone ring. They began to clean and locked the door 15 min prior to closing and denied 2 more customers that had arrived prior to closing.

Stay away!!!! We ordered two pizzas with bread sticks and wings and we didn't get are two pizzas. They changed us and didn't get it. Now we are out of pizzas and money Trying to call them is a joke, they never answer the phone. Keeps on saying that there busy. So for 50 minutes we been calling and it says your busy try your call again later.😡 So instead we had to drive down to Little Caesars in Villa Park to complain. Not good customer service at all. I will not never have Little Caesars again. Don't ever order on line again. 😡

This place have ZERO food prepared. They had a line of doordashers waiting bc they only started preparing the food when they arrived to pick it up. I waited 15 mins for 1 pizza. This place is a joke. Sad that people can’t even do a job like this well.

Called to place a order for a pizza when I got there 2 teenagers where behind the counters. It seems like something wasn't right for some reason they gave me weird looks when I got there. Didn't even get greeted or anything the food was alright but not sure if why the looks made me feel uncomfortable to be honest like they might of done something to the food not sure what was going on with the looks. Even the person in the car I was driving with mentioned the same thing.

I will never go back to this little Caesars. Any other little Caesars when I place an order I just tell them my name and they give me my pizza. I gave him my name and he demanded the order number. I found the order number and then he says that's not good enough to hand me my food. I said my name and the order number is not good enough? He said no you need the 3 digit code. I found the code on my phone put it in the system and my pizza came out. He was acting like I was trying to steal my own pizza. My name is Ebony and my name was the only pickup order that was placed online on the screen. So I'm not sure what his issue was, but I will never return to that one!

There customer service at this place is horrible, I ordered a pizza and they ended up charging me wrong, The manager then came with a bad attitude like I was the one at falt, but then it all made total sense as to why she was upset it was because this woman never took a math class in her life!! she couldn't do simple math! On how much money to give back (bright as a night light) I had to cancel the whole order thanks to her math skills

Cant even begin to describe this pathetic establishment. As a muslim, we aren’t allowed to eat Pork obviously… I place an online order for Slices N Stix… naturally I gave then a call to let them know my religion does not allow us to consume any pork products. The individual on the phone then goes “We aren’t allowed to remove the pork.” This is just factually untrue as other locations have gladly made the same order with Cheese only. Basically what I have concluded is that this location refuses to be inclusive of other religions and their respective dietary restrictions. Absolutely pathetic.

I used to like this location, it was convenient for me but everytime I go in there there is never any $5 pizzas ready, which like once or twice I understand, but 6 times in 4 months? That's crazy

This location sucks because they are the only location in the area that doesn't accept the deals on the app. There is no way the owner is stupid enough to think this saves him money. We just buy it elsewhere. Another storefront that will close and die

Disappointing experience. When I arrived, the lady at the front desk made eye contact but then completely ignored me for 5 minutes while scrolling on her phone. Another staff member had to step in to take my order. What's striking is that when a new customer arrived just 2 minutes later, she immediately attended to them. To make matters worse, when the rude lady did eventually take an order from someone else (not me, thankfully), she did so with a very rude attitude. But the worst part was yet to come - my pizza was extremely badly salty. The combination of terrible service and subpar food makes me unlikely to return, one thing it’s receiving bad customer service that for what I can see in this reviews… I’m not the only one, but having bad customer plus bad food??
